Chapter 72 Flying Dragon in the Sky

Shenfeng planet is a second-level planet under the name of the Shen family, and its resource scale is only one level behind the first-level main star.Agriculture, commerce, handicrafts, finance, the development of various fields here is the same as in Biechu, but the only difference is that there is no criminal investigation department on this planet, and the people who manage it are the Shen family.

”People who do business here don’t have to pay taxes to the central government, they only need to pay a little tax to the Shen family. And on this planet, [-]% of the annual production value of our family business will be handed over to the central galaxy. ”During the flight from the shuttle ship to the Shen family’s villa, Shen Yanwen explained to You Yisi all the way.

”And the local residents living here are equivalent to the citizens of the Shen family and are protected by us.”

Some Yisi thought, isn’t this model equal to enfeoffment of nobles? It’s no different than Empire.

”Do other families have their own territories like yours?” He said, ”I didn’t know that the republic also had this model.”

”Of course you don’t know.” You Yanzhi said, ”The central government has always publicized that all citizens are equal. But the aristocratic families entrenched in their respective territories are like blood-sucking insects. All resources are concentrated in their hands and power is monopolized. Technological monopoly, only they can enjoy the best treatment. Ordinary people have spent half their lives working for these families, and they cannot integrate into this ’noble’ group at all. This is the ’democracy and democracy’ of the Republic.”

Shen Yanwen’s expression showed embarrassment, but Christie said: ”Don’t forget that you are also a profiteer under this system, You Yanzhi.”

You Yanzhi had a self-deprecating expression on his face, ”Yes, I am also one of these maggots.”

You Yisi thought of his life on Ziwei Star.At that time, when Xie Changliu raised him in order to hide his identity, the life of the two fathers was not good. And there are many people like them on the frontier planet.Even a child from an ordinary well-off family can only pursue further studies according to their ability and get a decent job after graduating from a basic school. In fact, they are nothing more than cogs in the vast social machine.

Before Beichen Military Academy, no military academy would open enrollment to ordinary people. This has led to the fact that the real power departments of the Republic, such as the House of Representatives, courts, and procuratorates in the star law system, are simply impossible for ordinary people to enter.Once the ruling class of a society is fixed, until it is overthrown, no fresh blood can flow in.

Then, this huge country will only gradually become old and corrupt until it festers.

It is only now that I think about how difficult it is for the reform of the principal of Wisconsin to open up the admission standards.

”I am suddenly glad that I entered Beichen Military Academy.”

When the surrounding atmosphere became a little stiff because of You Yanzhi’s words, You Yisi suddenly spoke.

Everyone looked at him.

You Yisi smiled, ”Look, this planet is full of vitality under the governance of the Shen family, and everyone is living a good life. Brother Yanzhi said that the family is all blood-sucking maggots, which is not the case. But we also There is no guarantee that all families can manage their territory in this way. So at this time, new forces need to come in to guide, supervise, and even compete. Beichen has opened up the military school admission standards to more people, and within ten years, there will be many Civilian graduates go into power. When the time comes, they are like a scalpel that cuts through rotten flesh, cutting out the rotten side of this country.”

He looked at Christie, ”However, as a member of the Aclan family, the principal is willing to share power with the newcomers. It’s really admirable.”

Christie evaded, ”It wasn’t Uncle’s idea.”

”What?” You Yisi was surprised.

”More than ten years ago, You Mingqi was the first person who proposed to open up the admission criteria for military academies.” You Yanzhi said, ”But his opinion was refuted, and even the seven families who supported the ’Wan Xing’, There was no one supporting him at the time.”

Christie nodded and said, ”Until now, Uncle has not understood Senior Ming Qi’s point of view. He once said that what he regrets the most is that he did not firmly support him when Venus was still there.”

You Yanzhi snorted coldly, ”What’s the use of regretting? If it were me, I would have made the right choice from the beginning.” He put his arm around You Yisi’s shoulder, ”I believe this guy can do better than his adoptive father in the future. ”

You Yisi: ”Brother, don’t give me a high hat easily.”

Christie looked at him with a wry smile, ”You are right, Your Excellency the Knight Commander. But at least this time, I also chose the right path.” He looked at Yu Yimi, ”Compared to the ’Ten Thousand Stars’ back then, although you There is no advantage in status, but there is no disadvantage that comes with it. I believe that you can go further.”

”...”

You Yisi began to hesitate, when should he tell senior brother Christie his true identity, and will this upright senior brother be frightened by that time?

”Ah, it’s here!” Shen Yanwen shouted, ”I’ve been listening to you talk about boring topics along the way, and finally arrived at my house.”

