Star Lord: Rob the alien race and you will get a hundred times the reward

Chapter 167 Preparing to Take Chapter 106 GalaxyChapter 167 Preparing to Take Back the 106 Galaxy
The universe experienced the integration of the second world, and a large number of galaxies and subspaces appeared in the void of the original universe. Galaxy collisions were common, and the disputes between the many second world civilizations and local civilizations suddenly broke out after the initial calm.

Along the way in the small universe, there have been wars everywhere, and the territorial disputes between civilizations are difficult to settle without a few years.

After several months of exploration, the Territory Intelligence Department finally found traces of the 106 galaxy.

”Boss, we have found the 106 galaxy. Now we have two pieces of news. Which one do you want to hear?” The blue fat man ran over with a smile and said to Liu Wen who was practicing.

Liu Wen heaved a sigh of relief when he heard that the spectacular building had been found. The spectacular building was the only conceptual-level weapon in the territory that could be put into use. Although it had been used for several months and was about to reach the end of its service life even if every possible means of maintenance was done, a complete set of conceptual-level weaponry would be of great help to scientific research.

The territory is now absorbing and digesting the ninth-level technological theory, and is actually not far from the conceptual level. It has a set of ready-made conceptual-level weapons for comparative research and development. It is impossible to replicate a mature weapons system in a short time, but at least it can create a batch of weakened versions for use.

Now that he can get it back, Liu Wen is naturally very happy.

”Tell me, where is it?” Liu Wen asked with a smile.

”The good news is that it’s not far from us and is still within the human territory.” The blue fat man pulled up the star map and said, ”The bad news is that in the northern airspace of the Blue River Empire, there are nearly a hundred star systems integrated at once. They are really clustered together, and there are also a large number of subspaces with many alien civilizations. They are competing with the Blue River Empire for control of the territory.”

”Our Galaxy No. 106 has also been invaded by a dozen alien civilizations. Wonder buildings have also been discovered, and the area has become a battlefield. In order to fight for the wonder buildings, a dozen alien civilizations are almost fighting to the point of their brains bursting out.”

”How strong is it? Even if the Blue River Empire is weak, it shouldn’t be unable to defend its own territory, right?” Liu Wen asked doubtfully.

The blue fat man explained: ”The Blue River Empire is not weak, at least its fleet in the Second World is not weak. After all, it is an old human kingdom. Even if the empire is corrupt and decadent, the strength of its military is still intact.”

”The problem is that somehow, there are more than a dozen rule-level civilizations that have merged into that star field. We don’t know exactly what level they are, but their military is not weak, and they have fought back and forth with the Blue River Empire’s military.”

Liu Wen nodded: ”In other words, the Blue River Empire is currently strong in defense but weak in offense?”

”Yes. Boss, do you want us to go over and give it a hand? It would be helpful to occupy a few star systems and formally establish a country. Otherwise, if we only rely on the territory of the Nix subspace and the small universe, it would be very disadvantageous for resource channels and development and reproduction.” The blue fat man persuaded.

Liu Wen nodded first, then shook his head: ”Don’t worry, let them fight first, we will take back the wonder buildings first. With our current strength, it is not difficult to defend the 106 star system, but it is not possible to expand it. We don’t have enough troops, and it is not advisable to continue to exhaust the resources.”

The biological fleet can grow rapidly, but it does so at the cost of overdrawing the lifespan of stars. If the fleet continues to grow rapidly for a long time, it will become like the previous galaxies, where the stars will end and only matter will be available in the galaxy. The explosion of a large number of stars will also cause disorder in the gravitational and electromagnetic forces, completely making the galaxy lose its value for immigration.

The blue fat man thought about it and realized that manpower was indeed a problem. The previous war had consumed a large amount of the territory’s material reserves. There had been no income during this period, and the production of warships had been adjusted back to normal speed. So far, the Star Fleet had less than three thousand legions, and half of them were mechanical legion cannon fodder.

”The battleship models are currently being updated, so we can’t rush to expand our forces. We should first capture 106 galaxies to fill the gap in territory resources. With the spectacular buildings and regular battleships, these alien civilizations won’t fight us to the death.” Liu Wen expressed his thoughts.

