Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 804: End Of The Duel, Winner

”I don’t think either of them can show more than what they’ve shown,” Suoh said, looking at the two Pill Kings actively working to increase the purity of their pills.

The moment they refined the pill to Tier 12, they switched to purification techniques. However, according to Suoh, based on the smell of the pills, both Pill Kings have a 92% pure Tier 12 pill in their cauldron.

This means they are now drawn, and none will be winning the prize.

However, Kent estimated that, based on what he saw, Pill King Yota would win. This was because, during the condensing and refining process, he counted 62 flame runes in his pill flame.

He was using a soul flame that had been awakened manually. This allowed him to use the same type of flame but with different properties throughout the process.

However, Kent initially saw 62 flame runes.

Now, however, he was counting 96, and the reason he knew Pill King Yota would win was because flame runes not only enhance the various aspects of the flame, but they can also be used to purify it.

Just like there are impurities in pills, there are impurities in flames, too. However, by forming flame runes, removing such impurities can give the much-needed purity to the flame.

That said, just 96 flame runes isn’t enough, but at the moment, it is enough to make a difference, and Pill King Yota was about to show everyone just that.𝐟𝕣𝗲𝕖𝕨𝗲𝐛𝗻𝗼𝐯𝗲𝚕.𝗰𝚘𝐦

Of course, showing his support for Pill King Yota may appear biased because he was human, and Pill King Yota is also a variant of human.

However, his support was backed by Pill Monarch Nefeli, who was paying attention to Kent when he expressed his expectations to Suoh.

When she saw that, her mind went into deep thought.

Not only did Kent point out mistakes made by the Pill Kings, but he even managed to see Flame Runes and knew how they could be used.

”He is a genius. I’d better ensure he joins the Pyris Pill Alliance.” Her words came from her heart. As a leader in one of the biggest pill alliances, she most certainly would love to have someone like Kent in their ranks.

They are currently ranked 7th among the ten Pill Worlds.

Of course, ranking 7th isn’t too bad, but she had hopes and dreams, and one of those dreams was to raise the ranking of the Pyris Pill Alliance.

She saw a way in Kent to achieve that, and so she would do everything in her power to make it happen.

”Though he is still young to make a difference, after today, all will know his credibility, and knowing those old bastard, they would try to use their power to pull him to their side. I’d better be the first to get to him.”

Meanwhile, with only five minutes left to end the duel, Pill King Han Lu decided to end his refining early before he made any last-minute mistakes.

He took out his pill and stored it in a jade pill box. He didn’t want to expose it to nature, fearing he might lose its purity just by being outside.

Pill King Yota, meanwhile, continued to purify for three more minutes before ending his process. He also stored his pill in a jade box.

Kent smiled when he saw his pill.

Both pills were golden in color, which shows the true color of the pill. However, on them were white and blue lines, just like what appeared on Pill King Han Lu’s pill.

These marks aren’t there for decoration; they are used to determine both the purity and quality of the pill.

The white represents 80% refinement. Both Pill Kings passed that.

The blue represents 90% refinement. That, too, was achieved by both Pill Kings.

However, the reason Kent smiled when he saw Pill King Yota’s pill was because, while hidden and not visible without close inspection, with his enchanted eyes, Kent saw a faint green mark appear.

That showed he was close to 93% purity but not quite there yet.

Of course, to the untrained eye, it would appear and smell like a 92% pure pill, where, in this case, the time of completion would be used to judge the winner of the competition.

But Kent knew deep within that, as an influential organization such as this one, they would surely have a way to determine not only the grade and purity of the pill, but its quality.

If they did have a way to check that, they would see a ”Low” or ”Medium” rating for Pill King Han Lu and a ”High” rating for Pill King Yota.

Kent’s appraisal told him that, and he trusted his enchanted eyes, so he knew the winner would be the Flame Elemental Human, whom he had already started formulating plans to approach for advice on how to learn the flame.

Pill Emperor Matin appeared right when Pill King Yota sealed his pill.

”That was an intense battle, but it had finally come to an end.

First of all, I would like to offer congratulations to both Pill Kings for demonstrating a great understanding of alchemy and what it means to be Pill Kings.

Not only did they manage to demonstrate that turning Tier 9 ingredients into a Tier 12 pill is possible, but they also showcased their deeper understanding by refining the pill to the highest purity level they could achieve.

However, unfortunately, only one of them can win. However, one thing to note is that winning and losing aren’t too bad when they create room for improvement.

That said, the pill will be appraised by the Pill Monarch, so be sure that no mistakes will be made today.” The moment he ended his words, a green-dressed beauty appeared in the space, bringing her nourishing aura with her.

Stars began to appear in the eyes of many when she appeared. They knew who she was, but only a few had ever laid eyes on her.

So, seeing her for the first time and finally witnessing the beauty many had fantasized about, they couldn’t hold back their lustful desires.

Kent, however, sat there looking at the lady with a curious gaze.

’Because she has this calm and healing aura, many would think she is the most harmless person in the universe. Of course, many believe wood cultivators to be harmless.

However, that concealed aura—the one that many bloodthirsty maniacs can’t even come close to having—shows this lady’s is no rainbow and sunshine.

I’d better stay away from here before she devours me for breakfast.’

Kent’s heart shook when he sensed Pill Monarch Nefeli’s true aura. She was dangerous, and as someone who knew danger, he recognized her for who she was.

She didn’t say anything; instead, she took the two pills and held them in both hands. A green energy wrapped around them, and after a few minutes, she placed them back inside the jade boxes.

At this point, everyone was eager to know what had happened.

”They both concocted a 92% pure Tier 12 pill. However, the winner emerged with a higher-quality version of the pill. This is why I declare Pill King Yota the winner of this duel.

Better luck next time, Pill King Han Lu.”

Kent smiled, hearing what he had long expected to happen. It turned out his enchanted eyes hadn’t deceived him at all.