You Yisi heard the reputation, and saw that the shuttle started to hear, they landed on a huge lawn, when several people came out of the shuttle, they heard Shen Yanwen’s exclamation.

”Father, mother, why did you come in person?”

In the queue in front of them, a pair of elegant and luxurious middle-aged couple stood at the head of the crowd.Among them, a beautiful and noble woman took Shen Yanwen’s hand, smiled and said nothing. As for Shen Yanwen’s father, taking a step before the battle, his eyes swept over the faces of the other three.

”Here are the young talents of the Aklan family, the son of the general, and the most popular genius of Beichen. No matter what, we should go out to greet them in person.” Shen Yanwen’s father greeted the three of them one by one with a decent smile. .

You Yisi frowned suddenly, feeling like being scrutinized wantonly. When he looked up again, Shen Yanwen’s father was smiling as usual, and there was nothing unusual. You Yimi suspected that he was being too sensitive.

”Okay, everyone.” Shen Yanwen’s father, Shen Yao said: ”Please come back to this house with me, and clean up the dust for you.”

Shen Yanwen’s mother also said gently: ”Thank you all for accepting the invitation to come to Shen’s house as guests. Ah Wen is at school on weekdays, and I have troubled you to take care of him. His temper has been spoiled by me, so he must have caused you a lot of trouble.”

”Mother!” Shen Yanwen said angrily.

You Yisi looked at this happy family and felt envious. When will he have such a harmonious and happy family? No matter what life he was in, this kind of warmth from his family was something he could only hope for.

After staying in Shen’s residence, everyone was allocated a well-equipped room after a brief greeting. After sitting in the spaceship all day, everyone felt very tired, so they went back to their rooms to rest. However, Masami couldn’t fall asleep. He rolled and rolled on the bed for a while, and finally sat up to practice his abilities. When he was concentrating on thinking, the gemstone hanging on his chest emitted a beautiful blue light, reflecting the night outside the window.

When Yanzhi came in, he saw this scene, and he waited quietly until the young man woke up from his meditation, and looked up at him in astonishment.

”Brother?”

”There are no outsiders now.” You Yanzhi stroked his hair.

”...Brother.” Calling out this title, You Yisi suddenly felt a little wronged, buried his head in You Yanzhi’s arms, and rubbed his head silently.

”Brother, have you met your father, what kind of person is he?”

”Dad?”

When there is no one else, You Yanzhi is used to calling You Mingqi by this.

”He is very gentle, but sometimes he is very strict. If I do something I shouldn’t do, he will punish me severely.”

Listening to You Yanzhi saying these words expressionlessly, You Yisi always finds it very funny.

”You will also be punished? Could it be laziness, or bedwetting?” You Yisi smirked.

You Yanzhi glanced at him lightly, ”Every time I violate the ban and increase the practice time, my father will be very angry. He said that I am obviously a little kid, but I am always in a hurry to do what adults should do. When it is time to play If you don’t play, you’re putting the cart before the horse, and if you grow up to be a little old man, no one will marry me.”

You Yisi laughed, ”What did you say?”

”I said that girls are annoying, so I don’t want to marry them, and then I was spanked by Jasmine who heard this.”

Molly?

You Yisi suddenly raised his head, ”Was my mother there at that time?”

”Yes, but I don’t see her much time.”

”How is she? Is she pretty? Is she gentle? Is she nice to you?”

”She is beautiful, but not gentle. Although she likes to bully me, she is very kind to me.” You Yanzhi said: ”The last time I saw her, she was pregnant with you. At that time, she also said to me that if you were born It’s a girl, so make me a doll kiss.”

You Yisi couldn’t help laughing, ”But I’m a boy, and your baby is gone! Speaking of which, my mother’s personality is very similar to mine. If we meet now, we can’t help bickering every day, if... ...”

His voice gradually sank, You Yanzhi felt the moisture around his neckline, and he hugged You Yisi’s hand even harder.

”You look a lot like her.”

”Um……”

”Xiao Yi.” You Yanzhi paused, and then said again, ”Do you know why, would I ask you to agree to come here with Shen Yanwen?”

”Isn’t it just to avoid the limelight? Major General Wei’s appeal trial is going to be pronounced recently, because he is afraid that someone will harm me.”

”It’s not just for this reason. There is something I didn’t tell you. Before your mother went out to study, she lived in Shen Fengxing.” You Yanzhi said, ”Xiao Yi, you may still have relatives on this planet.”

You Yisi immediately sat up straight, his eyes widened in disbelief.

”I still have relatives?”
