Chapter 150 Emergency RescueChapter 150 Emergency Rescue

”Is this the reason why this set of rule equipment is called the Imperial Power System?” Bai Haitang looked at the void in the radar projection with a horrified expression. It was so powerful with just an imperfect experimental equipment. No wonder the designer named it the Imperial Power System. As the saying goes, a million corpses will be buried when the Son of Heaven is angry. This is the imperial power!
The moment the imperial power equipment was officially activated, a scene in the void shocked everyone. Even the designers had never imagined that the imperial power equipment they had built with their own hands would be so powerful.

Many people are wondering if there is something wrong with their calculation method, or if there is something wrong with the calculation formula itself?
They didn’t know what the correct answer was, they could only watch as the rules of the imperial equipment were covered. In the billions of miles of void, the rules of the universe really fell like thunder, and the invisible rules turned into tangible colorful lightning, instantly covering the void.

The overbearing imperial rules override the rules of the universe, just like the Shinto’s divine law. Millions of intelligent warships, as huge as planetary mobile fortresses and as advanced as rule-level warships, all collapsed and dissipated in the instant they were covered by the colorful light of the rules, turning into particle nebulae all over the sky, blooming with gorgeous and charming brilliance accompanied by the release of energy.

The imperial rules swept around the breakout fleet in just thirty seconds, covering the farthest area three light hours away. Hundreds of intelligent machine armies were reduced to ashes, leaving only the colorful aurora in the sky, proving to the universe that they once existed.

Duan Rudong, director of the Bonucci Research Institute, looked at the army of intelligent machines that was reduced to ashes. There was no longer any existence that could stop the Star Fleet in the direction of its breakout. After the attack by the imperial rules, the space that was originally targeted was also forcefully broken through, and the fleet was able to make a jump again.

Under Luo Shaohua’s command, the fleet seized the opportunity to forcibly jump out of the battlefield, away from the wormhole channel area, and jumped straight towards the Star Sea Territory without stopping.

The fleet has escaped danger, and the intelligent fleet in the distance has no time to stop it. Under the dangerous energy aurora, even the radar lock is difficult. They can only watch the Star Sea Fleet open the jump channel and leave safely.

”Is there something wrong with the experimental report you submitted? The experimental results do not match the data in your report at all. Although it is normal for the experimental data to have errors compared with the actual situation, I can accept the first experimental result within plus or minus 30%. I can also accept experimental failure.”

Duan Rudong found the design team of the Imperial Power Equipment and said earnestly, ”But can you explain to me how you used the Imperial Power Equipment to deal five times more damage than the theoretical data in its complete state when the energy supply was insufficient and the energy conversion efficiency was reduced, and the experiment should have failed or the effect was not good?”

The chief designer of the Imperial Power System looked at Duan Rudong who was staring at him with a confused expression. How could he know the answer? Their calculation process was all handed over to the core center for calculation. Who knew that it might be wrong sometimes?

”Hey, Dean, we are also checking the data. We are also surprised by the results of this experiment. When designing it, we have repeatedly corrected and calculated the relevant data more than 100,000 times, but no one knows where the problem is. The damage caused by the experimental equipment is more than five times the designed power.”

Duan Rudong suspected that this kid was busy with something, but he had no evidence. It was true that he could understand the experimental data, but it was very difficult for him when it came to the core rules and technologies. His academic ability was insufficient and he could only understand the basics. He could not understand many related theoretical knowledge, let alone understand the calculations.

Therefore, they could only put aside their doubts and report the data to Laura, asking her to calculate the relevant data and file it to prevent these guys from doing things in secret. Later, they would call on scientific researchers from another laboratory to review the relevant design and experimental data to identify the problem.

The design team breathed a sigh of relief after watching Duan Rudong leave, and then gathered together to start looking through the design drafts and experimental data.

”Hurry up and find out what went wrong. Check the detector again to see if there is a problem with the sensor or if there is some external force that was not detected.”

”That shouldn’t be the case. We went through so many calculations when designing the Imperial Power System. No matter how problematic it is, it won’t cause a sudden increase in power. We need to change the energy throttle valve. This one won’t work. It seriously hinders the output power. We need to triple the output.”

