Mythical Professions are all my employees

Chapter 230 Next Steps: Shortage of Manpower, Location of the Gate of Fallen RealmsChapter 230 Next Steps: Shortage of Manpower, Location of the Gate of Fallen Realms

”We definitely have to go to the Land of Fallen Boundaries. Based on the intelligence we’ve gathered so far, this place is extremely important... Even if Jiang Linxue’s words might be exaggerated, we still have to go and see for ourselves.”

In the tea room on the eleventh floor, most of the core members were present and discussing their next move.

Everyone was filled with curiosity about the Land of Fallen Boundaries and felt it was necessary for them to go and see it for themselves.

Qin Fang agreed with this point. After learning about the existence of the Fallen Realm, he was also eager to find out what was going on there.

”Brother, are you going there yourself?”

Qin Xiaoyou asked Qin Fang.

After thinking for a moment, Qin Fang shook his head: ”I won’t go there for now... I’ll send an advance team to check the situation first.”

He’s only at level 2 now, and he hasn’t completed the level 3 advancement quest yet. Going there now would only hinder his next move.

”Now that we’re practically in the open, and we know about the situation in the Land of Fallen Boundaries, we should speed up our actions.”

he said.

The action he was referring to was the expansion of the amusement park.

To date, only three or four cities have truly had a profound impact on the park... Tieya, Lingtai, and Jindong are the cities most deeply affected by the park.

The park has already wielded considerable influence in these three cities, mainly because the authorities have a firm grip on it and it has a real foothold.

In addition, there is Langya City... Wu Huan has now become the director of the Professional Combat Division there.

However, in terms of influence, that side is not as influential as Cai Chen is to Jin Dong.

As for Fallen Leaf City, the incident last time did indeed cause quite a stir there, even resulting in the deaths of a large number of alien races in the vicinity of Fallen Leaf City, which earned it some notoriety...

However, he doesn’t have any connections in official circles.

Tensou City is similar to Ochiroba City.

After today’s auction, many people should know the name of the amusement park, and perhaps tomorrow someone will start investigating the amusement park auction.

However, there is no official spokesperson yet... This level of influence is not enough for Qin Fang.

Next, Qin Fang needs to advance to the third rank and also begin to vigorously expand his influence.

...The park has entered the Tier 3 era and is now capable of doing these things.

This is especially true after learning of the existence of the Fallen Realm.

Whether it’s breaking dungeon records, clearing the Abyss, or increasing passive income, all of these are very important.

...You can never have enough corporate prestige.

Beyond corporate prestige, the greater significance of controlling these cities lies in planning ahead.

There could be any unusual activity from the alien race at any time.

If the park can coordinate the armed forces of these cities, it will have sufficient capacity to deal with any unforeseen events.

...In most cities bordering other races, the combat officers there generally harbored a fear of those races. Under these circumstances, it was difficult for these officers to pose any real resistance when the races made unusual moves.

Traitors and traitors... are sometimes more terrifying than enemies.

Qin Fang wanted to nip these possibilities in the bud before any changes occurred.

...Besides that, we also need to hurry up with the hotel matters.

This relates to the establishment of an intelligence system.

In the future, the members will inevitably need to travel to various places, and sufficient intelligence and logistical support will make them more efficient.

Qin Fang explained his thoughts one by one.

They all listened and nodded in agreement with Qin Fang’s arrangement.

”Who will be sent in the advance team?” Qin Xiaoyou asked.

“Let’s select a few from the assassin group to go… This time, the main purpose is to gather intelligence and check out the situation in the Fallen Realm. Assassins are the most mobile and can carry out their missions more easily.”

Qin Fang had planned this all along.

To be fair, assassins may not be very effective on the front lines.

However, outside of the main battlefield, assassins are indeed more effective than other professions.

Especially after acquiring the divine skill of ’absolute invisibility’.

”But if we do that... won’t we be short-handed?”

Qin Xiaoyou hesitated for a moment and said, ”Currently, the assassin team, including myself, only has eight members... Wu Huan is now the director of the Combat Department of Linlang City, so he probably can’t participate in the next operation. We’re going to expand the city again, and assassins are better at handling these things. And now we’re going to the Land of Fallen Boundaries...”

The assassin is so useful.

Assassins are needed in all areas except the main battlefield.

Eight epic assassins... that’s a bit too much to handle.

