Rebirth: The Courtyard Bride Is Cool and Radiant

Chapter 648: Chapter 648: Gained Everyone’s Recognition

This Sister-in-law Zhuang is really quite impatient. In the afternoon, as soon as Yun Yiyi started work, she saw her bringing someone in: ”Doctor Chu, this is my daughter, Haijuan.”

After saying this, she turned to her daughter and said, ”This is Doctor Chu, the fiancée of Vice Factory Director Huo, who lives next door. Although she’s younger than you, her medical skills are very impressive.”

Yun Yiyi just gave a slight smile and didn’t take the words to heart, ”Sit down, I’ll have a look at her.”

Zhuang Haijuan was a bit doubtful of Yun Yiyi, considering the doctor seemed too young. Those old doctors couldn’t cure her ailment, so she feared this doctor wouldn’t do any better.

However, to assure her mother, she still sat down and extended her wrist.

After taking the pulse, Yun Yiyi spoke, ”Since your miscarriage, your periods haven’t been regular, right?”

Hearing this, Zhuang Haijuan straightened up, ”Yes, my periods have indeed been irregular.”

Yun Yiyi picked up her pen to write a prescription, ”You’ve taken a lot of medicine, but none of them were correct, making it worse. I’ll first write a prescription to help regulate your periods.”

As she spoke, she swiftly wrote a prescription and handed it directly to Zhuang Haijuan, ”Go get the price and buy the medicine, then come back for further instructions.”

Zhuang Haijuan was now somewhat unsure; it seemed that this Doctor Chu indeed had some skills. Holding on to the idea of giving it a try, she left the consultation room to pay and collect the medicine.

As soon as Zhuang Haijuan left the consultation room, Sister-in-law Zhuang spoke, ”Doctor Chu, do you have something to discuss with me?”

Indeed, the older, the wiser, Yun Yiyi nodded, ”Sister-in-law Zhuang, I’m afraid your daughter might feel burdened if she hears this. Previously, during the dilation and curettage, the basal layer of the endometrium might have been damaged, but it hasn’t been treated appropriately.”

She didn’t directly imply that the excessive scraping during the dilation and curettage might have caused the endometrial basal damage, fearing that Zhuang Haijuan would confront the doctor who performed the procedure on her.

Sister-in-law Zhuang, having been through life, understood Yun Yiyi’s words, ”Doctor Chu, can it be cured?”

Yun Yiyi nodded, ”Yes, but it might take some time. The Chinese medicine I’ve prescribed can not only regulate the menstrual cycle but also promote the repair of the endometrium. Rest assured, it’s not a significant issue, but as family, you need to guide her. She needs treatment both physically and mentally. When her mind is at ease, her recovery will be faster.”

Yun Yiyi could see that Zhuang Haijuan was carrying a heavy psychological burden.

Upon hearing this, Sister-in-law Zhuang said, ”Thank you, Doctor Chu, for the reminder.”

After their conversation, Zhuang Haijuan returned with the medicine, and Yun Yiyi carefully gave her the instructions, ”Don’t worry, it’s not a severe problem. As long as you adjust your body properly, within half a year after stopping the medication, you’ll surely get your wish.”

Yun Yiyi’s words greatly encouraged Zhuang Haijuan, ”Okay, I will definitely cooperate with the treatment.”

After the mother and daughter left the hospital, Sister-in-law Zhuang said quietly, ”Haijuan, although Doctor Chu is young, I can tell that she’s sensible. I hope you adjust your mood and cooperate with Doctor Chu’s treatment well.”

Zhuang Haijuan knew that her parents had endured a lot of mockery from the in-law family due to her infertility, and she also knew that if she didn’t conceive soon, her life with Song Shuqing might not continue, ”Mom, I know, I will definitely cooperate with the treatment.”

Time passed swiftly. In the blink of an eye, Yun Yiyi had been at the Machinery Factory Workers’ Hospital for over a month, and her medical skills had been recognized by everyone.

Those who previously made sarcastic remarks had now shut their mouths because the patients who benefited from her superb medical skills were the best proof, and the power of word of mouth should not be underestimated.
