Mythical Professions are all my employees

Chapter 10 Company Names, Employee CodesChapter 10 Company Names, Employee Codes
How can a large enterprise remain unknown?

A resounding company name determines an outsider’s first impression of the company and is an important symbol of its image. It is recommended that your employees, in the future, also use the company name in their actions. This will help them gain more corporate prestige. Hiding their names will significantly diminish the acquisition of corporate prestige.

Please choose a catchy name for your company. Once the name is chosen, any changes will consume a significant amount of company reputation, so please proceed with caution...

……

Qin Fang raised an eyebrow as he looked at the text that suddenly appeared on the panel.

Naming a company?
And why did they use three long lines of text to make such a solemn announcement?

It seems very important.

Qin Fang pondered.

...To be honest, he had only been working as a boss for a day, and he hadn’t really thought about the company name or anything like that.

However, this thing seems to be related to the acquisition of ’corporate reputation’ in the future...

This is indeed very important.

Or rather, it is very important.

After all, hiring employees consumes a company’s reputation.

He spent fifty corporate reputation points to recruit Qin Xiaoyou.

I currently have 50 initial reputation points remaining, but no income.

Just naming things...

He stroked his chin, thinking.

……

Seeing that Qin Fang hadn’t spoken for a while, Qin Xiaoyou asked again, ”Brother?”

Qin Fang snapped out of his daze, looked at his panel again, and thought to himself, ”Name it... Paradise.”

...Just now, the names of various organizations from movies and anime from his previous life flashed through his mind, but after thinking about it, Qin Fang felt that it was a bit like copying others.

This is ’Rabbit Paradise’, let’s just use those two words.

It’s simple, easy to remember, and upon closer examination, it seems to have a deeper meaning.

...Becoming one of your employees guarantees at least an epic-level professional. For them, calling it a ’paradise’ wouldn’t be an exaggeration, would it?
The more Qin Fang thought about it, the more satisfied he became, and he nodded in approval.

The company name ’Paradise’ has been confirmed!

As the text on the panel disappeared, Qin Fang’s thoughts began to stir.

...The company name has been decided, and this amusement park will henceforth belong exclusively to him and his employees.

After all, the prompt clearly stated that making a change would consume a significant amount of corporate reputation.

Thinking about it carefully, it makes sense... Changing a company’s name is no small matter.

He had heard about the famous red-can herbal tea.

This is equivalent to him directly establishing an organization.

This was beyond his expectations... He had originally planned to upgrade the organization first and recruit a few more employees before considering forming an organization.

The plan has now been forced to be brought forward...

Okay, it’s nothing.

However, some of the previous plans still need to be implemented.

For example... people in the organization should ideally use code names.

This world is very dangerous, not only because of internal dangers within humanity, but also because of even greater external dangers.

As the ’boss,’ he still has to play it safe.

Therefore, it’s best if the members of the organization also appear somewhat mysterious.

Thinking of this, he said to Qin Xiaoyou, ”Xiaoyou, think of a code name for yourself.”

”Code name?” Qin Xiaoyou looked puzzled. ”Brother, why do we need a code name?”

”My profession requires me to have a company name... From now on, when we’re doing dungeons or anything else, it’d be best to include the company name... It’ll be good for me. I’ve thought of a name, Paradise. What do you think?”

”paradise?”

Qin Xiaoyou was taken aback, muttered ”Paradise” several times, and then her eyes gradually lit up.

”I think it’s great!”

“Well, from now on we’ll be the ‘Paradise’ organization. I’ll be the leader, and you’ll be the first member of Paradise… We still need to have a few aliases. That way it’ll be easier to do things sometimes.”

Qin Fang laughed.

Qin Xiaoyou’s eyes lit up immediately; at her age, she was extremely interested in the ’mysterious organization’.

”Right, right... So, bro, what’s your code name?”

”Hmm.” Qin Fang stroked his chin and thought for a moment. ”Well, I’ll call him ’Boss’.”

”boss?”

Qin Xiaoyou was taken aback for a moment, ”Using your profession as a nickname? That’s fine!”

”Then I’ll be called...Shadow?”

Qin Xiaoyou applied what she learned to other situations.

”Not good, let’s change it. I’m the boss, so my profession is too special, which is why I just took it. If you use Shadow, it’s too suggestive and easily associated with assassins.”

”Is that so? Then... a secretary? Don’t bosses all have secretaries?”