The fat blue man thought about it and agreed. He decided to solve the territory problem first. As for the issue of expanding the territory, he would wait until the Blue River Empire had almost consumed all the alien races, and then take action. The biggest share would naturally go to the Blue River Empire, but occupying a few galaxies would not be a problem. Even if the Blue River Empire’s military had objections, they would not take action.

After the two men had discussed it, Liu Wen ordered Michelle to prepare the fleet for battle, destroy the alien fleet that entered the 106 galaxy, take over the galaxy and establish a defense and warning system.

At the same time, Fat Blue also convened a meeting of the territory’s top leaders and informed them of the news of taking back the 106 galaxy.

Zhao Nina asked, ”Lord, you mean to just take over the star system, not to develop immigrants for the time being, and to focus on gathering resources and building a defense system as a supplement, right?”

”Yes.” The blue fat man replied, ”We need to build a defense system for the entire galaxy. It is expected to be divided into three steps. The first step is to establish a warning line to control the entire galaxy and the surrounding areas. The second step is to establish a defense line outside the galaxy, mainly building a defense line with star fortresses, and cooperate with the fleet to block the enemy’s attack.

The third step is to build a defense system for the entire galaxy, which will take more than five years to accomplish.”

Anna frowned and said, ”Establishing the defense line is not that difficult. The problem is that the workload is too large, and the current situation in the territory does not support such a large project.”

”The productivity of the two industrial zones is all for the fleet, and all production tasks have been scheduled for ten years later. According to the plan, the industrial system will undergo a comprehensive upgrade within five years. As a result, it will be difficult for the production of defensive weapons to meet the requirements.”

”After taking over 106 galaxies, energy and materials will no longer be a problem. The resources of an entire galaxy will allow the territory to once again fully engage in production. With a large number of orders coming in, the territory’s economy will also enter a stage of rapid development.” Li Bingzhen responded.

Anna shook her head. ”This is not just a problem of resources, but a problem of inability to keep up with productivity. Once we officially join the battle, no matter what the enemy chooses, whether they will go to war with us or not, we will need to expand our forces.”

”With the cancellation of biological warships, we will inevitably need to increase the scale of mechanical warships, and the corresponding demand for industrial megastructures will also increase. The production of the territory has not yet reached the point where we can get whatever we want.”

Everyone was silent for a moment. After receiving the message from Laura, the blue fat man spoke up and said, ”Don’t worry too much about industrial production. The lord will make arrangements. The small universe industrial production system that was established before has basically met the requirements and can be put into use. The production efficiency has increased by dozens of times. There will be no problem in completing the plan within five years.”

Everyone roughly understood that this was a message from the lord, so they stopped objecting and started discussing the issue of resource allocation.

Now allocating resources with the core of taking over 106 star systems does not mean that other resources in the territory will be wasted. There are trillions of people in the territory, and there are thousands of life planets that have been immigrated in the small universe. Civilian spacecraft also require a lot of resources to build. In addition, the research institute that Zhu Jianqiao is in charge of is a big consumer of resources, especially in terms of energy, which consumes more than the fleet under normal circumstances.

”Civilian resources account for 20%, scientific research accounts for 15%, administrative departments account for 5%, and combat departments account for 60%.”

Zhao Nina gave a list of resource allocations. This part calculated the existing resources in the territory. All resources obtained from the subsequent development of 106 galaxies would first be invested in the military combat department to provide the necessary armed forces production, personnel recruitment and training, etc.

Everyone looked at it and no one had any objection, so the proposal was passed.

In the interstellar age, it is normal for military combat departments to occupy more than half of the territory’s resource allocation. After all, the manpower of thousands or tens of thousands of legions, as well as the investment in defense lines on the borders of various administrative star fields and territories are a huge expense. The construction of various space fortresses alone can take up a large amount of expenditure, not to mention the deployment of various firepower points, the production of related weapons and equipment, etc., the production demand is far greater than civilian demand.

This is determined by the interstellar environment, not by human will. If civilization is to develop healthily, the necessary military force is indispensable.

”What about recruiting personnel? The current population of the territory is 1.3 trillion. The vassal races are completely gone this time. They were left there without a trace, and it’s not appropriate to bring them back now.” Anna asked.

Li Bingzhen thought for a while and said, ”Let’s recruit the fleet according to the normal procedures. There is no need to recruit additional personnel. On the contrary, we need to give proper promotion to spiritual cultivation.”

