Mythical Professions are all my employees

Chapter 201: Improving the Task Process, Rewards, and Punishments – Xiao Huan Reports!Chapter 201: Improving the Task Process, Rewards, and Punishments – Xiao Huan Reports!
Even cattle and horses need to be given some private space and time.

Breaking records multiple times in a single day is fine occasionally, but doing it every day is indeed a bit too much.

Although he was eager to quickly reach 50,000 reputation points and unlock the new legendary employee...

But there’s no need to rush.

Considering that we are still 24 short of the 80 epic employees, and headhunting companies have a 7-day cooldown period, it means it will take about half a year to complete this task.

Just get enough reputation before that.

...It’s about upgrading the interview space, which might cause a slight delay in the process.

Unfortunately, there’s no way around it; upgrading an interview space now requires tens of thousands of reputation points. For example, the next scenario requires 30,000 reputation points.

However, even with the upgrade now, the probability of reaching level 4 is still not high, so the effect is not significant.

If you keep upgrading your interview space... then the upgrade tasks will keep being pushed to the next level.

Advancing is still very important, since it relates to your class skills.

Qin Fang also valued professional skills highly. They were all extremely powerful and had irreplaceable functions.

”Why not extend the task deadline a bit... submit it once a month. Require each person to complete at least 40 instances... that should be enough for them to adjust.”

On average, each person has to complete more than one dungeon per day.

However, because of the buffer time, they can sometimes clear three or five dungeons a day, and sometimes spend two or three days on the road, without any impact at all.

Reputation gain will not be significantly affected.

If they put in a little effort, it’s not impossible that they could even manage to take a few days off to handle their own affairs.

after all……

Time is like a grandmother; you can always find some if you squeeze it in.

”We can also increase the rewards... not just attribute points, but also experience points, and even internal points... that should boost their motivation.”

Qin Fang sighed, realizing that he was indeed too kind.

I can’t be a heartless capitalist.

He could have gotten it for free, but he was still willing to pay them.

So touching.

he thought.

Then a new task was assigned.

[Theme Park Mission: Break Dungeon Records]

[Please complete at least 40 Tier 2 or Tier 3 Hell difficulty dungeons within 30 days (do not repeat dungeons you have already cleared).]

[Task Rewards: 500 Free Attribute Points, 10000 Organization Points.]

[Task Penalty: Deduct 500 attribute points and 10000 organization points.]

……

The daily rewards didn’t seem particularly special, but when you accumulated them over a month, the total was quite astonishing.

The attribute points have reached 500.

The attribute points gained from leveling up an epic class are only 30. This is equivalent to giving these employees an extra ten or more levels!

These are extra attribute points.

And all of them are free attribute points...

If we only consider free attribute points, this is equivalent to a difference of 25 levels!

...That alone is enough to tempt many employees.

Even without considering corporate gear, it’s enough to set them apart from ordinary epic-level players.

What’s more, Qin Fang also generously gave him 10000 amusement park points.

Qin Fang has currently set the ratio of points to gold coins at 1:10.

In other words, 10,000 amusement park points are equivalent to 100,000 gold coins.

The park points are still quite useful.

Not only can you buy some excellent and epic equipment in the store.

Qin Fang has even put some amusement park equipment in the internal store.

Although the price is a bit high... these items all have epic skills!

Even the weakest epic skill... can’t be bought with gold!
To prevent the points from depreciating rapidly, Qin Fang set a limit of 100,000 gold coins that each person could exchange for each point per month.

That means each person can only exchange 1 points with gold coins each month.

You can exchange an additional 1 points for excellent and epic equipment.

Currently, there are only two ways to earn points.

And now, there’s another channel.

As for the experience points, Qin Fang considered it and decided not to give them out as a reward.

Giving it would be a waste.

These employees are currently all at level 2, and he will gradually change their contracts several times until everyone reaches level 3.

If that’s the case, why waste some experience points for no reason?
As for the punishment... it’s exactly the same as the reward.

He felt that the time he gave was already quite ample.

If anyone still fails to complete the task... then naturally, don’t blame him for being ruthless.

Of course, he was still kind.

If there are truly exceptional circumstances where the inability to complete a task is not due to employee negligence or shirking, an appeal can be filed with him afterwards.

Under reasonable circumstances, he could naturally reverse the punishment...

Well, to use trendy terms...

Qin Fang reserves the right to interpret all aspects of this task.

That’s very comfortable.

After reviewing the task and deciding that there shouldn’t be any problems this time, Qin Fang issued the order directly.

……

Soon after, all employees saw the newly released task.

They were all a little confused when they saw this task.

After a long while, he could only sigh helplessly.

The boss seems to have some kind of obsession with breaking records... As for the reason? Nobody knows.

All the profits from breaking the record went to them personally; it seemed the boss gained nothing in the process. So why did they do it?

I don’t understand. But anyway... at least I can finally breathe a little easier.

The employees, who had traveled to two or three cities in two days, breathed a sigh of relief.

There is now at least a month to allow for a buffer period.