Qin Fang frowned upon hearing this, and after a moment he said, ”Here’s what we’ll do, Yan, go back and see how many assassins are currently among the outer perimeter members... first, transfer these assassins from their original positions and directly build them into a professional intelligence team.”

Currently, the park has more than 3,000 peripheral members, including people from various professions, who mainly work at the park’s auctions.

These peripheral members were mostly recruited from Iron Fang and Spirit Platform. They came spontaneously, underwent training, and were fairly loyal to the park.

However, they are now all affiliated with Paradise Auction and are considered employees of Paradise Auction.

Now, Qin Fang plans to extract all the assassin professionals from among them and establish an intelligence department.

...Although these peripheral members cannot use the park’s exclusive equipment.

But no matter how bad it is, it still has the ability to stealth, and its mobility is higher than other professions.

It’s barely usable when there’s a shortage of Epic Assassins.

”Okay.” Lin Fan nodded upon hearing this.

”These people are still registered under the name of Paradise Auction, but their main job is to gather intelligence... but we still need to increase their manpower.”

After pondering for a moment, Qin Fang said, ”From now on, hotels will be moved in first. We will purchase hotels locally, and I require that these hotels be the largest and best in the area.”

”Then we started recruiting... We recruited directly from the local area. Assassins with families were given priority. We didn’t care about rank or grade, as long as they had stealth skills... We gave them the best treatment. Ordinary assassins aren’t popular in dungeons, so I thought that good enough treatment should be enough to keep them.”

”Then we made contact with the local combat command... and tried our best to get the pro-war faction to the top and maintain a good relationship with them.”

”Then comes the amusement park auction and the academy’s move in...”

As Qin Fang thought, he spoke, outlining the steps for the future expansion of the amusement park.

The hotel will be built first; by not using the theme park’s name, we won’t alert the other party.

Then, they recruited assassins to establish an initial intelligence framework, paving the way for future operations.

Once the official arrangements are finalized, the amusement park auction and the academy will then proceed...

After all, the amusement park auctions are meant to ’make money’ for the academy.

The ’academy’ is for passive income.

This should greatly improve efficiency.

...Of course, members recruited in this way may have issues with loyalty.

But it’s not a big problem.

Once the initial phase is over, we can gather them together for several more training sessions to enhance their sense of belonging and cohesion.

Of course, there will definitely be some traitors among them...

That shouldn’t be a big problem.

Anyway, these people don’t get access to any real core secrets.

...At least for the time being, Qin Fang has no intention of using career advancement on these people.

Once he feels he can use his career advancement skills on these people, he won’t care whether the secret is exposed or not.

……

Qin Fang chatted with everyone for several hours.

The tasks to be done next have been roughly clarified.

First, dispatch an advance team into the Land of Fallen Boundaries.

...The access route has been arranged.

Second, begin expanding the operation. Lin Fan’s next step will be to send people out to buy hotels... Money is not an issue.

After buying the hotel, they began recruiting people, hiring a large number of local assassins to build an intelligence network.

Then, a small team composed of epic classes will begin to travel from city to city... dealing with the situation of the local class warriors.

Then, the amusement park auction and the academy’s entrance...

Third, continue to break records.

With the Guozhu family temporarily stabilized, the next step is naturally to continue breaking records.

Fourth, recruit new full-time employees.

The headhunting company is too inefficient, recruiting one person at a time, and then requiring a seven-day cooling-off period after each recruitment.

This time, Qin Xiaoyou proved in the matter of the Guozhu family that he could open up permissions and allow his subordinates to start looking for potential members.

However... this is currently only accessible to the most core personnel.

Let’s forget about those lowly employees.

Qin Fang didn’t plan to let them know for the time being that the reason he valued them was because of their potential, a two-way choice, rather than a unilateral bestowal by him, the boss.

...This does not do any good for controlling these people.

Qin Fang planned to let these core members travel around the world whenever they had free time, and then look for potential employees in various dungeons, secret realms, and the like...

The efficiency may not be very high, but it shouldn’t be too low either.

After all, weren’t his initial employees found in the same way?
It’s better than waiting for headhunting firms; at least it’s a channel.

In fact, we could probably take stock of all the employees in the company now to see if there are any undiscovered potential employees...

It wasn’t that he hadn’t thought of it before, but now that he’s entered the Tier 3 era, Qin Fang has enough confidence to do these things.

