……

Qin Fang looked at the panel in front of him.

Three months have passed since Shen Changyuan joined the park.

In the past three months, the park has experienced rapid development... After coming to the surface, the park’s operations have become more frequent.

Qin Fang had his members break dungeon records on a massive scale, and the company’s reputation increased dramatically every day as the number of members grew.

Over these three months, he earned an average of 6000+ corporate reputation points per day, which allowed Qin Fang to accumulate a large amount of corporate reputation.

Member recruitment has also become more formalized and systematic...

New members will no longer be granted a rank of 2 or higher simply by signing up; instead, they will be uniformly granted rank 0.

They only gave him a liar’s mask to conceal his identity.

Then you need to complete an ’advanced quest’... break the speedrun record for 5 Tier 0 dungeons from Normal to Hell difficulty.

Once completed, the contract is changed, and you are promoted to ’Tier 1’.

From level 1 to level 2, you still need to complete the ’advanced task’...

This advanced task is divided into two parts.

1. Break the speedrun records for 10 Tier 1 dungeons from Normal to Hell difficulty.

2. Clear 5 Tier 1 Abyss dungeons.

Task Two will be coordinated by veteran members, who will form full teams of five. The veteran members will then act as ’protectors’ and lead the teams to a Tier 1 dungeon in a certain city to carry out the mission.

Then you can be promoted to Tier 2.

To progress from Tier 2 to Tier 3, you naturally need to complete the ’advancement quest’ as well...

After entering Tier 3, there are no more ’Advanced Quests’, but there are ’Daily Quests’.

These ’daily tasks’ include escorting new members, breaking speedrun records for Tier 3 dungeons, etc.

The benefits of formalization and systematization are obvious.

First and foremost, the new members need to know that everything they have was given to them by Paradise, and if Qin Fang wants to take it back, it’s just a matter of a single thought.

This prevents new members from having any other thoughts after gaining great power...

After all, human nature is inherently greedy.

Some people inevitably develop ambitions after gaining great power.

But now, their ambitions have been completely extinguished, and they understand that only by remaining wholeheartedly loyal to Paradise can they continue to possess this powerful force.

This will undoubtedly greatly enhance member loyalty.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, no one should betray us.

Secondly, it is about uniting people’s hearts and minds.

We need to ensure that members feel a sense of honor and belonging in the park.

For example, the 1st-level ’advanced task’ requires teamwork.

Force interaction between new and old members...

When new members witness the power of the veteran members, they naturally develop a sense of awe for the park, which in turn fosters a sense of honor... a feeling of ”such a powerful being is on my side.”

Getting to know other peers can enhance their sense of belonging.

...This has been proven effective in practice.

For example, initially, Lu Dayong, Bai Yangyang, and Qin Xiaoyou didn’t know each other at all.

However, because of the ”centralized upgrade” project, the five of them spent several months together, which led to a very deep bond between them.

Qin Fang granted them most of the internal communication permissions, and now Bai Yangyang, Qin Xiaoyou, and Gu Yiyun, though thousands of kilometers apart, still chat every day...

This is the most direct manifestation of a sense of belonging.

The old members were the same... The two joint operations in Fallen Leaf City and Sky Twin City had forged a deep bond among some of them.

However, Qin Fang did not grant these members too many internal communication permissions.

Timely communication is a good thing, but for an organization, it is sometimes necessary to prevent subordinates from communicating too frequently.

For example, the group chat that was temporarily opened for them in Fallen Leaf City was canceled by Qin Fang after the auction ended.

The people they can contact now are basically their direct superiors, such as Qin Xiaoyou, Lin Fan, and Lu Dayong.

Other members of the ”cow and horse” group are not allowed to communicate with each other unless required for a mission.

Of course, you can contact them if you really want...

They can contact Qin Fang to request a phone call with so-and-so...

All members can directly contact the ’boss’.

However, Qin Fang has not received any similar applications so far.

Through Qin Fang’s deliberate efforts, his image was perceived as very lofty and mysterious by these members.

Unless it’s something extremely urgent, they clearly wouldn’t dare to disturb Qin Fang easily...

Furthermore, a sense of honor and belonging, in turn, complements authority, further strengthening the cohesion among members...

This has created a virtuous cycle.

In addition to the fact that ’tasks’ have become more formalized and systematic.