While 40 dungeons still seem like a lot of pressure... there’s a buffer period, and a city usually has 3 to 4 Tier 2 dungeons. Breaking records isn’t too difficult for them, so after a month, the task doesn’t seem too difficult.

Then someone noticed the reward.

Five hundred free attribute points...

The previous rewards were too small to attract much attention.

But a jump to five hundred is still tempting.

For epic-level classes, if all 500 free attribute points were added to the main attribute, that would amount to over 12,500 attack or magic power...

This is almost as powerful as an epic weapon.

And this is an additional benefit.

Everyone’s eyes lit up immediately, and they were no longer so resistant to this task.

Who wouldn’t want to become stronger?

The task process is being improved and made more reasonable step by step.

This is an inevitable process.

After all, this is Qin Fang’s first time actually using the mission system, and there will definitely be problems along the way.

Qin Fang wasn’t afraid of problems arising. In fact, the more problems that arose, the more perfect and reasonable the subsequent tasks would become.

……

”Boss, I’ve finished my work.”

Qin Fang, who had already left the Upside-Down Cloud Realm and was cooking for the orphans with Qin Yue in Bailu City, heard Xiao Huan’s voice in his ear.

Qin Fang was stunned for a moment before he realized that three or four days had already passed.

”How about it?”

As Qin Fang chopped the food, he silently asked Xiao Huan in his mind.

Xiao Huan immediately told Qin Fang about what he had been doing during this period.

Qin Fang was surprised to hear that Xiao Huan had actually gone directly to the War Division to cause trouble for his enemy.

But then he laughed again... Yes, a Tier 3 epic, why bother with all that trouble?
Simply overwhelm them with sheer combat power.

If the Warlords were to launch a full-scale resistance, it certainly wouldn’t be so easy... But Xiao Huan clearly also considered that the Warlords wouldn’t go to war with a Tier 3 Epic just because of Zhao Huaiyi, so he did it that way.

Facts have proved that his judgment was correct.

”As you instructed, I told them that I obtained my profession through a mysterious altar...”

This was naturally what Qin Fang told Xiao Huan before he left.

After all, he went there for revenge, not as the amusement park’s mascot, but as Xiao Huan’s mascot.

Therefore, a legitimate source of employment is needed.

As for the question of why no one saw the unusual phenomenon when he was in prison at the time...

so what?

He said he saw it, and he really saw it.

As for why others didn’t see it, what does that have to do with him?
He’s not a Tier 1 or Tier 2... but a Tier 3 Epic!
No one will take this seriously.

Even if you have doubts, you can only keep them to yourself or investigate secretly.

...Back then, Cai Chen was just a Tier 1 Epic, yet he was incredibly powerful. Few dared to oppose him.
In the world of professionals, the word ’epic’ itself represents a lot.

Thinking about it this way, Qin Fang was a little envious of his employees... They dared to be assertive because they knew they had powerful backers and were full of confidence.

In contrast, Qin Fang wasn’t so lucky when he first got his professional career.

The only option is to play it safe and develop your character.

Even contacting the Combat Division requires extreme caution...

He sighed in his heart.

Then Xiao Huan continued talking about what happened next.

He didn’t kill Zhao Qi, but sent him to prison, specifically a prison for ordinary serious offenders.

Following his instructions, Li Xingzhi exposed all the evil deeds Zhao Qi had committed over the years... It was truly shocking.

Zhao Qi’s influence extends to every aspect of Linlang City’s underworld, running underground casinos, loan sharking, illegal boxing gyms, and forcing women into prostitution... A huge criminal gang has been formed with Zhao Qi at its core.

This criminal gang was protected by the Public Security Bureau because of Zhao Huaiyi’s power.

In the process, they caused the deaths of at least hundreds of ordinary people and destroyed hundreds of families.

However, the truth was covered up by the police department through various means.

The moment it was exposed, it caused a sensation and outcry throughout the entire city of Linlang.

Many victims’ families only learned the truth at that time, and they were so agitated that they took to the streets demanding that Zhao Qi and others be severely punished.

At Xiao Huan’s prompting, Li Xingzhi revealed Zhao Qi’s current miserable state to the public. When they saw Zhao Qi now, they were all dumbfounded, and no one shouted for him to be sentenced to death anymore.

They clearly realized that killing him now would only be giving him a way out.

As expected, Zhao Qi, this young master, is now having a very difficult time in prison... His fellow inmates have also received instructions and are torturing him in different ways every day, but they don’t actually kill him, making him wish he were dead.

In just two days, he has already attempted suicide twice.

However, all cases were detected and treated in time...

Li Xingzhi took the requirements for a Tier 3 Epic item very seriously.

It is foreseeable that for the rest of his long life, he will continue to live such a living hell, day after day...

Even Qin Fang was somewhat taken aback.

As the saying goes, killing someone is nothing more than a beheading.

Such torment...

This shows how deep Xiao Huan’s hatred for Zhao Qi was...

“Boss, I recently found out about Li Xingzhi… who is also the attitude of the Linlang Professional Battle Division towards alien races.”

Finally, Xiao Huan got to the main point.

Qin Fang raised an eyebrow: ”Yes, go ahead, I’m listening.”

Xiao Huan began to speak...
