Chapter 9 Recipe Transformation

”Your name is really tricky...”

Zhang Cheng didn’t know what to say, he really didn’t understand why he took the name ”Good Husband”.

’Good Husband’ smiled shyly and said, ”Brother Cheng can just call me Ah Hao.”

”Okay, okay, okay.” Ah Hao looked very friendly, Zhang Cheng just didn’t want to act with others, but it was still okay to chat with others.

In the apocalypse where there are not many entertainment items, if you don’t chat with others to relieve boredom, you may have some psychological problems.

”Brother Cheng, I found out some big news from an NPC before, do you want to hear it?” Ah Hao approached with a mysterious look on his face.

Zhang Cheng showed interest on his face, but in fact he was thinking: I don’t know the NPCs in the survivor camp yet, so what’s the point of asking for information? I even know who among them is having an affair with whom.

Ah Hao said excitedly: ”Camp play! Players can build their own camps and manage them by themselves, and there are many benefits to joining a camp, and there are corresponding buffs between campers in the same camp!”

Zhang Cheng looked at Ah Hao: ”Do you want to build a camp by yourself?”

Ah Hao was suddenly a little frustrated: ”I don’t have that ability. Setting up a camp requires a registration fee of [-] alliance points...”

Zhang Cheng knows that [-] alliance points is not a small sum, and no one should be able to spend so much money now.

Zhang Cheng asked: ”Then what do you want to come to me?”

”There is a crowdfunding function for setting up a camp. With [-] alliance points, we can find a few more people to gather together...”

Zhang Cheng also began to feel a little moved. Compared with the survivor camp, joining the private camp had many benefits, so he didn’t rush to reject Ah Hao, but let Ah Hao find someone to contact him in the future.

After adding a game friend, the helicopter has returned to the survivor camp. There are a few friends around Ah Hao. It can be seen that the atmosphere of the few of them getting along is not bad, and Ah Hao is faintly the leader of them.

From this, Zhang Cheng can roughly see that Ah Hao is a very capable person, at least he handles interpersonal relationships well.

After saying goodbye to Ah Hao, Zhang Cheng returned to his manor all the way, and he couldn’t help but rejoice that he had snatched a good place that was relatively close.

After returning to the manor, the first thing Zhang Cheng did was to enter his farmland to check the growth of the wheat seeds.

[Wheat, growth rate: medium.Yield: Medium.Event: need to water, need to fertilize]

The five wheat seeds were all in the same condition. Zhang Cheng watered them first, and then began to prepare special fertilizer without stopping.

Zhang Cheng walked to the tool table:

[Special fertilizers can greatly increase crop yields and slightly shorten the maturity time of crops.

Crafting needs:

Wood: 10/1510
Hemp: 5/75
Lime 1/5]

”Make special fertilizer*5.”

After giving the command, the materials in Zhang Cheng’s backpack were automatically deducted, and the tool table began to operate slowly.

【Special fertilizer*5, the remaining production time is 50s】

The lime in the raw material can only be purchased from the grocery merchant, and five limes cost [-] alliance points.

The 50-second waiting time passed quickly, and Zhang Cheng took out the special fertilizer from the tool table and sprinkled it on the wheat.

After watering and fertilizing, the state of wheat has become:

[Wheat, growth rate: high.High Yield.Event: None]

The wheat is growing vigorously, but this does not mean that Zhang Chengcheng can completely let it go. Random events may continue to occur in the future. If Zhang Cheng does not deal with it in time, it may affect the growth of the crops.

Zhang Cheng opened the critical strike resource treasure box, and a special ammunition box was opened as a result.

[Armor-piercing ammunition box, the ammunition filled is armor-piercing bullets, which can reduce the enemy’s armor by 2 points when hitting the enemy]

”Good thing!” Zhang Cheng’s eyes lit up. The armor-piercing bullets are equivalent to adding an armor-piercing effect to the gun. Now the wild monsters don’t have much armor, and they will look even more brittle after being hit by the armor-piercing bullets.

Every day after defeating the boss for the first time, a gene fragment will be dropped. The Federation of Survivors has been collecting special infected gene fragments. Players hand in the gene fragments in exchange for many rare rewards.

It’s a pity that each boss only drops gene fragments once a day, and even if you kill the boss later, it won’t drop again.

For example, the special infected body in the green forest is the giant mutant spider. Although the boss may be refreshed many times a day, the gene fragment can only be obtained once.

On the way back, Zhang Cheng had handed over the gene fragment of today’s giant mutant spider and exchanged it for an energy chip.

Although there is only one gene fragment at present, Zhang Cheng is bound to get the collector’s wristband now. With the collector’s wristband, his collection efficiency and collection upgrade speed will be much faster.

[Gatherer wristband (accessory), main resource collection speed +8%, main resource collection crit rate +4%, secondary resource acquisition rate +4%

Plank: 10/0
Cosmetic Cloth: 10/0
Energy chip: 1/1]

Wooden planks and coarse cloth are semi-finished products. Wooden planks require 100 wood + 2 twigs, and coarse cloth requires 10 hemp + 2 plant stems.

Zhang Chengcheng collected resources according to his own needs. There were enough wood and hemp, and even made ten wooden boards and ten pieces of coarse cloth on the tool table.

Making anything in the tool table will bring Zhang Cheng experience in making. With the improvement of the production level, not only can the production speed and production quality be improved, but also some equipment formulas can be unlocked.

Zhang Cheng was not in a hurry to make the Gatherer’s Wristband, he was going to modify the formula of the Gatherer’s Wristband first.

Transforming formulas is one of the most expensive activities in the game. The formula drawn from the primary synthesis is the primary formula. Each transformation of the primary formula requires 500 alliance points.

The formula modification price is equal to the number of residual pages of the formula consumed by extracting the formula * 100.
For example, the gatherer wristband is a primary formula, and five formula fragments are required for primary synthesis, and 500 alliance points are required for the modified formula.

Zhang Cheng gained a total of 3500 alliance points from the giant mutant spider, and he still had 398 alliance points left on him.

”It can be transformed up to 7 times...”

[Do you want to consume 500 alliance points to modify the recipe ’Gatherer’s Wristband’? 】

【Reform attribute preview:
Main resource collection speed +6%~10%,

Main resource collection crit rate +3%~5%,

Secondary resource acquisition rate +3%~5%
Possible random entries:
Movement speed bonus
Automatic recovery of blood volume

Decreased hunger consumption

……

Collection attack durability consumption reduced]

The gatherer wristband is a rare accessory equipment, and it needs an energy chip to make it, so Zhang Cheng can’t mass-produce the gatherer wristband.

Therefore, it is necessary to modify the formula before making it. This equipment may accompany Zhang Cheng for a long time.

Zhang Cheng clicked to confirm the transformation.
