Star Lord: Rob the alien race and you will get a hundred times the reward

Chapter 147: Traces of Intelligent CivilizationChapter 147: Traces of Intelligent Civilization
Liu Wen watched Dexter’s kingdom of God go away, then looked into the depths of the mezzanine space, where there were more than a dozen figures hiding in it, watching the kingdom of God leave.

He suspected that Dexter’s kingdom of God came in not by accident, but was the result of the Interstellar Alliance’s deliberate indulgence. Otherwise, based on the abyss saints among them, the Interstellar Alliance should have summoned a large army to encircle and kill it, instead of pretending not to see it and allowing it to come and go freely.

”Who is that saint? Does anyone of you know?” An immortal saint from the Interstellar Alliance asked the saint next to him.

”I’ve never seen this frequency of psychic energy before. Judging from his figure, he should be an immortal saint of the local human race, but there is no such person among the registered saints of the alliance.”

”Should we check on the other party? Perhaps the other party is also connected to the outer universe.”

The leading Immortal Saint shook his head and said, ”Don’t worry about it. Humans can’t betray the main universe. This has been the definite answer for several epochs. All we need to know is that it is human.”

The saint who responded asked in confusion: ”Sir, why don’t humans have traitors? Is there something special about them?”

”You will know the inside story when you reach the Immortal level, so don’t ask too much now.”

The leading immortal saint glanced in the direction where Liu Wen disappeared, and silently led his men to follow in the direction where the Kingdom of God left.

Liu Wen hid his body and watched the other party leave. He also heard their conversation. He saw that the other party was not on guard during the conversation, as if he was deliberately saying it for him to hear.

”Humans will never betray the main universe camp. Why is there such an affirmative statement?” Liu Wen was very confused. He didn’t know whether the other party was using this statement to mislead his thinking or it was really true. If it was true, then would they not betray or could not betray?

Liu Wen couldn’t tell whether it was true or not, nor could he verify it. The thoughts of the top leaders of the Interstellar Alliance were not something he could understand at the moment.

If you can’t figure it out, don’t think about it. Bury the problem deep in your heart. When you are strong enough, the answers to these problems will come out by themselves. There is no need to waste time thinking about these problems that have no answers.

Looking back at the 106 galaxy, he had the idea of coming here anyway, so he scanned the galaxy. After a rough review, he screened out the alien civilizations targeting the Star Fleet. With a thought, invisible energy fluctuations covered the entire galaxy.

All alien civilizations targeting the Star Fleet will be destroyed, all intelligent life will suddenly collapse and dissipate, the end of the energy system will trigger a chain explosion, and countless fireworks will suddenly bloom, clearing out all artificial buildings.

He packed up the remaining alien civilizations and sent them into the spacecraft, and then threw them into the internal area of the pioneering star field, evenly scattered among a dozen galaxies. In order to prevent them from having no strength to compete for living space, he also deliberately protected the armed forces of these alien civilizations, and even uprooted the corresponding industrial systems and threw them over. As long as they were modified, they could still operate even in space.

He took another look at Galaxy No. 106. He had originally planned to take only the central area, but then an unexpected incident occurred involving Dexter. Now that he was already here, he might as well just take over the entire galaxy. Anyway, the plan would only delay it by a dozen or twenty years to take it over.

He walked back to where Laura was and said to her, ”Let Luo Shaohua and the other two lead the fleet back to Galaxy No. 106 to build a defense system. Notify Fatty Blue, Jack, Zhao Nina, and Li Bingzhen, and let them arrange the corresponding construction and immigration work.”

”Okay, Lord. According to preliminary investigations, Galaxy 106 has a total of planets that can be colonized with life. It will take billion colonists to establish a qualified galaxy ecological environment.”

Laura projected a star map and explained, ”There are also more than 106 Earth-like planets suitable for transformation. It is estimated that it will take years to complete the transformation. The number of subsequent immigrants in Galaxy will reach trillion people.”

”No, no, no, Laura, the number of immigrants we can apply to the Human Union will not exceed 500 billion people, and the rest will have to reproduce on their own. Therefore, there is no need to be so anxious to transform the planet now. Let’s leave it to the governors of the local administrative star field to consider it. We should first solve the problem of immigration to living cities on the life planet.” Liu Wen stopped talking when he heard what Laura said. There is no such calculation. With this number of immigrants, even if the territory funds are drained, it cannot meet the demand.

