Chapter 64 Moving with the Wind

On that day, the residents living near the Mars planet, as well as the soldiers of the Raven Fortress, all saw an unforgettable scene.

The silver covering the sky seems to decorate the entire dark starry sky with brilliant colors. The creature, which has always been only mentioned by people, swam its huge body and swam into the land of silence.Until the last ray of silver light disappeared into the darkness of the Silent Land, everyone was still in a daze for a long time.

”It’s Mufan, it’s the whale shark!”

Sirius chanted these two words frantically.

”Quickly, collect the latest data, monitor the radiation waves, and gather data on the mutation of elements in space!” He seemed to be possessed, and ordered his subordinate researchers to start working, while Monfield was in vain near him. middle.

”That... what? What is that!”

”Don’t you understand?” Sirius looked at him with a smile, ”That’s a whale shark.”

”Director!” At this time, the researcher in charge of monitoring reported: ”The radiation wave has disappeared! Not only the radiation energy leaked from the land of silence near the Mars planet, all disappeared! There are also...”

Sirius was busy collecting data, while Monfield slapped his thigh and began to give orders.

”Send a squadron to the planet Mars to find out the situation. And—” he smiled wryly, ”contact the Empire’s Foreign Ministry and the Border Governor. Tell them...their Royal Highness has entered the Land of Silence.”

The trouble is big.

Monfield thought, unprecedented trouble is coming.

It seems that what was taken away by Mu Fan was not only the radiation waves, but also the magnetic field that affected everyone. After Mu Fan turned into a whale shark and left, everyone discovered that the magnetic field response device seemed to have been impacted by some kind of huge energy and stopped moving. The force condensed in the air began to take effect, but the damaged isolation cover could not be repaired.

What happened left a clear mark.

You Yisi stood where he was, still looking up at the starry sky. He didn’t come back to his senses until You Yanzhi came up from behind.

”Is he all right?” You Yisi asked without looking back.

You Yanzhi shook his head, ”The place of silence has always been mysterious. If Mu Fan wanted to stop the radiation waves, he would definitely go deep there. I don’t know what will happen.”

”But he is a whale shark! There are less than five strategic national treasures in the empire! Could he still be injured and disappear?”

”Xiao Yi.” You Yanzhi said, ”200 years ago, the empire also killed a whale shark in battle. There is nothing in the world that will not happen.” He looked at You Yisi’s gloomy face, and comforted: ”Although I I don’t know why Mu Fan did this, but with his disposition, it is absolutely impossible to do it on a whim, nor will he be unprepared. You don’t have to worry about him.”

How can I not worry?

You Yisi smiled wryly.Thinking of those words of Mu Fan’s avatar before leaving, he felt uncomfortable all over.It sounded like Mu Fan did it for him.But is it possible? They are centuries-old enemies, and both sides bear blood debts.Even if it turns hostility into friendship now, why should Mu Fan take risks for him?

But no matter what, Mu Fan’s goal has been achieved, he wants him to remember him, You Yisi dare not forget him.

”Forget about Mu Fan for now.” You Yanzhi said to him, ”Now, we still have a lot of things to do.”

You Yisi raised his head, looked at the messy scene, and took a deep breath.

Indeed, before Mu Fan came back, he still had something to do.

before he returns.

……

The people sent by Monfield quickly investigated the origin of the incident. And the people in Raven Fortress don’t eat dry food either. What was going on was quickly investigated. However, under the mediation of You Yisi, the actions of Yan Hui and others were not immediately investigated.

”Colonel Yan Hui and the others did make a big mistake, but I would like to ask Your Excellency for a chance.”

After returning to the fortress, You Yisi said to Monfield: ”Colonel Yan Hui and the others will be sent to court as fugitives who have been arrested. As for other matters, please keep them secret for the time being.”

”Secret, why?” Monfield sneered, ”These people have made such a big fuss here, it’s kind of me not to execute them immediately. If you want to keep it secret for them, do you think I will agree to this stupidity?” request?”

”I hope you agree.” You Yisi looked at him calmly, ”Because you and Major General Wei are soldiers of Beichen, because the tens of thousands of families that are about to be destroyed because of the Third Fleet being put on trial are all They are the people of Beichen. Your heart will not allow you to personally send these people to the guillotine at this time.”

Monfield, who was caught in the weak spot, said violently: ”Even if I hide it, they will still be sentenced to death!”

”No, there is still hope.” You Yisi said loudly, ”As long as the last straw that breaks the camel’s back is not dropped, it is still possible to save them! After the trial, for Colonel Yan Hui and the others this time If they act privately, the military can do whatever they want. Even if they are brought to court again, they will have no regrets. But we still hope that, not now, that other innocent Beichen soldiers will not have a way out because of being implicated by them.”

Monfield stared at him steadfastly, gnashing his teeth, almost grinding Yu Yimi into his stomach and eating him. After a while, he said: ”I can’t decide this matter, I will report to Lorne. If he promises or not, I can’t control it!”

It was only then that Yasumi breathed a sigh of relief, and when Monfield brought back the affirmative reply from Commander Lorne, he realized that his back was already wet with sweat.