”So far, the territory doesn’t even have a seventh-level psychic master of its own. All high-level forces rely on high-level warships, which is very disadvantageous for special operations. Once a high-level psychic breaks into the territory, we can’t destroy the enemy and the people of the territory together, right?”

”The fleet currently has a total of 100 billion personnel, with more than 20 billion logistics personnel. The crew is enough for now. Even if the fleet is expanded to 5,000 legions, it will be enough to ensure basic combat effectiveness.” The blue fat man concluded: ”The cultivation of psychics is indeed a problem. There are many level 6 psychics in the territory now, but no one has been able to break through to the level 7 psychic master. We must hurry up.”

”You should discuss a suitable plan and submit it to the Lord. We don’t even have a psychic master. I’m afraid that international exchanges after the founding of the country will be laughed at.”

The blue fat man knew that this was because the territory had risen too quickly. It had only been thirty or forty years so far. At this time, a normal frontier territory would still be struggling with the development of territories in several star systems. How could it have such a huge size as theirs?

Usually, when a territory is developed to the point where it is possible to establish a country, the territory must have been developed for at least hundreds of years. During these hundreds of years, with the birth of a large population, there will always be some psychic geniuses who become psychic masters, so that the situation will not occur like their territory, which develops too fast and the psychics cannot keep up with the practice.

By the time everyone had discussed each issue, three days had passed. During this time, the command had made preparations for the battle, all crew members had returned to their combat posts after their vacation, and the logistics resources had been deployed.

Michelle, Luo Shaohua and their group sat together, staring at the newly updated detailed information on the 106 galaxies with frowns on their faces.

Bai Haitang crossed her arms over her chest and pressed two coconuts into the shape of dried persimmons. She looked at the projection with dissatisfaction and said, ”Where did these alien races come from? I’m sure that these alien civilizations definitely didn’t exist in the previously explored star regions. The lowest level is seven and the highest is eight. Rule-level civilizations are simply life-threatening!”

Chen Wen smiled and said, ”It’s not beyond our capabilities, right? Fifteen rule-level alien civilizations, judging from the intelligence, should be part of a certain civilization and have been integrated into this star field. I just don’t know if these civilizations have lost contact with the civilization headquarters.”

”Whether they lose contact or not cannot change the outcome. Their only fate is to be destroyed by humans. It’s just their bad luck that they were integrated into the territory of Penti.” Luo Shaohua saw very clearly that alien forces would never be allowed to exist within the human territory. It would be okay for the remaining forces to be wanderers like interstellar pirates, but a complete establishment with an industrial system and scientific research system would be absolutely not allowed.

Now the Blue River Empire is unable to deal with them due to the joint boycott of the other side, but it does not mean that they can survive. Maybe the Human Union has already put the battle plan on the table.

”You all know our mission now. To take back the 106 galaxy, destroy this alien fleet, and resist their counterattack.” Michelle said.

”The forces of these alien races are not numerous, with less than a thousand legions added up. Their main forces are being held back by the Blue River Empire, and some of their fleets are trying to seize control of surrounding star systems. They are too busy gathering resources to come to support us.”

”So we have an advantage in terms of military strength. Moreover, we are not weak in terms of technology either. We still have some advantages.”

”So what the Lord wants us to do is to deal with this alien fleet with a thunderous force, and then establish a defense mechanism outside the galaxy to provide time for internal resource development and defense system establishment.”

”Do you have any questions?”

”No problem! Commander, who will lead the team this time? Or should we split into several fleets and attack separately?” Bai Haitang couldn’t wait to lead the team into battle. Staying in the territory to learn scientific knowledge during this period of time gave her a headache, which was even more troublesome than fighting.

”You three will still lead a fleet respectively, and will still be three armies. After annihilating this fleet, you will be stationed in a direction respectively to ensure the safety of the territory.” Michelle sent the detailed plan to the three people.

The three of them concentrated on looking over the battle plan, nodding occasionally.

In fact, there is nothing much to see. This hastily prepared battle plan is very simple and crude.

Through the microcosm, the three fleets were deployed on the periphery of the alien fleet to form a loose encirclement, and then the formation was deployed directly, relying on the powerful firepower advantage to annihilate it.
