Technological Empire Starts From Shanzhai System

Chapter 249: Terrifying ultra-long-distance wireless optical communication technology!
Chapter 249 The terrifying ultra-long-distance wireless optical communication technology!

In addition, because our wireless optical communication equipment is wireless optical communication, there is no need to erect a signal transmission device outside.

It can be directly hidden inside the high pole and directly insulated from the outside air, so you don’t have to worry about this thing causing lightning and potential safety hazards. ”

Hearing Lin Xuan’s words, the people at the scene nodded slightly again.

People have accepted Lin Xuan’s words, and they have let go of their worries about the safety of lightning strikes, so their minds turned to wireless optical communication.

Lin Xuan once said that this thing can increase Daxia’s network speed to the fastest level in the world and reduce the cost of broadband infrastructure. I wonder how effective it is?

If Lin Xuan does it, then Lin Xuan may change the world.

That’s right, it’s not just changing Daxia, but changing the world. People at this time believe that if this technology can really reduce the demand for infrastructure construction.

To reduce the cost of infrastructure construction, it may be that all enterprises in the world will need the wireless optical communication technology of Hantang Technology.

“If this technology can really be applied and born, it may change the world.”

At this time, in the auditorium in the front row, a woman who looked like a secretary looked at the 800-meter-high wireless optical communication facility on the stage that was being struck by lightning but remained motionless. He said something with a face full of panic.

Regarding this, at this time, Chambers of Cisco Company was very happy to have caught Lin Xuan’s flaw.

I saw him shaking his head with disdain, turned around and patted his secretary with a sneer and said:

”It’s just a gimmick. Although super tempered glass with super resistance is used instead of ordinary steel, the cost is extremely low to a certain extent, and with various lightning protection methods, you will no longer be afraid of lightning strikes in the future.

But this thing is not only afraid of lightning strikes, everything will be fine, he is also afraid of cloudy weather and the possibility of signal interruption caused by passing birds or insects!

The name of this thing is the town level. According to Daxia’s definition of the town level, the distance between towns is at least a dozen kilometers.

In this case, the ultra-long-distance wireless optical communication is too easy to be interfered, let alone the interruption of signal interference caused by cloudy weather.

That is, what will happen if there are birds passing by during the signal communication? Although it is only a moment for a bird or an insect to fly by.

But coupled with the detection of a signal interruption, followed by a corresponding retransmission response, it has reached more than a second.

In this case, I am not optimistic about the ultra-long-distance wireless optical communication technology, which is too susceptible to interference. Although the ultra-long-distance wireless optical communication technology looks very promising.

But because it is too easily disturbed by the environment or external factors, it must be a joke in actual use.

This thing is not as stable as Cisco’s optical fiber communication technology. Unless someone breaks the optical fiber or the equipment is damaged, our optical fiber communication technology will always be stable! ”

Speaking of which, Chambers, the president of Cisco, showed a confident smile, as if he had caught Lin Xuan’s braid.

At this time, under a series of blows from Lin Xuan, he regained a little confidence seeing Lin Xuan’s braid.

And Cisco is not the only company that thought of this, there are many people who actually thought of this.

Because many experts were bragging about the flaws of wireless optical communication technology before, they would naturally instinctively think what to do if this thing is blocked and the signal is interrupted?

This ultra-long-distance wireless optical communication technology can be different from the indoor short-distance wireless optical communication technology just now.

This thing is directly exposed to the external atmospheric environment, which is completely different from the wireless optical communication technology used indoors before.

The wireless optical communication technology in the indoor environment cleverly uses reflection points, and the invisible light communication technology and intelligent adjustment mode greatly make up for the shortcomings of the wireless optical communication technology.

As for this kind of ultra-long-distance wireless optical communication of more than ten kilometers, they have no way to reflect.

Being able to carry out wireless optical communication with a distance of more than ten kilometers must use lasers, due to the small size of lasers.

At this time, a bug with a size of a few millimeters may be able to block the signal communication. At that time, wireless optical communication is just a joke!

So at this time, there were many personal opinions among the nearly 20,000 viewers, and these opinions were passed to the ears of others.

Soon, as if one word awakened someone from a dream, many people also discovered that this ultra-long-distance wireless optical communication technology does have a huge flaw.

So they couldn’t help discussing with each other, and then there were many people discussing, and such discussions would trigger a chain reaction.

As a result, in just over 10 seconds, while Lin Xuan was still introducing, the scene of the press conference was completely chaotic, and there were buzzing sounds everywhere...

Looking at the situation where people were scrambling to discuss, Lin Xuan shrugged helplessly, and it seemed that he was going to directly enter the topic.

So Lin Xuan lightly clicked the remote control in his hand, and the projection screen behind him switched from the picture introducing the high pole structure of the wireless optical communication to an actual measurement video in an instant.

”Quiet! Quiet!”

”Everyone be quiet, there is something moving up there.”

”Quiet, be quiet.”

Some of the nearly 20,000 viewers noticed something strange at the press conference, so they all shouted and stopped the people who were talking around them.

Within a few seconds, the scene suddenly fell silent, and people watched the video curiously.

At this time, this video happened to come to a dismantling video. This dismantling video is just a demo diagram of the dismantling of a high pole structure for wireless optical communication.