”Well, there is something wrong with the rule calculation formula. According to the experimental data feedback, this calculation formula should also take into account the curvature of space-time. The influence of the universe rules must be curbed.”

After a few changes, the team was clearly checking the mismatch between the system’s design power and actual output power, but they made a sharp turn and ran to design optimization. After a few data changes, the verification results of the intelligent center showed that the power of the Imperial System had increased by three points of floating rate.

On the other side, Chen Wen, Bai Haitang and the other two were also discussing the issue of the Imperial Power equipment. They had also looked at the expected effects of the Imperial Power system before, but there was such an obvious gap. After the initial shock, they quickly realized that this was completely different from what was written in the design plan.

The gap of several times is still the damage caused by insufficient energy supply, reduced energy conversion efficiency of equipment, and too short system maintenance time. If the equipment is improved, won’t the damage increase several times according to the theoretical plan?
Based on this rough experiment, this Imperial Power System can be said to be the highest-level standing force that the Star Sea Territory can currently use at will. As long as the energy problem is solved, a spacecraft carrying the Imperial Power System can travel across the starry sky.

If you have a hundred or eighty sets of imperial power systems in your hands, what do you have to fear from the intelligent mechanical civilization? You can just provide door-to-door service and deliver a whole family package to turn the whole family into ashes!

”Luo Shaohua, do you know what’s going on? Are all the experimental equipment produced by this research institute so powerful? The difference between the designed power and the actual power is too big, right?” Bai Haitang did not know nothing. It was precisely because she understood the difference that she was so shocked.

My goodness, in order to obtain sufficient research funds, others exaggerate the effects of the research objectives as much as possible. The actual data are often a little worse than the reported data, but the difference generally does not exceed 50%.

You guys, on the other hand, directly came up with a reverse report, saying that the actual output power is more than five times the designed power. This is the experimental result despite the interference of many parties. Are you afraid that you have given too much research funding?

Luo Shaohua was also confused. He was just in a hurry and wanted to pull it out for a walk regardless of whether it was useful or not. He didn’t expect it to be so powerful that he could eliminate thousands of legions of artificial intelligence troops in one go, making the breakout of the fleet extremely easy. He just ordered to turn on the jump engine, and then rushed towards the star sea territory.

”I don’t know the details. This was designed by the research institute. I just used it. It’s an experimental device, so it’s normal to have errors. I just didn’t expect the error to be so large.”

”Duan Rudong, director of the Bonucci Research Institute, just told me that the design team is really checking the data to find the cause.”

Chen Wen immediately asked: ”Ask them if the equipment can still be used after repair. I’m afraid our journey will not be peaceful. It would be best to have a trump card in hand. At least we can take away more enemies.”

Bai Haitang also agreed: ”What Chen Wen said is right. The power of this equipment is really awesome. If I had a few sets, I would dare to lead the fleet to attack the Tuomu Thunder Star System to find sequence three intelligent life to play Landlord!” ”By the way, is this set of equipment difficult to manufacture? Can it be popularized? Can we let the territory start manufacturing it now and then load it on the warships?”

Luo Shaohua spread his hands: ”I want to know about this, too. Who doesn’t want to use good things? But if even Dean Duan Rudong doesn’t know about it, then I don’t know about it at all.”

Bai Haitang urged, ”Hurry up and ask. According to the speed of technological advancement in the territory, the difficulty of manufacturing this batch of equipment should not be that great. At least it should not be a problem to manufacture it in the laboratory. Even if the cost is a bit high, it is worth it when compared with the battle record.”

”After all, they were able to wipe out thousands of legions of the intelligent civilization in one go. How many legions would it take to achieve such a feat!”

Luo Shaohua had no choice but to contact Duan Rudong, but the other party could not give any answer. He could only go to the design team with the problem. As a result, as soon as he entered the door, he heard someone yelling at them to increase the output power to ensure a balance between energy intake and output rate, so that the power of the equipment can be freely adjusted to carry out precise strikes.

