Super Electric Eel Avatar

42 Electrical Current Stimulation Method
About eight something in the morning, Chen Fan was dragged awake from his sleep by Wang Bing.

”Boss, we should get up for training.”

”Yeah...” Chen Fan rubbed his eyes and reluctantly got out of bed.

After dilly-dallying for quite some time, Chen Fan finally came out of the hotel entrance. After eating a 10 RMB breakfast, both of them went to find a deserted beach.

”Boss, shall we start with physical fitness first?” Wang Bing took off his clothes and exposed his toned muscles that were shining like metal under the sun.

Chen Fan nodded and looked at Wang Bing’s exposed, muscular body enviously. There wasn’t an area of his body that was not perfect. Having toned, bronze-colored muscles was every man’s dream.

”The best way to build up your body is by running, as it not only increases lung capacity, but also increases your endurance.” Wang Bing did some stretches and said, ”When you are running, you should pay attention to your breathing cycle. When you inhale, your abs should naturally contract whereas your chest should rise. On the other hand, when you exhale, your abs should be relaxed while your chest should fall.”

”It’s a piece of cake!” Chen Fan did not say anything else and started running straight away.

”He he!” Wang Bing smiled evilly and followed after Chen Fan.

Twenty minutes later...

”Ha ha ha ha...”

Chen Fan bent down, rested his hands on his knees and panted, ”Let’s...let’s…rest…for…a...while. I am …exhausted.”

”Boss, you only ran for 20 minutes!” Wang Bing was not the least bit tired as he walked to Chen Fan’s side. ”It won’t be effective if you train like this. If you really want to train your body, you must push yourself to the physiological limit.”

”I... I think I... have already reached... the limit.”

Wang Bing said with pity, ”Boss, let’s endure it for a while more, otherwise, all of our efforts running just now will be wasted.”

”Okay...Okay...” Chen Fan stood up straight, gave a wide smile and continued running.

Ten minutes later...

”Boss, we’ll stop after running for ten minutes more, okay?” Wang Bing still looked as cool as a cucumber.

”I... I…can’t …won’t run anymore…no matter….how you ...persuade me.”

Chen Fan stuck out his tongue and gasped for air.

”Boss… We should bring out our manliness.”

”Just…think...think that…I am...am a...female.”

”Boss…”

” If…you keep on talking….I’ll deduct…1,000 RMB again…”

”Ah, then I’ll go and buy two bottles of mineral water for you to quench your thirst!” Wang Bing stopped talking and ran to a nearby store immediately.

”Great!” Chen Fan sat on the beach and after gulping down mouthfuls of water for a long time, he finally said, ”So, I guess our training for today has ended?”

”You...You...” Wang Bing almost fainted. ”Boss, according to your current progress, you will not be able to get any results even if you trained for ten years.”

”Then, what is your suggestion?” Chen Fan threw the empty mineral water bottle aside, stood up and patted the sand on his butt.

”Training. The only way is to keep training!” Wang Bing was full of determination, and he waved his fists. ”Victory can’t possibly be achieved without blood, sweat and tears.”

”Eh? Look, there’s a beautiful girl wearing a bikini on the beach behind you!”

”Where? Show me!” Wang Bing’s behavior immediately changed from a determined instructor to a pervert who was looking around.

”Tricked you!” Chen Fan looked at Wang Bing. ”Just continue to talk about what we should do next!”

”You...” Wang Bing was clearly disappointed.

”If you want to win a battle where you’re outnumbered, you will need not only stamina, but you have to be agile too...”

”Just tell me how to train!” Chen Fan gave a wave of his hand and interrupted Wang Bing’s long speech.

”There are many methods, but some equipment is needed,” Wang Bing said as he took out a few ankle weights from the plastic bag beside him. ”Tie 30 catty lead blocks on your hands and feet, walk into the sea until the sea level is up to your chest, and practice the moves that I’ve taught you.”

”Is it like this?”

Chen Fan stood half naked in the sea where his arms were bent 90 degrees at right angles to his navel. Then, he clenched his fists and punched out.

”Yes!” Wang Bing stood by and looked. ”But you should be careful not to stretch your arms too straight when you punch out, otherwise it may tear your muscles.”