”Increase fertility protection, strengthen territorial nurturing policies, increase fertility subsidies, and optimize the genes of all people. Early immigrants will fill a large number of populations within the next fifty years. In addition, infant nurseries will be fully open to artificial breeding, so that couples who do not want to have children naturally can do so through artificial breeding. In just a few decades, we will have the population we need.”

”Moreover, the offspring bred after genetic optimization can reach 60% to 80% optimization in the initial stage. After further optimization, they will directly surpass the genes of their parents. The probability of talents appearing will increase by ten to twenty times. That is when the territory will truly reach its peak.”

Laura’s projection rolled her eyes at Liu Wen. ”My Lord, interstellar humans don’t have a high desire to have children. Even with birth subsidies and full-time childcare policies, it’s still difficult to reproduce. According to data released by the Human Union, the total population of dozens of human countries is only over one million trillion (in mathematics, one trillion is one trillion, and one trillion is ten thousand trillion). And due to various factors, there has been no obvious population growth in the past hundred years.”

”You want to increase the population dozens of times within a few decades, which is obviously unrealistic.” Laura spread her hands and directly presented data to make her point.

Liu Wen smiled and said, ”Then why do you think I insisted that they complete the genetic optimization before immigrating?”

”The gene optimization potion not only improves their survival and personal abilities, but also their fertility. You have to know that ordinary intelligent life forms are affected by genes. Their fertility instinct will make them voluntarily give birth to offspring, and I will solve the problem of nurturing and caring for them. They only need to be responsible for giving birth.”

”For immigrants who have been injected with gene optimization drugs, the life gene will prompt them to reproduce, at least ten offspring! I also increased their chances of having twins.”

”Of course, I know this violates the Human Rights Law of the Human Union, but the Human Union will not cause trouble to me if the immigrants are voluntary, right? This situation will last for three generations, a total of sixty years. The gene optimization drug will reduce its efficacy in the later stage, maintaining the number of births at around three, and maintaining the continuous growth of the territory’s population.”

After hearing Liu Wen’s explanation, Laura couldn’t help but give him a thumbs up: ”You are worthy of being a lord. For the development of the territory, you can directly implant population development into the genes. It’s a waste of your talent if you don’t become the director of the birth promotion office!”

Liu Wen shrugged and said, ”In the next hundred years, the territory’s economy will develop rapidly until the population growth slows down.”

”This period is a critical time for the territory to concentrate on development. The new population will bring a large number of elite populations, thereby promoting rapid development and progress in all aspects of the territory. The accumulated resources and scientific and technological information will be completely digested during this period.”

”So, Laura, as the steward of the territory, you have a heavy responsibility. The production and industrial system will continue to expand, and during this period it will be continuously upgraded and transformed to push the territory’s military strength upward.”

”When the People’s Federation issues a transfer order several decades later, we will have enough strength to deal with a new war.”

”Okay, Lord, I understand. You’d better go and arrange your fertility-enhancing gene optimization potion. No wonder you chose an independent intelligent center to automatically produce this thing. Even I can’t detect the data. Humph!” Laura could now see Liu Wen’s face clearly. She pouted and shrank back into the central computer.

Liu Wen smiled, turned around and left the control center, heading for the small universe. The number of life planets in the small universe is greater than that of the 106 star systems. After all, it was built according to his wishes. There is a thriving life planet in each star system, but after more than years of development, the immigrant population here is less than billion.

Interstellar humans are more free and easy than those in the Blue Star era. Although material resources are abundant, third-level psychics with genetic optimization can live for hundreds or thousands of years, and people’s desire to reproduce has dropped to freezing point.

The policy of encouraging multiple births has not had much impact. A large number of newborns are artificially bred in infant and child breeding institutions after they are authorized to do so.

It’s not that this method of increasing population cannot be used, but it cannot be the only method. Without the family factor, it is actually difficult to grasp the psychological aspects of these newborns. Therefore, family factors and kinship factors are still needed to bind and accompany them. Only in this way can the territory be condensed into a whole from point to surface.

This is also the main reason why he had to use this method of forced reproduction. There is really no other method more effective than this.

After returning to the microcosm, the little dolphin, who was still dozing off, took back the power he had lent to Liu Wen on his own, and sent him away without even taking any snacks, not wanting to bother with him.