……

After the ’meeting’ ended, everyone left the tea room. They had accommodations downstairs, while Qin Fang entered the Upside-Down Cloud Realm.

He opened the panel to check the progress of his current advanced quest.

Progress is slow.

Especially legendary professions.

Qin Fang’s eyes flickered.

...If four more legends were added, would we be forced to create divine beings? Would alien gods descend immediately and start a full-scale war?

Qin Fang let out a soft breath, then looked at the panel.

”Tong Zhang, Xuan Jin, Yu Chuo... those three went to the Land of Fallen Boundaries, they should be able to find out some information by now, right?”

He pondered for a moment, then summoned the three of them...

……

In the blink of an eye, three days have passed.

The amusement park auction in Sky City left a very deep impression on some people.

The following day, a large number of people came to the auction at Tian Shuang Paradise, openly and secretly inquiring about certain things from the staff.

But obviously... they couldn’t find out anything.

Because the waiters, like them, knew nothing.

However, they were trained.

”I’m sorry, sir, I can’t answer your question either. If you’d like to know more about the auction, you can become a member. We’ll have someone specifically assigned to you, and perhaps you can get more information from them...”

The waiter smiled.

And in the VIP reception rooms on the fifth floor and above.

”I’m sorry, Mr. Chen, I can’t answer that question either. I’m just a low-level butler. The last auction was of a very high level, and only high-level butlers would have access to such information...”

”A high-ranking deacon?” They were stunned.

”Those epic-level professionals at the last auction were our guild’s senior deacons...”

”High-ranking deacons, all of them are epic-level professions?!” The other party was taken aback.

”Yes, sir... our firm’s capabilities are guaranteed.” The other party smiled.

”Then... how can I get an audience with your senior deacon?”

”I’m sorry, Mr. Chen.” The other party looked apologetic. ”The one-on-one service with a senior butler is only available to Super Members. Currently, our bank does not have any Super Member slots. We can only activate and process this service once slots become available.”

”...”

As a result, naturally nothing was gained.

……

Meanwhile, things were not peaceful at the Guozhu family’s side as well.

With seven families in total, the sudden emergence of seven epic professions undoubtedly caused a sensation.

...Although they had been mentally prepared for this before setting off.

But when it actually happened, it still shocked them.

Paradise... has truly mastered that job-change altar!
However, there are still some problems.

The biggest problem is...

The one who became an epic was not the one most favored by these families.

This actually caused some turmoil within the family.

Ultimately, however, these ripples didn’t create much of a splash...

The people of Guozhu’s family aren’t stupid either.

Even if you’re still not satisfied, it’s already become an epic.

Even if things don’t go well, they’re still family... Even if they don’t share a room with you, they’re still part of the same family.

Now that the opponent has become an Epic, although only at Tier 1, could they possibly kill their newly promoted Epic because of this?
If something unpleasant happens, it will only cause resentment in the other party and will not do them any good.

We had no choice but to accept it, even if it meant swallowing our pride.

”But if that’s the case, then who becomes an epic in the future will be entirely up to Paradise! What right does Paradise have to interfere in the affairs of our national pillar family?!”

Li Yao was furious. He spoke to his elders.

”Especially this time, my Li family didn’t even get a single spot!”

These words caused the elders of the Li family to turn pale.

Clearly, they were also very dissatisfied with this.

After all, seven out of the nine pillar families have them, only the Li family and the Xu family don’t... What does that mean?
It is said that the next day someone from the Li family contacted the Xu family, and then the two families contacted the other seven families, saying they wanted to discuss the next steps of cooperation... how to achieve the best of both worlds so that each family could obtain an epic profession, without the Paradise interfering too much.

No one likes their family’s internal affairs being interfered with by another organization.

“One spot costs about 3 million now… Gentlemen, even if we are rich, there is no need for us to give it to the amusement park for nothing, right?”

This point, in particular, brought up by the Li family, caused many people’s expressions to flicker.

...3 million for one spot, that price is indeed a bit expensive.

The Guozhu family is wealthy, but they don’t spend their money like this.

They are having a meeting to discuss how to proceed with the cooperation...

……

Amidst all the noise and commotion.

Three figures arrived at a coastal city.

”Is this the location of the gate leading to the Land of Fallen Boundaries?”

The three of them looked up at the city.