”I’ll demonstrate it again.” Wang Bing clenched his fist and punched out, causing a ’bang’ sound in the water. His punch was so fast that even the sea water was splashed to the side, forming a circular vacuum.

”I see!” Chen Fan said lazily.

After saying so, Chen Fan continued his punching at a slower speed.

The boring training lasted until six o’clock in the evening until Chen Fan was finally freed. During dinnertime, Chen Fan could feel that his legs were trembling when he sat on a stool. His hands trembled to the extent where he couldn’t even use the chopsticks properly.

After resting on the sofa after dinner, Chen Fan yawned and said, ”I’m going to the cyber cafe beside the hotel, so you stay here and make sure to look after things.”

”Okay!” Wang Bing waved him goodbye and continued to watch his TV.

After coming out of the hotel, Chen Fan went to the cyber cafe and requested a private room.

He turned on the computer and used his trembling hands to type out ’electrical current to stimulate muscles method’ in the google.com search bar. Baidu is a powerful search engine. Just as Chen Fan clicked the ’search’ button using the mouse, rows of related information appeared on the screen.

After searching row by row, Chen Fan chose a few more relevant pages and clicked in. After carefully analyzing the requirements and matters that need to be taken into consideration for the ’electrical current muscles stimulation method’, Chen Fan walked out of the private room and walked to the beach.

The sky was getting dark outside, and his field of vision was narrowed down to only a dozen meters. After looking around to see if there was anyone nearby, Chen Fan sat on the beach and shifted his consciousness to the electric eel’s body.

Chen Fan did not dare slack off with his pituitary stimulation of the electric eel and because of that, the electric eel had now grown up to 30 centimeters per day.

After controlling the electric eel to swim to the beach to expose its back to the air, Chen Fan got up, took off his coat and shoes and climbed onto the back of the electric eel.

Because Chen Fan had kept up with stimulating the pituitary gland of the electric eel, it was now ten meters long and a real monster. Its streamlined body, black colored backbone and the four shining claws that were attached to the abdomen made Chen Fan like it even more.

”If I add two antlers to it, it would literally be a ’Chinese dragon’!”

After imagining for a while, Chen Fan shifted his consciousness to the electric eel avatar again.

The ’electrical current muscle stimulation method’ is actually not that difficult as it is all about frequency control. Using a current with a low frequency to stimulate the muscle could greatly enhance muscle activity and it has a special effect on muscle atrophy and stiffness that are caused by the inability of the muscles to move after the nerve cells are destroyed.

However, in order for the muscles to vibrate more strongly to achieve the purpose of training, a high-frequency level of electrical current is required to provide a sufficient amount of heat and nutrients for the muscle tissues. By doing this, the density and strength of the fibroblast must be significantly increased.

Chen Fan carefully released a dozen volts on the epidermis of the electric eel. The low-frequency voltage would not cause any harm to the human body, but it would also be insufficient to stimulate the body muscles.

The electromagnetic induction passed through the surface of the epidermis, directly into the muscle tissues, which allowed Chen Fan to see various muscle fibers and cells clearly.

To be on the safe side, Chen Fan decided to experiment with an arm muscle. Due to the crystal clear image that he could see as if looking at it under an electron microscope, Chen Fan gradually increased the voltage in that area.

At 30 volts, Chen Fan felt a slight burning sensation in his arm. He could also see that the metabolic rate of the muscle cells had greatly increased by electromagnetic induction. The capillaries that were attached to the muscle fibers were like water pumps, greatly increasing the speed of transport of the nutrients.

As he continued to increase the voltage to 50, the burning sensation was even greater and the entire muscle started to tremble slightly.

At 80 volts, Chen Fan felt like he was being repeatedly pricked by an electronic fire device in a cigarette lighter. The entire muscle felt tired and numb and it was unbearable.

”Let’s just do it!” Chen Fan clenched his teeth and increased the voltage up to 100.

”Ah…!”

Immediately, a strong numbing and burning sensation was being channeled into Chen Fan’s subconscious mind through an unseen link.

At 100 volts, the entire muscle was as though it was being pumped up by a big, powerful, piston engine that caused it to jerk and bulge uncontrollably.