Without even having the chance to say a word, Liu Wen had to return to his residence to deal with the affairs of the territory.

On the other side, after receiving the order from Laura, Luo Shaohua, Bai Haitang and their team of three confirmed again and again that there were no problems with the 186 galaxy before leading the fleet back.

Due to excessive shock before, they made a lot of closed preparations. Now that the danger is over, some data and information related to the territory must be restored through Laura’s backup.

”Where are we going?” Chen Wen asked the two people while looking at the unfamiliar nebulae around them.

Luo Shaohua looked at the star map, then at the coordinates given by the space-time locator, pointed to a nebula and said, ”We seem to have reached the edge of the open star field. I remember there was an intelligent civilization fleet stationed here before, but I don’t know if it’s still there now.”

After Bai Haitang confirmed the coordinates, he replaced the existing star map with the backup star map. After repositioning, he found that they were actually more than two million light-years away from Galaxy No. 106. They were not far from the nebula of the intelligent civilization territory that they had discovered during the previous battle. If they kept moving forward, it would not be long before they would dive into the territory of the intelligent civilization.

This was not an unintentional act, but something they had planned from the beginning. However, they had not yet decided on a specific surrounding civilization as their target. Their intention was to move the threat to other civilizations, away from their territory.

Unexpectedly, the randomly selected direction turned out to be the territory of the intelligent civilization. Fortunately, the lord had sent them a message before asking them to return to the territory for garrison. At that time, they did not dare to return to the territory directly, but chose to continue forward, intending to return after making sure there were no pursuers behind. However, they did not expect to end up here.

”Further ahead is the Plato Super Star Cluster, which, according to data, is directly under the control of the third-sequence intelligent machinery and currently occupies the Domu Thunder Galaxy. The intelligent life sequence number 03-308 that fought against us before came from this third-sequence intelligent life.” Luo Shaohua introduced.

Chen Wen thought for a moment and said, ”Then our presence must have been discovered by intelligent life. As the chief intelligent life of the third sequence, the technological power mastered by the other party must have completed the research and development of level 7 technology, which means that the other party must have mastered level 7 technological warships.”

”And the intelligent machine territory has been operating for hundreds of years. It is impossible to estimate how many warships have been accumulated there. We can’t stay here any longer. We can’t drop some reconnaissance devices and then immediately return to the territory. It’s better for us not to provoke these machine brains now.”

”Yes, let’s go quickly. The third-sequence intelligent life has a grudge against us. Don’t let them find an opportunity.” Bai Haitang said and ordered the fleet to return. Now that the star map has been updated and the coordinate positioning has been completed, they can choose the nearest route to jump back to the territory.

The three fleets hurriedly changed direction and jumped towards the location of the 106 galaxy.

As soon as the three fleets jumped away, a group of intelligent reconnaissance ships appeared in the void. After scanning with radar, it took Nefedo a lot of effort to find the traces left by the fleet, and determined the number of the fleet and its approximate combat power level through various means.

In the Tuomu Thunder Galaxy, the intelligent life clone of Sequence Three retrieved the information transmitted back by the reconnaissance ship and determined the source and destination of the fleet after searching.

”The target is the human fleet, numbering 10,700 human legions.”

”Combat strength: conventional level 6 technological corps, level 7 rule-based warships, special rule-based armaments.”

”The target position has been locked, activate the trans-time and space bombing module!”

”The target area has been closed for space jumps, and the time-space disruption units have been deployed!”

”The super-time and space bombing module is fully charged, open fire!”

The three fleets that were returning at full speed had their space jump capabilities suddenly blocked on the way forward. Time and space were disturbed by unknown factors, ripples appeared in the void, and inexplicable fear enveloped the fleet.

”Something is wrong. There is something wrong with this space-time. Activate the special rule ship, suppress the surrounding void rules, and activate all protective equipment.”

Luo Shaohua had experienced several large-scale battles and had rich combat experience. He discovered something was wrong as soon as the jump failed.

”Space Rule Ship, immediately open a forced jump channel for the fleet.”

”All fleets, move closer to the flagship and prepare for a forced jump!”

”Send a distress signal immediately, we are under blockade and attack by an unknown force!”

When Luo Shaohua’s words were transmitted through the communication channel, Chen Wen and Bai Haitang were both shocked. What happened? They were suddenly tricked by someone!