The internal online store and points system have also begun to be formalized.

Qin Fang didn’t give the new members much equipment, except for a ’Liar’s Mask’ for each person.

If you want other internal equipment, you can exchange it in the internal store yourself.

Earn points through various means, then redeem them for your desired ’insider equipment’...

This treatment is much lower than what Bai Yangyang and the others received back then.

After all, Qin Fang had been eager to equip them with all sorts of skills and equipment back then...

But now that there are more people, we can’t do that anymore.

It’s not that we can’t afford it.

Qin Fang now has a large amount of corporate reputation, and he can fully equip all members with gear based on their professional characteristics.

But he didn’t do that because he was afraid that after the members received the equipment, they would be overjoyed, but then fall into a state of confusion and distress because they had nothing to do after losing their ’target’.

This is not good news for the park.

This can lead to a lack of ’motivation’ for members to act subsequently.

...People need a goal and motivation.

The paradise he envisioned was one full of ’vitality,’ where all members spontaneously strived and worked hard towards their own goals.

This process also allows them to connect more deeply with the park and fully integrate into it.

The internal online store was a tangible ’goal’ that Qin Fang had set for them...

There are currently 97 official members in the park. Each person can imprint all skills except for awakening skills. Each class has 1 passive skill and 3 active skills, which adds up to 388 skills.

In addition to the skills from the five or six legendary items that Qin Fang has acquired over this period, the number of ’Paradise Exclusive’ skills is now close to 400.

To put it bluntly... the park’s in-game store now probably has the most skills on the entire planet.

Each member can now use 4 pieces of internal equipment at the same time.

If you don’t count the Liar’s Mask, then it’s four epic-level class skills...

One can imagine how much this would boost epic-level players.

Qin Fang categorized these skills into several levels.

Active skills vary in their effects, damage coefficient increases, and whether they are single-target or area-of-effect attacks, naturally requiring different internal points.

Furthermore, the price of passive skills is far higher than that of active skills... Epic-level passive skills are much stronger than active skills.

This includes Zhou Ze’s legendary professional skills, which Qin Fang has also added to the in-game store.

It’s just that some of the items are too expensive to look at.

...It will probably take several years before anyone can redeem it.

These were all ’goals’ that Qin Fang had deliberately set.

This is to ensure that members maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation. ...

These are the biggest changes the park has undergone in the past three months.

The progress can be described as encouraging.

This marks the beginning of the park’s true transformation from a ’small workshop’ to a ’large organization’.

That’s roughly how it is inside, while there’s also been considerable progress on the periphery.

Auctions were held one after another in several cities.

Following Tieya and Lingtai, the academy has been established in four other cities: Jindong, Linlang, Luoye, and Tianshuang. The initial publicity has been completed, and the academy is currently in the process of being established.

This is also the biggest reason why Qin Fang’s passive income has now exceeded 800.

Needless to say, the directors of the combat divisions in Jindong and Linlang are members of Paradise, so they naturally spare no effort.

As for Luoye and Tianshuang... it was naturally because of the special operation three months ago that made the name of the amusement park resound.

Tian Shuang is a special case, being a southern city with no foreign races around it, so Qin Fang didn’t mobilize the people in the War Division... Anyway, it doesn’t matter if they are afraid of foreign races, it won’t affect the overall situation.

The developments in Fallen Leaf City were somewhat unexpected... As soon as the auction sign for the amusement park was put up, Tan Ci, the director of the Combat Department of Fallen Leaf City, rushed over to the door.

They displayed extreme cooperation and enthusiasm...

Clearly, this Director of the Combat Division, who had witnessed the entire extraordinary battle, knew all too well how powerful the Paradise organization was and understood that he was no match for it.

And so, with the full cooperation of the Professional Battle Division, the Paradise Auction and the Academy were settled without any trouble.

...Qin Fang had someone inquire about it, and it turned out that Tan Ci was actually a ’surrenderist’ when facing alien races.

However, considering that the alien race was defeated last time and dared not show their faces, and Tan Ci’s cooperative attitude...

Qin Fang’s planned ”cleanup operation of the professional combat department” starting in ”Fallen Leaf City” has also been temporarily shelved.

...because Qin Fang began to realize something.