At this time, through the demonstration picture of the wireless optical communication high pole, people can clearly see that there are densely packed electronic components on it.

There is a wireless optical communication device about every half meter between them. At this time, the 800-meter-high pole looks like dense wireless optical communication devices.

Looking at those surprised eyes, Lin Xuan introduced with a smile:

”As you can see, why did I say that our wireless optical communication technology can surpass foreign countries and become the world’s number one.

The reason for this is very simple, because our Internet bandwidth is very abundant! ”

Speaking of this, Lin Xuan paused slightly, and then explained why he said that:

”As we all know, although my Great Xia is known as a vast land and abundant resources, the population is mainly concentrated in the eastern region, and the population is also very dense.

When there are more people, the average allocation to a single bandwidth resource will naturally decrease.

In order to reduce the bandwidth pressure, we have even restricted the uploading of broadband, which is the only case in the world.

No way, our population is too large, and our Internet users are too many, so we have no choice but to do so.

If you want to increase bandwidth according to the previous method, you can only lay optical fibers honestly, there is no shortcut.

But now as you can see, because we have solved the miniaturization problem of wireless optical communication equipment.

Manufactured the world’s most advanced silicon optical communication chip, so we can plug the ultra-long-distance wireless laser communication device anywhere in the 800-meter high pole.

You can imagine that a wireless laser communication device is arranged every half meter in the 800 meters, so how many wireless laser communication devices can be plugged into the 800-meter-high wireless optical communication pole?

Compared with hiring a large number of workers to dig tunnels and then deeply bury optical fibers, which bandwidth construction cost is lower. ”

Hearing Lin Xuan’s words, many people’s eyes lit up.

Calculated in this way, compared with the large amount of money and human and financial costs spent on excavating tunnels and deeply buried optical fibers in the old way, the cost of directly using wireless optical communication technology is simply terribly low.

After all, wireless laser communication only needs to replace a wireless laser communication facility, and the cost is terribly low.

At this time, when a reporter suddenly raised it, he asked curiously:

”Mr. Lin Xuan, what is the transmission speed of this thing? How much bandwidth can a wireless laser communication device transmit?”

Hearing this, Lin Xuan paused for a moment, then slowly said:

“In terms of long-distance ultra-wireless laser communication, the standard we adopt is completely different from that of civilian wireless optical communication technology.

Because there is no need to worry about the problem that the heat cannot be dissipated, its power is greater and more aggressive.

So the current processing capacity of a single wireless laser-grade silicon photonic chip is 100GB per second!

In order to enhance the utilization of space resources, our ultra-long-distance laser communication does not use a communication point for a single communication, but a communication device for multiple communications at the same time.

That is to say, on the ultra-long-distance wireless laser communication facility at one level, we have not one but a total of eight lasers for communication.

So at present, our single-layer ultra-long-distance wireless laser communication bandwidth has a transmission speed of 800GB per second! ”

Listening to Lin Xuan’s words, nearly 20,000 spectators at the scene looked at each other, wondering if this number is high or low? Most people are blank.

But at this time, Chambers, the president of Cisco, showed a shocked expression.

As the president of Cisco, Chambers is also very familiar with his own Internet communication products.

Although the single-layer wireless facilities of Hantang Technology have a combined bandwidth of only 800GB per second, it is just a joke compared to the mature optical fiber communication technology.

But the problem is that there is not only one such thing, and many can be arranged on the same communication pole.

Think about the 800-meter-high wireless optical communication card, how many it can arrange every half a meter, and then think about the cost of building a new high pole...

Thinking of this, Chambers couldn’t help but feel chills in his heart. The construction cost of such a thing is too low, its expansion cost is too low, and its market potential is too terrifying.

At this time, he only hopes that Lin Xuan has not solved the fatal flaw of ultra-long-distance wireless laser communication, the fatal flaw of being afraid of being blocked and causing the signal to be interrupted!

If Lin Xuan really solves that fatal flaw, then this technology will no longer be a theory.

Instead, it can really enter people’s lives. At that time, I am afraid that the global communication market will usher in an earthquake!

Now that we have entered the digital age, the signals transmitted by mobile phones and even many phones are no longer analog signals but digital signals.

In this case, is it difficult to directly abandon the wired form and adopt the wireless communication mode?

In the future, this thing can not only be applied in the field of Internet, but also directly in the field of mobile phones and even telephones. It can be said that it is almost omnipotent!

”Mr. Lin Xuan.”

The reporter who asked the question just now raised his hand again. Seeing this, Lin Xuan pondered for a moment and waved his hand, and then the on-site staff handed the microphone to the other party:

”Mr. Lin Xuan, your wireless laser communication has a very good prospect, its construction cost is also very low, and the network speed is also very fast, even better than we expected.

But our earth is just us humans, and there are other harsh environments, such as dense fog, flying insects, birds and so on.

Although the altitude of 800 meters is a bit high, it is nothing to some insects or even birds. When they pass by, the signal may be interrupted. What should we do at that time? ”

Hearing this reporter’s words, many people now recall their earlier fears.

Yes, this thing is wireless optical communication. The most feared thing about this wireless optical communication technology is being blocked.