”...Let’s try another one.”

”Oh, that……”

……

The brother and sister ignored the prompts on the panel and started discussing it.

In the end, a decision was made.

Qin Xiaoyou’s code name was set as ’Xiao’, which is a phonetic approximation of the character ’Xiao’ in her name.

...After learning that code names could be just one character, this girl resolutely chose a one-character nickname. She thought it was cool.

”Okay, then fill it in. As for the other information, select ’confidential’ for all of it.”

Qin Fang thought about it and agreed.

”it is good.”

The brother and sister immediately began to operate their own control panel using their thoughts.

……

[Team name ’Paradise’, basic information such as name, occupation, and level are hidden. Teams will use the code names ’Boss’ and ’Xiao’ for speedrun recording and reporting. Confirm?]

The prompt appeared on the panel again.

”determine.”

Without hesitation, the two chose to confirm.

[Recording complete!]

[Speedrun reward: 1000 experience points, 1000 gold coins, and one Tier 0 equipment blind box (premium).]

You have upgraded!

The two men’s eyes lit up slightly when they saw the prompt, and they began to examine it.

……

at the same time.

Rabbit Town, outside Rabbit Paradise, was originally very peaceful. Although it was lively, it was just the usual hustle and bustle.

But at one moment, a sudden flash of white light dazzled everyone.

Then, they subconsciously looked up, and their eyes widened in surprise.

Above the entrance to the instance, a line of text appeared.

[Speedrun record for the difficult Rabbit Paradise challenge broken: New record, 12 minutes 17.37 seconds.]

[The team that has cleared the checkpoint is being entered...]

This immediately sparked a huge uproar and heated discussion.

”The speedrun record for the difficult level has been broken?”

”This speedrun record has been standing for several months, hasn’t it? Who broke it?”

”I do not know……”

”The Rabbit’s Difficulty Book, I remember the last entry was something like...”

The professionals erupted in discussion.

But at this point, someone couldn’t help but look in one direction.

There, several professional centaur teams were gathered, looking up at the text above the dungeon entrance.

After a brief moment of stunned silence, one of the centaurs suddenly burst into laughter.

”It looks like it’s Kamlu, Prier and the others... I didn’t expect them to break the record.”

”To clear the difficult dungeon, you need at least an excellent team... I guess they’ve teamed up.”

”These guys... I invited them to come with me before I came today. They said they were going to ’Mount of the Dead,’ but I didn’t expect them to sneak in and break the record?”

”These guys love doing this kind of thing, it’s really scary...”

They chatted as if no one else was around, seemingly already having a firm opinion on who had broken the record.

The human professionals around them were taken aback when they heard these people chatting so casually, as if no one else was around.

Then they all frowned, their expressions not looking too good.

He clearly disliked the centaurs’ arrogant and self-centered attitude.

But rather...

They had no way to refute it.

After all, these aliens are all professionals, and their professions are generally more advanced than those of humans.

Among humans, those with exceptional professional skills are extremely rare.

However, among these alien races, those with exceptional professional skills are quite common.

And what’s really embarrassing is that... although Earth has many dungeons now, many speedrun records... even perfect completion records, are achieved by alien races.

For example, the speedrun records for the three completed dungeons... were all achieved by the centaurs.

This is a bit embarrassing.

Therefore, although some people felt uncomfortable hearing the centaurs’ words, they couldn’t say anything more.

It’s hard not to feel a pang of regret over the difference in talent.

”Hey, don’t be so sure of yourself. The players who have cleared the level are still entering their names. What if the names that come up later aren’t Kamul and the others, but some human names? Wouldn’t we be embarrassed?”

Suddenly, one of the male centaurs glanced at some of the human professionals around him and said with a smile.

The centaurs around him were stunned for a moment, but then they immediately understood their companion’s purpose and burst into laughter.

”Humans? Hahaha, Quita, are you kidding me? Humans? Ask these humans if they even believe it themselves.”

”Haha, Quita, that’s not a funny joke.”

The centaur professionals chatted and laughed as if no one else was around.

This immediately made the faces of the human professionals around them turn ugly.

The centaur named Queta, who had spoken, shook his head repeatedly and said, ”Hey, I don’t agree with your idea. Humans can be strong too... Don’t you think so, my human friend?”

He winked and looked at the human professional next to him.

This caused many human professionals nearby to turn pale.
