The system takes me to fly

Chapter 21 Crispy Shrimp Skin

Xu Yi looked at the chef’s experience with a complicated heart.

”I said, let’s forget about the first book, but even came up with a suffix, so there is still middle and lower?”

Originally, I thought that it could enhance other aspects, but I didn’t expect that I had such a ”destiny” with God of Cooking.

However, if you think about it more carefully, it seems that it is good to get the recipe of Chef Chef. After all, Xu Ji needs to add new special dishes.

Xu Yi took the book in his hand and opened it to look at the contents. Unexpectedly, as soon as he opened the first page, a strong light burst out from the book, causing Xu Yi’s eyes to be tightly flashed by the sudden white light. Close.

In strong white light.

The book seemed to be directly wiped out of the world by some existence using an unknown force. The thin book first became transparent, and then the transparent phantom collapsed like a bubble.

At the same time that the Master of Cooking experience disappeared, Xu Yi suddenly had two more recipes in his mind. Regarding this, Xu Yi who had already experienced it was as stable as an old dog.

”It’s quite technologically advanced, but the more you look at it, the more it looks like special effects in a game.”

It really looks like a game, Xu Yi didn’t see the book after opening his eyes, and compared the new recipes in his head, he seriously suspected that the source of inspiration for the system maker was borrowed from many games.

From the screen showing the use of the life-renewing skill to the God of Cooking experience fragments that can be used to obtain recipes after eating them, Xu Yi suspected that he was playing a game.

Subsequently.

Xu Yi, whose attitude towards the system has always been the late stage of procrastination, is too lazy to think about it anymore. The thing he wants to do most now is of course——

Experiment with new recipes.

Let’s first look at Xinde’s first dish: crispy shrimp skin
Crispy shrimp skins are mainly made of multigrain cakes and dried shrimp skins.

Shrimp skin is mixed with scallion leaves, ginger juice, salt and pepper to make the filling.

Flatten the multigrain cake, spread the filling evenly on the middle part of the cake, fold the sides of the cake and press to seal it into a rectangle, then place it in an oil pan to shape and fry the crispy skin.

After frying, the crust is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, full of fragrance.

Cut the crispy prawns into small pieces of equal weight, and eat it in one bite. The crispy outer skin fills the mouth with oily aroma. When chewing, the unfried warm pancake inside and the prawn skin form a sealed fresh fragrance.

The double taste of crisp on the outside and tender on the inside is like a roller coaster, with layers of ups and downs.

Xu Yi, who was humming a little tune, was in such a good mood that he fried two pieces of delicious crispy shrimp skin. The kitchen was filled with the aroma of oil and the rich aroma of fried grains.

The crispy finished product was cut into sixteen small pieces, Xu Yi took one bite, and finished eating happily.

Zhang Meng, who returned from the store, arrived at the scene with 1 minute left.

--------

”Hey, tell me, is there something wrong with Boss Zhang today?” Xiao Deng bumped Xiao Zhuo with his elbow and gossiped quietly.

”Well... In the morning, Boss Zhang has been staring at the door.”

Xiao Zhuo also lowered his voice and told his discovery.

”Wow, are you waiting for your sweetheart?”

”possible.”

The two were too focused on talking, and didn’t notice that Xiao Cai, who had been silent all this time, was winking desperately at them.

”Okay, don’t squeeze your eyes, they won’t be able to see anymore.”
Zhang Meng, who did not know when he came to the back kitchen, spoke.

”boss!”

What are you most afraid of when gossip? It was the Lord who suddenly appeared and heard everything.

The three old employees stood up straight and didn’t dare to speak anymore.

”Why are you so nervous? I won’t eat you.”

”I am a person who has always convinced people with virtue, and I will not deduct your wages. Why are you so afraid of me?”

”It’s just gossip during working hours, it’s normal, I used to...”

Seeing the scared faces of the three old employees, Zhang Meng talked a lot, making Xiao Deng and the others dizzy.

”Hahaha, it’s okay, stop.” Xu Yi from the side stepped forward and put Zhang Meng’s shoulder to interrupt him.

”Xiao Deng and the others have made you dizzy.”

Xiao Deng, Xiao Zhuo and Xiao Cai had blank faces and dull eyes.

”It was my fault for not leaving a bite for you last night. Remember to leave a bite for you next time.”

”Ha ha ha ha ha.”

Not to mention relaxing, Zhang Meng was instantly filled with resentment when he mentioned last night.

”My God, I really can’t underestimate the grievances of foodies.”

Xu Yi had no choice but to raise his hands in surrender, and promised that there would be no next time.

Look back on the previous situation.

Last night, when Zhang Meng opened the door and smelled the scent in the room, he knew that Xu Yi was cooking delicious food secretly again, so he hurried all the way to the kitchen, and caught Xu Yi who was eating alone, and the empty plate on the spot.

Faced with this situation, a thunderbolt from the blue sky was nothing more than that. Zhang Meng, who smelled the fragrance but couldn’t eat delicious food, could only drink two cans of ice-cola to satisfy his cravings.

The next day, like an old mother urging marriage, Zhang Meng babbled to Xu Yi that it was wrong to be a single dog (eating alone) and that such behavior should be severely cracked down to create a better world. until cooking.

……

Therefore, in order to prevent Zhang Meng from turning into a nagging old lady again, Xu Yi spent the morning looking for reliable food suppliers.

Choose grain cakes that are not short of weight, and Shopee chooses a merchant that will not shoddy, fill in the address of Xuji’s special delicacies, and wait for the goods to be delivered.

While waiting for the goods to arrive, Xu Yi packed up a spare large pot, brushed it and put it on the stove to boil to remove moisture, and asked Xiao Deng to bring out two barrels of good oil from the storage room.

Half an hour later, all the ingredients Xu Yi ordered were delivered.

The kitchen staff gathered around the kitchen table, waiting to observe Boss Xu’s new dishes.

”This one is quite simple, Chef Fan, you can just take a look at it.”

The oil had already been poured into the preheated large pot, Xu Yi stirred the shrimp skin-based filling, and asked Xiao Zhuo and the others to unpack the multigrain cakes and arrange them one by one on the chopping board.

Under the eyes of everyone, Xu Yi just scooped a spoonful of fillings and spread them on the cakes, folded the crusts to seal, and could make several cakes in one minute.

”This……”

Chef Fan and the second chef looked at each other. It wasn’t that they doubted Xu Yi’s cooking skills, but that the preparation of this dish was really too simple.

”The next step is to put the semi-finished product in the catch fence and slowly lower it into the pot.”

“Since multigrain pancakes are inherently cooked food, it doesn’t take too long to fry them. After the oil is hot, they can be cooked in about 2 minutes.”

Seeing that the time was almost up, Xu Yi unhurriedly lifted the fence to let it leave the frying pan.

In the long-handled fence, the finished products are browned in color, exuding the aroma of fried grains, permeating the air domineeringly.

”It smells so good!”

”It’s such a simple way to make it, but it’s delicious after it’s out of the pan.”

After cutting the whole piece of crispy shrimp skin, another aroma appears. The two aromas are superimposed and make people salivate.

”Try it and see if it’s good... eat it.”

Before Xu Yi could finish his modest words, Zhang Meng, who had been impatient for a long time, picked up a small piece of crispy shrimp skin and ate it in one bite, and then his eyes lit up, and he ate another piece, as if he was monopolizing it.

”Wait! Boss, don’t eat all of it, and leave us a few dollars!”

”Hey! Don’t grab, don’t grab!”