Duan Rudong walked in with a frown on his face. ”What’s going on with you? Didn’t I ask you to check the system problems of the equipment? Why are you still optimizing it? Have you found the problem with the output power? What is the problem that causes the actual output power to be several times greater than the designed power?”

When the people who were busy optimizing the design heard Duan Rudong’s roar, they suddenly stopped what they were doing, turned around awkwardly and looked at him, with embarrassment and helplessness on their faces, but they didn’t know how to answer his question.

Looking for design problems, they seemed to be looking for them at the beginning, when did it become optimizing the design? Where did they find the problems?
Everyone looked at each other, and no one could respond for a long time. Duan Rudong was so angry that he ordered the intelligent center to cut off their computing share, so that they could only verify the existing data and could not continue to optimize. When the verification was completed and the algorithm errors were found, the calculation share would be restored to them.

”Don’t blame me for not reminding you. Scientific research is a field that requires talent and sudden inspiration. But if you can’t ensure that your experiments are within a controllable range, the consequences of the experiments will be very serious.

Any experiment must be treated rigorously, and every detail must be reviewed. It is normal that it cannot be foolproof, but it cannot exceed expectations too much. That is not a scientific experiment, that is irresponsible to science. ”

”Now, check the calculations for me immediately and find out the problem.”

”The purpose of scientific research is to turn something that cannot be replicated into something that can be replicated and popularized. No matter how well you do this experiment, if the experimental equipment cannot be replicated according to the existing design, it is useless garbage, a waste of time, effort and money. Do you understand?”

Duan Rudong’s roar made all the designers unable to raise their heads. Indeed, they were a little too proud of themselves because the experimental results exceeded their expectations, and they forgot the most basic safety regulations of scientific experiments.

This was really not intentional. After all, they were new scientific researchers in the past twenty years. They still had wild imaginations about scientific research and had not developed good scientific research habits. They always wanted to make the things they designed more perfect, but they forgot that the purpose of scientific research is mass replication, not to create a unique technology that cannot be replicated.

Everyone turned around and started operating the projector, carefully reviewing their own design drafts, verifying the data, and checking the experimental data to see which aspect of the calculation had gone wrong that greatly increased the power of the equipment.

Duan Rudong saw that the problem he had brought up could not be solved, so he could only return to the office and tell Luo Shaohua the truth.

After learning about the design team’s problems, Luo Shaohua put aside his curiosity and just asked him to see if he could repair the experimental equipment so that it could be put into use again in the near future. Even if it could only last for a few seconds, it was at least a trump card that could provide help when necessary.

After the intelligent life in the Tuomu Lei Ting galaxy discovered that the Star Fleet had unexpectedly escaped and took with it thousands of their own legions, the huge data flow verification caused the entire Tuomu Lei Ting’s computing matrix to pause for a few seconds.

”The target has a ninth-level rule power, which is inconsistent with the reconnaissance results. The target’s combat power is being recalculated...”

”Stargate particle transmission matrix repositioning completed!”

”The Mechanical Clearance Corps has completed its awakening. Assign the killing system and attack immediately!”

”The Doomsday Mecha Combat Group has been activated. Assign the annihilation system and attack immediately!”

……

The Star Sea Fleet was originally jumping quickly and returning to the Star Sea territory. After more than a dozen jumps, the speed of the fleet was reduced to give the jump engine some time to decompress, and to eliminate the fleet’s jump fluctuations along the way, preventing the intelligent fleet from finding their jump trajectory again and catching up.

But just as they jumped into the void of a galaxy, they heard a high-energy warning ahead, and the space fluctuations were distorted like the ups and downs of the ocean waves.

The surrounding void was blocked after the Star Fleet completed the jump, and the space solidified like a piece of iron. No matter how the jump engine was operated, it could not start the jump again. Only the conventional propulsion engine was left to maintain the fleet’s navigation.

”Damn it, it’s the remote positioning of the intelligent machine civilization again. How did they find us? With such precise positioning and remote aiming, is our space technology so backward?”

”Immediately send an emergency rescue signal to the territory, and highlight the information of the imperial system. We need this system to fight back!” Luo Shaohua’s eyes were fierce. Since you won’t let me go, let’s fight to the death!
