Brother Dao Took the Entertainment Industry by Storm, Fans Beg Me Not to Kill Anymore

Chapter 972: Reporting, Account Banning, Covering Mouth, One-Click Triple Click, Who is the Real Joker?

To be honest, this clarification of public opinion will be the easiest thing for the entire public relations department.

The PR manager is always laughing in his sleep whenever he thinks about how they were dealt such a good hand and ended up fighting such a ridiculous battle.

Finally, itʼs not those PR problems of solid evidence and being unable to directly respond anymore.

Xiao He, you should have said you had this card earlier! We all wasted our time.

So, once the truth was clear, the meeting ended smoothly in less than twenty minutes.

Without even arranging any public relations rhetoric or clarification statement, Liu Rulan directly decided to have Xiao He go live that afternoon to clarify the situation.

This clarification was done very quickly.

-

”You guys make the arrangements first. Iʼll log into my account and show it to everyone during the live stream.”

As Xiao He spoke, he opened his long-dormant ”xiaohei” account.

He hadnʼt opened this account for over a year. The last time he posted a video was two years ago, on the day he received the prize box from the rendering competition. He filmed an unboxing vlog as both a memento and a farewell to the account.

He has never logged into that account since then.

I never imagined he would come back one day.

However--

【User has been banned 【Unban countdown: 13 days, 7 hours, 24 minutes】】

Xiao He was stunned, then smiled knowingly: ”No wonder, things were waiting for me here.”

I was wondering why these guys deliberately bypassed the original owner, Xiaohei, but it turns out their combo was waiting for me here.

Xiao He immediately logged out and searched for videos related to his account. Sure enough, he found that all of Xiao Heiʼs original videos had been reported and banned. Now, all the videos circulating online were secondary distributions from other accounts, and the one with the most traffic was actually his ”old acquaintance” Viker.

Whatʼs particularly funny is that Viker was forced to delete his account and quit the internet due to a conflict with him before, but after returning this time, this guy quickly used this wave of traffic to make his new accountʼs number of followers skyrocket.

What kind of situation is this?

”After being resurrected by the Impure World Reincarnation, my rival became rich overnight by consuming my traffic”?

Xiao He was so angry he laughed.

Liu Rulan was still negotiating the copy with the public relations team when she saw this scene and couldnʼt help but laugh: ”No wonder our people couldnʼt contact you no matter where they searched the platform. Even most people outside thought Viker was the original blogger. So you got banned.”

The account and videos are gone, but Viker is singing and dancing again. Itʼs no wonder people misunderstand.

Moreover, the length of the ban is quite interesting. Fourteen days is neither a long nor a short time, but it covers the key period of their promotional campaign before and after the release of ”Time and Space Standoff”.

By the time these fourteen days have passed and the account is retrieved to clarify the situation, it will probably be too late.

”They probably just covered up the original blogger as a precaution, and they donʼt know that I am Xiao Hei himself.”

After a momentʼs thought, Xiao He was able to understand their thoughts.

”The malicious reporting and account banning was most likely done by Viker. If those guys in China had noticed the xiaohei account, or seen the AI system I used in my clarification video, they would probably have already connected it to Xiaohei AI from Heguang Technology, or even directly to me. But Viker is different. He simply had a grudge against the xiaohei account and doesnʼt know much about AI systems in China.”

So the current situation should be as follows:

Some people overseas noticed that the mecha in the TV series ”Time and Space Standoff” was suspected of plagiarism and wanted to use this to bring down the production team. So they contacted Viker to deal with the team (they didnʼt contact Xiaohei himself, probably because they couldnʼt reach him). When Viker took over the matter and decided to use Edo Tensei, he immediately used the power above him to take down Xiaoheiʼs account.

This was both revenge and prevented Xiaohei from speaking out during this period, making it easier for him to take this opportunity to stir up trouble and clear his name.

Meanwhile, those guys in China, when they learned that Viker and the forces behind him wanted to sabotage the ”Time and Space Standoff” production team, immediately joined the fray, completely unaware that the original poster of that video was a Chinese person named xiaohei.

Hmm... things actually make a surprising sense.

The world truly is a giant makeshift operation.

Although there are still barriers between the Chinese and foreign internet networks, isnʼt this information gap a bit too fatal?!

Is the internetʼs memory really that short?

It only took a little over a year for so many netizens to forget the truth.

Back then, Viker attacked Xiaohei, spreading rumors that Xiaoheiʼs entry was generated by AI. This attracted a lot of attention and discussion in the industry, and many marketing accounts in China were reposting it at the time.

Did these people forget about it in the blink of an eye?!

ah?

The reality is truly absurd, and the act of banning the original bloggerʼs account and silencing them seems rather cowardly.

”Luckily I didnʼt cancel my account; I almost did.”

Xiao He could only make fun of it like that.

He did consider deleting the account, but the platformʼs mechanism was that deleting the account would also delete another important website platform account, and all the videos under the account would also disappear. Xiao He considered that some of the videos under the xiaohei account were evidence of his previous rights protection and counterattack, so he simply left them there and didnʼt care.

Oh, to put it simply, he just put those videos there to annoy that Joker.

Lest some guys be reincarnated and think everyone has forgotten.

And in just one year, this kid actually succeeded?

It was truly his fault.

Xiao He cracked his knuckles, his expression extremely serious: ”I think I should research a network sanction software that can directly target individuals, so that those scoundrels who cause trouble online can never access the internet again.”

Solve the problem directly at its root.

”Then letʼs call it a virus, thank you.”

Liu Rulan simply patted Xiao He on the shoulder: ”Alright, letʼs leave that Joker aside for now. If they knew you were Xiao Hei, they wouldnʼt have made such a foolish move. They thought that by blocking Xiao Hei, we wouldnʼt be able to find him, and therefore wouldnʼt be able to find a way to clarify things or gather evidence. But they never expected that you were the real person. Those pieces of evidence are no problem for us at all.”

”So letʼs just start a live stream, deal with the current situation first, and then we can take care of those guys one by one later.”

Liu Rulan glanced at the time.

”You have a rehearsal tonight, so we need to speed things up. We donʼt have that much time to mess around with those guys.”
