”Well, what a pity, Mengzi hasn’t left work yet.”

Talking about regret, Xu Yi with a smile on his face picks up the meat-wrapped shrimp and takes a bite. The fried and steamed beef slices are springy and refreshing. The shrimps are springy and sweet. The delicious taste made Xu Yi couldn’t stop eating with his chopsticks, he just wanted to finish the whole plate and enjoy the complementary, fresh, fragrant and tender shrimp slices to his heart’s content.

Unfortunately, the last sliced shrimp was robbed by Zhang Meng who got off work early.

”Old Xu, if you go out to set up a stall for your craftsmanship, many people will definitely come to buy it.”

Mengzi smacked his lips, reminiscing about the last bite of meat he snatched from Xu Yi just now, if he hadn’t returned in time, he would have missed such a delicious sliced shrimp.

”Set up a stall?” Xu Yi thought for a moment, thinking that Zhang Meng had come up with a good idea.

”Three dishes, you can’t open a restaurant, we can set up a specialty food stall, just cook today’s meat and shrimp, tofu and steamed chicken, specializing in three dishes, you can definitely make money with your cooking skills.”

The more Zhang Meng talked, the more he felt that he was so witty to think of such a good idea.

”Okay, Mengzi, your brain is really smart!
Xu Yi picked up Zhang Meng’s head.

”You’re bald, I just raised my hairline by 0.01 meter.”

After getting rid of Xu Yi’s evil claws, Zhang Meng was very concerned about his hair. Zhang Meng, who was prone to premature baldness, hurriedly rescued his hairstyle. The strong wind at work caused his hairline to shift back, and Zhang Meng was also desperate.

Just do what you say, Xu Yi, who is super active, first went to the hospital with Zhang Meng to get a health certificate, and then went to the food street not far from the rental house, where the population was very high, and paid to rent a stall. Here, it is from [-] am to [-] pm during the day It is not allowed to set up a stall before [-]:[-] p.m., which leads to a rush of snack trucks at [-]:[-] p.m., forming a spectacular spectacle.

The food street is located near the university town, earning money from the students, and because the students are young and curious, and have a strong ability to accept new things, one after another Internet celebrity food has been born there. As long as it is delicious, there is no need to worry about selling it .

After paying the booth fee, Xu Yi and the others went to the rented place to choose a small trolley suitable for cooking, bought a few large stainless steel drums, a few large bags of marinated seasoning sauce, and the ingredients. The owner of the vegetable market placed an order.

Considering that today is the first time to set up a stall, Xu Yi only prepared 30 yuan per catty of old tofu soaked in a bucket, fifteen whole chickens and prepared marinade, and put them in a large multi-layer crisper. Make twenty plates of beef slices wrapped with scallions and shrimps and matching sauce.

”Mengzi, do you think the ones we prepared can be sold out?”

Before leaving, Xu Yi asked Zhang Meng this question.

”That’s a must!”

Zhang Meng, who was full of confidence, suggested that Xu Yi had prepared too few ingredients, and worried that these delicacies would not be enough to sell. Unfortunately, Xu Yi still followed the original plan in order to be on the safe side.

Bring the car home from the storage place of the trolley, install the medium-sized gas tank and double-mouth stove, put the ingredients into the inner box of the trolley, and put the barrel of mushroom soup in the upper shelf. Xu Yi and Zhang Meng took With good expectations, I pushed the car to my own place, and I was full of energy for a while.

Five whole chickens marinated 10 minutes in advance, placed in the steaming tray, placed on the mushroom soup pot, and steamed in the sauna on high heat, the fresh fragrance permeated in less than 5 minutes, Xu Yi put a small iron pot on another stove , I made garlic tofu with garlic sprouts that are full of aroma when cooking. When stewed, the aroma is tangy and disperses in the air, attracting people nearby to come and watch, curious about what is so delicious.

”It turned out to be tofu?!”

The doubtful tone was full of disbelief, and he couldn’t believe the source of the fragrance that led him here.

It’s this pot of tofu that looks ordinary.

5 minutes, of course, when the time is up, Xu Yi puts the tofu out of the pot, and puts one portion of tofu in five small paper boxes. The price of a small box of tofu is set at three yuan considering the cost, labor and booth expenses. The price of one serving.

”Why don’t you try a piece first and see if you can buy it?”

The quick-witted Zhang Meng took a box of tofu as a taster, and handed the skeptic a small spoon. He knew the taste of this tofu best. He had personally experienced how Xu Yi made the tofu more tender and soft. At the same time, it makes the bean fragrance more intense and attractive.

”Hmm!” The man smelled the aroma and wanted to taste it. He took the spoon and scooped up a piece of tofu, blew on it, and put it in his mouth. The moment the tofu just entered his mouth, he was shocked by the soft and oily taste, and he was completely frozen in place. .

”Is it delicious?” Seeing that the first person to eat crab had his eyes straight with the tofu in his mouth, the people who were also attracted couldn’t help urging.

The man woke up from being called out, swallowed the smooth tofu hastily, and impatiently took out a red ticket from his pocket and slapped it on the table, ”Boss, give me five boxes of tofu first!”

”No, is it so delicious?”

Most people think his performance is a bit exaggerated, acting like a babysitter.

A tall, good-looking guy insisted that if there is no investigation, he has no right to speak. He took the spoon and dug up the tofu from the tasting box and put it in his mouth to taste. His reaction was the same as that of the guy just now. He took out the red ticket and slapped the table grandly, ”Boss, give me 50 yuan!”

The handsome guy thought, no matter what, buy it for 50 yuan and have a good time!If you can’t eat it, pack it up and take it home for your family to eat.

When the words fell, Zhang Meng and the others didn’t have time to respond. Many young students who were full of curiosity and had finished trying the food rushed to speak, scrambling for fear of being left behind.

”I want ten boxes!”

”Mine first. Boss, I’ll also order ten boxes of tofu.”

The onlookers at the scene watched the scene of you scrambling for each other in surprise, and then, those who reacted also joined the scrambling team.

”Hey! Don’t grab, don’t grab, take your time, everyone, don’t worry.”

Zhang Meng hurriedly yelled loudly to appease the guests, and asked these guests to line up in order to avoid bad things from happening.