Having the Division of Warfare in Paradise’s hands naturally brings many benefits, making it easier for them to carry out their duties.

However, there is also a problem... that is, there are too few members now, and there is still a serious shortage of manpower. If they all become directors of the combat department, who will do the other tasks?

In addition... through the appearance of the job change scroll at the last auction, the Guozhu family also learned that Qin Fang had mastered the means to make people obtain epic jobs.

...They have no idea about ’potential’.

Therefore, given that epic-level professionals are still a minority, if a series of combat commanders were to appear as epic-level professionals in the future... it’s hard to guarantee that they wouldn’t start making connections... Could these people all be from Paradise?
One or two is not a big problem.

If a hundred or two hundred city bureau chiefs were all of epic professions... the authorities might not just sit idly by.

However, Tan Ci’s positive performance led Qin Fang to think of another, even better way to handle the situation...

That is the ’agent’ model.

The amusement park is looking for an agent.

Then the agent takes over the command of the combat division.

The effect is the same.

It is unlikely to attract official attention or backlash.

It will be more discreet.

This is the current progress of the auction house and the academy, which are currently located in roughly these cities.

Then came the establishment of the hotel group...

Qin Fang didn’t intend to use the amusement park’s name for the hotel.

This is mainly to provide members with a secret foothold in each city.

at the same time……

Establish an intelligence system to monitor the local city.

Qin Fang entrusted this matter to ’Fa Guang’ and ’Hui Wen’.

The progress is very encouraging.

Currently, cities such as Tieya, Lingtai, Jindong, Tianshuang, Luoye, and Linlang are already considered to be completely under the control of the amusement park.

Hotels have already been purchased in more than thirty other cities.

Including Shengjing.

...The hotel doesn’t need to be rebuilt; we can just buy one locally.

After buying it, you can simply redecorate and furnish it.

With the park’s current financial resources... it’s not complicated.

The complex part is the establishment of the intelligence team.

...Qin Fang’s initial plan was to recruit local ordinary or elite assassin professionals.

The Assassin class has very little impact in dungeons, especially in the early game.

It’s fragile, can’t withstand much damage, has low attack damage, and is entirely single-target, plus it’s a melee character...

They are far less effective in dungeons than tanks, warriors, mages, support, archers, and other similar classes.

Therefore, low-level assassins are actually very weak at making money.

Therefore, it is not difficult to recruit these assassins with high welfare benefits.

But the following training is the key.

Because this can’t be rushed; it takes time.

These assassins are new recruits and their loyalty cannot be guaranteed, so it is necessary to win them over with high salaries and benefits to initially establish their relationship with the hotel.

Then, select the most loyal members and have them sign peripheral contracts...

However, Qin Fang has no plans to promote them to higher levels for the time being.

Firstly, if we do that, it will be difficult to keep the secret... They are all locals, many people know them, and they all know what rank of profession they initially awakened. If we rashly promote their professional rank, then the biggest secret of the paradise will naturally be revealed.

There’s no room for luck; it will definitely be revealed.

Secondly, after being promoted, individuals may change careers depending on their potential.

Yu Qianqiu and Shen Changyuan are examples.

What Qin Fang needs are professional assassins.

Fortunately, Qin Fang did not have high requirements for the loyalty of these peripheral members.

...As long as it gets the job done.

As for the disloyal...

It’s okay.

Anyway, they have no way of getting access to the park’s core secrets.

……

To put it bluntly, the park’s development over the past three months has been very smooth and gratifying.

The only problem is...

As expected, the Guozhu family has a new proposal regarding the cooperation plan.

Over the course of those three months, they contacted the amusement park more than a dozen times, all in an attempt to change the terms of cooperation.

...The last auction was not exactly friendly to them.

Of course, this was within Qin Fang’s expectations...

These powerful families clearly find it difficult to accept the fact that if one of their members awakens to become an epic, it will be completely controlled by another organization.

However, Qin Fang ignored them for the time being.

Now, three months later, the promised second auction of the mysterious scroll is about to begin.

This time, there are even more competitors.

such as……

Sanhai Heavy Industry.

Qin Fang’s eyes flickered slightly.

He looked at his company’s reputation.

His corporate reputation has now reached 54!
An unprecedented number!

And there is such a corporate reputation...

He has a lot of room to maneuver.

He squinted as he thought.
