Chapter 13 Weapon Accessories: Gun Stocks

Chapter 13 Weapon Accessories: Gun Stocks

Zhang Cheng slammed the trigger, and the continuous gunshots seemed so abrupt in the quiet forest.

The moment the mutant werewolf was hurt, two points of armor had been subtracted, but what surprised Zhang Cheng was that even with the armor-piercing bullets, Zhang Cheng only dealt 20 points of damage to the mutant werewolf.

This is the damage of a headshot hit!

Zhang Cheng’s attack power plus uzi’s attack power is 21 points in total, and the damage after headshot is 150%, which should be 30 points or more.

This shows that the werewolf still has more than 30.00% damage reduction after the armor is reduced.

At this time, Zhang Cheng had no intention of calculating how high the armor value of the mutant werewolf was. He concentrated on shooting, trying to hit the head of the mutant werewolf with every shot.

A magazine was quickly emptied. At this time, the mutant werewolf was less than five meters away from Zhang Cheng due to its agile movement speed.

The werewolf with lumpy muscles suddenly jumped up on the spot, and his sharp claws rushed towards Zhang Cheng with luster.

Zhang Cheng’s muscles tensed up, and he rolled over to the right. When Zhang Cheng rolled up from the ground, the uzi in his hand had already completed reloading.

This tumbling not only allowed Zhang Cheng to avoid the vicious blow of the mutant werewolf, but at the same time he put his elbows on the ground at the moment of the tumbling, and accurately completed the magazine change operation in a short period of time.

After the werewolf pounced, he fell to the ground due to inertia. Zhang Cheng’s eyes lit up, and he couldn’t miss this opportunity.

The long blood bar on the werewolf’s head was falling down, and it wanted to stand up and attack Zhang Cheng, but before it could take two steps, its blood volume was emptied, and it fell to the ground.

Zhang Cheng finally breathed a sigh of relief at this time: ”I didn’t expect this guy’s fighting power to be so fierce at the beginning, but luckily there was no danger...”

The level of monsters in the game will also increase, otherwise the player camp in the previous life would have already taken advantage.

It is because the improvement of the player’s strength cannot keep up with the improvement of the strength of the monster camp, which leads to the compression of the player’s living space step by step.

The reason why Zhang Cheng emphasized the science and technology conference in the chat channel before was also to improve the strength of the human camp as soon as possible.

Technology is an important way to improve the survivability of the entire human being. Whenever infected blood and gene fragments accumulate to a certain amount, the technology society will be able to unlock the corresponding technology, greatly improving the survivability of the players.

Zhang Cheng does not want history to repeat itself, but his own strength in providing research materials for the Science and Technology Association is just a drop in the bucket.

Only when everyone works together can it be possible to suppress the camp of the infected, eliminate the infected as soon as possible, and win more living space and resources for human beings.

After the mutated werewolf fell, Zhang Cheng stepped forward to touch the corpse. In the game, only the corpse of the large boss can be touched by the players participating in the battle. The corpses of other monsters can only be touched by one person.

The mutant werewolf dropped animal skin*3 and a bottle of infected blood.

This harvest really surprised Zhang Cheng. Wolf fur is a monster resource in the green forest, and monsters can drop bones and animal skins.

Among them, bones are more common, and the drop probability of animal skins is relatively small.

Anyway, Zhang Cheng has collected more than twenty bones now, but without adding these three pieces of animal skins, there were only two pieces of animal skins harvested before.

And the animal skin happened to be one of the important raw materials for Zhang Cheng’s next piece of armor equipment, so these three animal skins came in a timely manner.

There were no more grids in the backpack, so Zhang Cheng had to discard two sets of wood in order to hold the wolf fur and infected blood.

Anyway, the wood can be cut again, or even bought from other players. Anyway, wood is the least valuable thing.

Adding it down is the highlight of this operation-hidden treasure chest!
Zhang Cheng stepped forward to open the treasure chest.

【Obtain Fujiman*10】

【Get Flint*10】

[Get berry seeds*10]

[Accessory Accessory: Gunstock]

Zhang Cheng was overjoyed when he saw the items in the treasure box. Weapon accessories are one of the rarest rewards in the hidden treasure box.

Zhang Cheng thought that perhaps it was because this was the first treasure chest opened on the map that a weapon accessory was revealed.

Weapon accessories include buttstock, muzzle, scope, grip, etc. Different accessories have different effects.

At this time, the weapon accessories that Zhang Cheng wanted the most were gun stocks. There was no other reason. The effect of gun stocks was simple and violent—increasing attack power.

[Gun stock, level 1, attack power +1 after installation]

The properties of firearms and other weapons are fixed, and the properties of weapons can only be improved by modifying the formula.

Weapon accessories can be continuously upgraded and strengthened, and accessories can be installed and disassembled at any time.

Firearms may be replaced along the way, but accessories can be said to be important game props that always follow players.

Zhang Cheng immediately installed the butt on the uzi submachine gun, and Zhang Cheng’s attack power increased by 1 point.

”Strengthening material...”

As if Zhang Cheng suddenly remembered something, he quickly summoned the game panel, and then entered the player trading interface.

The player’s trading line is a very important function of the game, which can be freely traded with all players in the whole world.

There is no tax to buy items in the trading line, but tax is required to sell items.

——The trading guild will charge 10% of the transaction price of the item as a tax.

Because the seller will deduct part of the tax, the seller will often set a slightly higher price when pricing.

Even though the game just started today, there are already a ton of items for sale on the in-game trade shop.

Including wood, stones, twigs, iron ore, etc., Zhang Cheng browsed various items in the trading house, looking for business opportunities.

When the game was first launched, prices were the most unstable. First of all, this was because there was a lot of waste waiting to be done, and every player needed a lot of materials to build their home and strengthen themselves.

Secondly, the current players don’t have much experience, so they don’t know how much the items should be priced properly.

This has resulted in some items being overpriced, while others are ridiculously low.

For example, food, berries are actually the most popular commodity in the trading shop now, and a berry actually costs 10 alliance points.

In Zhang Cheng’s memory, isn’t it possible to buy a lot of berries for 10 yuan? Now I can only buy one.

It just so happened that Zhang Cheng had just opened ten berry seeds in the treasure chest. After the berry seeds were planted, he would be able to harvest a large number of berries.

Zhang Cheng sighed speechlessly, he didn’t expect that berries would become a shortcut for him to make money now.

Most of the resources collected in the wild are expensive now, and Zhang Cheng understood after a little thought.

It is also because there is a wide demand for resources now, and many players do not dare to go deep into the map to collect resources at this time. Every time they collect resources, they are cautious, resulting in low work efficiency.

Demand exceeds supply, and prices naturally rise.

Zhang Cheng memorized a few commodities with inflated prices, and planned to sell a batch of supplies in a short while.