”Remember, tell them.” Monfield whispered as he walked by, ”This time it’s only for those innocent brothers. Their own sins will still have to be redeemed in the future!”

Yasushi smiled gratefully at him.So far, things have finally not come to a dead end.

When Fortress Leiwen was extremely busy, dealing with more than a dozen questions from the Imperial Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the students from the Beichen Military Academy who had come for the trial set off on their way back. This knight trial was considered a success.Except for Masami and his group that had an accident, the other teams completed their respective missions, and the knights and candidates formed a solid and reliable friendship during the mission process. As for Yisi’s group, due to various reasons, their grades were not released until a week after returning to Beichen.

[Xiao Yisi’s team knight trial results, s.After passing the test, the students who become Xiao Yisi’s guardian knights are as follows...] After this announcement came out, there was another wave of waves. How did the s score come about? Is there moisture? Those who disputed this were all dumbfounded after seeing the achievements of Xiao Yisi and his team in arresting several A-level fugitives.

The legendary name of Xiao Yisi, the chief freshman of the first grade, once again resounded inside and outside the school. But at this time, You Yisi didn’t even have the thought to take these things into consideration.

Because on the second day after they came back, Wei Zhijiang’s first trial judgment was officially pronounced.

Wei Zhijiang was sentenced to death for massacring civilians and other crimes, and the defender’s defense was rejected. On the day of the sentencing, Wei Ying was summoned to return to Wei’s house. Before leaving, she said to You Yisi: ”No matter what, I hope to be your guardian knight.”

However, Yimi’s guardian knight list was announced a week later, but her name was not there.

Everything seems to be at an end.

Wei Zhijiang’s defense lawyer is Professor Modi. It is said that the professor did not leave the room for a whole week after learning of the verdict. On the last night of that week, You Yisi came to visit Modi, and the two talked for a long time at night. The next day, Professor Modi appealed to the higher court for Wei Zhijiang. At the same time, Xiao Yisi also successfully became Bai Qing’s defender as a citizen’s agent.

Bai Qing’s trial will begin in a week, and Wei Zhijiang’s appeal will be heard in January. And within this short period of time, You Yisi did another remarkable thing.

He published a paper in the journal Star Law.

The title is ”The Defendant Cannot Be Forced to Testify Against Himself”, that is, the defendant cannot be forced to prove his guilt, nor can he be forced to be a witness against himself. The core point of You Yisi’s writing of this article is that if the evidence presented by both parties is unclear, the defendant does not bear the responsibility to prove his innocence.

At that time, no one knew that it was this paper that fired the first shot in their counterattack, and it was also the first step for You Yisi to come into people’s field of vision completely.

When the time came, Mu Fan had been missing in the Silent Land for half a month.

The night before the trial of the Bai Qing case, You Yisi and his partners fought fiercely all night. However, when he picked up the manuscript and was about to proofread it for the final time, he thought of someone again.

You Yisi put down the manuscript and asked, ”Brother, is there any news from Fortress Leiwen?”

Christie glanced at him and said, ”Not yet.”

”Really?” You Yisi lowered his head.

”However, there is currently no news that a large amount of dissipated energy has been found near the Silent Land.” Christie added.

Aisi understood what he meant. If a whale shark dies, it will inevitably leave a large amount of indestructible elemental energy in the nearby star field. That’s how the Silent Land was born. Now that no dissipated energy has been observed, it means that Mu Fan has not had an accident, but it is not good news that the situation has been unknown for so long.

Until now, when he thinks of Mu Fan’s back at that time, he still has trouble sleeping and eating.

At this moment, You Yanzhi came over and rubbed his head with his hand.

”Don’t think about it, tomorrow’s thing is the most important thing.”

”Ah.”

Christie looked sideways. He didn’t know Yisi’s identity yet, but he still felt a little puzzled by the good relationship between the two.In his opinion, it is already a very strange thing for You Yanzhi to be willing to be someone’s guardian knight.

Seeing You Yanzhi’s gaze cast over him, he nodded and called him.

”Your Excellency the Knight Commander.”

At present, there are three guardian knights of Yisi, which meet the minimum standard for forming a knight squad. Therefore, Yan Zhi, the highest-ranking leader, naturally took the leadership position temporarily, and Christie was the deputy. And the last knight, Qi Xiu, seems to never appear here.He spends more time with Warren than with Yu Yimi, which is another point of criticism.

”Xiaoyi’s defense in court tomorrow is the first time he has officially appeared in front of everyone.” You Yanzhi frowned and said, ”Including Qi Xiu, the three of us need careful planning for our guard work, and I want to see him before midnight. And , the clothes for the court hearing have been handed over to you, remember to turn clockwise three times when wearing the badge, otherwise it will be bad for you to go out...”

Yimi started to have a headache. His big cousin always seems to be particularly persistent in some strange places.

He listened to You Yanzhi chattering aside, and quietly closed his eyes.

Tomorrow, he will go to his own battlefield.

Does that mean everything will be different.
