Global Arrival: Survival on a Desert Island

Chapter 131 Set sail for an expedition!

Chapter 131 Set sail for an expedition!

It was already eight or nine in the morning when Lin Feng woke up the next day.

And Chen Sisi, who was beside her, had already left at some point.

Grinding her teeth, she rubbed her waist, then got up from the bed, put on her clothes and prepared to wash up.

At this time, everyone on the island has completed the daily morning training and is ready to assemble outside.

After checking, Lin Feng unhurriedly finished the prepared breakfast.

Hai Xing had issued a notification about the expedition in the morning, and they didn’t need to prepare for the sea preparations, and Lin Feng had already arranged all the problems.

After finishing his breakfast, Lin Feng came to the assembly square to give an oath speech before the expedition.

The four fleets that have been prepared have been arranged according to the regulations at this moment.

Coming to the stage, Lin Feng took a deep breath, and then said loudly.

”Today, we are going to set off to destroy a group of pirates named ’Sea Wolf Fleet’!”

”Many of us were also members of their banner before, but now you are all fighters of the Star Sea Alliance!”

”Before the expedition, I left you a gift on the island. This time, the brave fighters will receive the richest rewards.”

”And this first reward is... beer!”

When Lin Feng said this, the prepared staff in the audience began to carry the brewed wine barrels to the stage.

”These fermenting beers will also mature when you return. I have prepared this early celebration wine for you first.”

”Wine! Damn, how long has it been since you drank?”

”The lord can make wine?! No, this expedition must be done well!”

……

With the display of the wine barrel, everyone in the audience began to exclaim.

Beer is a luxury in this ocean world.

The place where everyone lives is already very crowded, and now with the addition of planting, the land is even more insufficient.

Thinking about the luxury of beer, they can only taste it on some big islands, and the price is very expensive.

But here, as long as they fight, they can get rewards, which makes their fighting spirit burst into flames.

Looking at the people whose morale was ignited, Lin Feng smiled slightly and continued.

”Besides this one, there are other rewards that are also being prepared. As long as the battle returns successfully, these rewards are guaranteed to surprise you!”

”Okay, everyone is there, board the ship in order!”

After a brief encouragement, Lin Feng gave an order for everyone to board the battleship.

Lin Feng had already arranged everything that should be prepared before the expedition.

Before leaving, he simply gave some instructions to the housekeepers and boarded the battleship.

”set sail!”

Following an order, the four warships put down their sails and began to move towards the depths of the ocean.

The pirate’s stronghold is more than 800 kilometers away from the island, and it can be reached in about seven days according to the speed of the ship, sailing 24 hours a day.

And in these seven days, everyone has to work in 24-hour shifts to ensure that the battleship can have combat effectiveness at any time.

As the battleship continued to move forward, Lin Feng also simply told the navigator the forward direction and asked them to make corrections.

For the seven-day voyage, Lin Feng only needs to make small adjustments every day, and doesn’t need to keep staring at it all the time.

Black Coral Operations Center.

Greser, Luo Kun and other officers are all planning to attack the pirate camp here.

Among them, the drawing team headed by Luo Kun is restoring the sea area around the pirate camp.

The total number of sea wolf pirate fleets exceeds [-] people, and at the same time, the total number of people living on the island exceeds [-].

According to Luo Kun, most of these people living on the island are slaves they captured, and they can also be armed with equipment to fight when necessary.

And now the total number of their fleet is only 750 people, seven hundred and fifty against twenty thousand, this is not an easy task.

However, considering the equipment gap and information gap, if the tactics can be used well, it is not impossible to wipe out the pirates.

”The Sea Wolf’s base camp is a small archipelago surrounded by three islands, and all its fleets stop here...”

Luo Kun said and clicked on the center of the three islands on the map.

”According to the worst case scenario, all four fleets will return, and only two fleets will be docked here. One fleet will guard the surrounding area, and the other fleet will go to the volcanic island to garrison.”

”As far as I know, there are seventeen anti-ship artillery on the island garrison. These are all on the bright side. I guess there are at least twenty more in the dark.”

”So it is not a very good choice to storm the camp, but the firepower and protection of our warships might be able to play an unexpected role.”

”As long as the raid enters the bay, the coastal defense ship’s guns will lose their attack angle, and at the same time, the warships in the harbor have no room to activate. At most three rounds of artillery can blow them all up.”

Luo Kun slowly expressed what he knew and his opinion.

Looking at the simple map and sand table, Lin Feng was also thinking about the feasibility of this aspect.

”What do other people think?”

As he spoke, Lin Feng set his eyes on Grace.

In the entire fleet, apart from Luo Kun, the only person with combat command experience is Grayse.

”Forcibly advancing can annihilate the opponent in one fell swoop, but if the opponent’s outer fleet comes to support, it will be difficult for us to evacuate from the archipelago port, and...”

Grace paused.

”And there is no guarantee that these pirates have set up naval guns against the port. After all... there are not no incidents of betrayal among pirates.”

After finishing speaking, Grace took a deep look at Luo Kun.

He stayed on the mine island for a week and came back to find that there were pirates joining him, and he had to cooperate with him in this battle.

Innate distrust of pirates caused Greyse to have great opinions and views on Rokun.

But due to the leader Lin Feng, this friction did not expand, but remained between words.

According to Greser’s previous practice, he would beat up the guy who had already copied him before talking.

Being targeted in this way, Luo Kun has no way to refute these words, after all, these things are indeed true.

”Well, good, go ahead.”

Lin Feng also nodded slightly, letting Greese continue to express his opinion.

”According to Luo Kun’s information, in fact, the target of our main attack this time is best placed on the volcanic island.”

”Huh? Speak carefully.”

Hearing this statement, Lin Feng was a little interested.

”If all the opponent’s fleet returns, then there will definitely be a fleet stationed on the volcanic island, but if there is no return, there are only a few thousand people on the island, and it will take less than half a day with our firepower.”

”At the same time, we can also know the situation of the fleet in the opponent’s base camp. If there is a fleet stationed there, it will only be a unilateral massacre.”

”Although our number of warships is only four, in terms of firepower, it is still very easy to single out the opponent’s squadron.”

”At the same time, most importantly, we can rely on the volcanic island to send a signal to the pirates, forcing them to go to sea and fight us.”

”On the vast ocean, relying on the unique ability of the lord, we can completely fight against each other. Even if we face three fleets at the same time, we can escape by relying on our excellent speed.”

”After going back and forth like this, the opponent’s base camp will be empty, and this is also a good opportunity for us to sneak attack.”
