Technological Empire Starts From Shanzhai System

Chapter 204: How dare Lin Xuan? !
Chapter 204 How dare Lin Xuan? !

It is estimated that if someone wants to discredit Lin Xuan in the future, then this black history will be mentioned by the enemy and wantonly discredited!

Thinking of this, the greasy middle-aged uncle was very curious about what Lin Xuan thought at this time? He knew what it looked like.

…

Beijing, Xia Ke Academy.

”Boss, it’s not good.”

Chen He approached Lin Xuan anxiously.

In this regard, Lin Xuan also put down the things in his hands.

”what happened?”

Lin Xuan slightly frowned and looked at Chen He who was in a hurry.

”We were hacked, and Motorola suddenly made a strong move to acquire the Bodao mobile phone we were acquiring!”

Chen He grimly said words that made Lin Xuan angry.

”Motorola!”

Lin Xuan muttered Motorola’s name, feeling a little surprised but also a little angry.

Boshima mobile phone is Lin Xuan’s favorite dish. In order to acquire Boshima mobile phone, Lin Xuan even forbade the sale of WIPI wireless LAN modules to this old rival.

Because they used to be life-and-death competitors, although Lin Xuan did not sell WIPI wireless LAN modules like Bodao Mobile, although it caused heated discussions, the heated discussions were not too big, and people also regarded it as acquiescing.

The purpose of doing this despite the heated discussion is to buy Boshima mobile phones and obtain the production capacity of 30 million mobile phones.

As a result, Bodao mobile phone was inexplicably acquired by someone. How can this not make people surprised and angry? !

”How many shares have we acquired?!”

Lin Xuan frowned and looked at Chen He.

While speaking, Lin Xuan began to think about why Motorola would suddenly acquire Bodao mobile phone, but soon, Lin Xuan figured out the reason.

All this is because he developed a mobile phone for migrant workers, which eventually led to Motorola releasing their mobile phone for migrant workers.

With the ultra-low price of mobile phones for migrant workers and Motorola’s ability to sell mobile phones globally.

Motorola must have a large sales volume of mobile phones for migrant workers, so Motorola will naturally face insufficient production capacity in the face of this sudden hot-selling mobile phone.

At this time, buying a factory or building a mobile phone factory has become their most urgent and embarrassing problem, so it is not surprising that Motorola will suddenly acquire Bodao mobile phones, but it is reasonable!

”We only acquired 18% of the shares, and the other 82% has been acquired by Motorola. Now there are only two shareholders of Bodao Mobile, we and Motorola.”

Chen He expressed the current situation with a sad face.

”There are only two shareholders left, and the acquisition of 82% of the shares was completed quickly. This is really a fruit that has been picked.”

Lin Xuan said angrily, the hard work has finally yielded fruit.

In the end, it was picked up by an outsider. How can this not make people angry?

”Boom boom boom...”

There was a knock on the door.

”Come in.”

After Lin Xuan finished speaking, a scientific researcher slowly walked in from outside.

”Mr. Lin Xuan, someone from Motorola came to see you outside and said they wanted to discuss with you about the Bodao Mobile Phone Company.”

”Let them in.”

Two minutes later, the two parties formally met.

”Mr. Lin, nice to meet you, I am Liang He, the Asia President of Motorola.”

Liang He stretched out his hand with a faint smile. Although Lin Xuan was somewhat dissatisfied with Motorola’s behavior.

But he still didn’t unreasonably pat off the other party’s extended hand, and reluctantly shook hands with him.

”Your company is really a good means. I really admire the ability to pick the fruits.”

Withdrawing his hand, Lin Xuan also questioned in a bad mood.

”This is really not what we want to see. I really didn’t expect that your company is also buying Bodao Mobile Phone. This is really not what I want.”

”Ah.”

Listening to the other party’s hypocritical words, Lin Xuan laughed.

Regarding this, Liang He didn’t have any other expressions. He looked at Lin Xuan slowly and said with a smile:

”This time, I actually want to acquire the remaining 18% of the shares, and then privatize and delist Bodao Mobile.”

”So that’s it, that is to say, Motorola just slapped us, and then stretched out his hand, asking me to lick your hand clean?!”

Lin Xuan slowly explained the current situation he was facing.

Now Motorola has taken away the fruits of his labor, and now he still wants to continue to take away a little of the fruits of labor that Lin Xuan got.

Isn’t this kind of behavior just like slapping the other person first, and then asking Lin Xuan to lick the opponent’s hand clean? What is the result?

Regarding this, Liang He looked at Lin Xuan with a slight frown and said:

”Mr. Lin has misunderstood, this time I, Motorola, are willing to pay 1.5 times the market value to acquire 18% of your company’s shares.

It’s not about asking your company to donate shares to us. The profit we gave is very large. ”

Speaking of this, Liang He looked at Lin Xuan with a faint smile on his face. He thought that giving 1.5 times the profit was already very large.

Motorola now holds 82% of the shares, that is to say, it has an absolute controlling stake. If Lin Xuan is unwilling to sell the shares.

Then Motorola can increase capital indefinitely. If Lin Xuan does not follow up with the capital increase, then Lin Xuan’s share in Bodao Mobile will continue to decrease, from 18% to less than 1%.

The shareholding has dropped to less than 1%, which means that when the profit is distributed, the dividend that Lin Xuan can receive is less than 1% of the profit.

At that time, although the market value seemed to have increased, but the harvest was very little, so it was a pity to hold the shares of Bodao Mobile at this time.

And the most hateful thing is that because Motorola holds an absolute controlling stake, whether to share dividends is just a matter of Motorola.

Although Lin Xuan owns the shares by then, he may not actually get a dime. This is the benefit of having an absolute controlling stake!

So the wisest choice for Hantang Technology at this time is to sell the shares to Motorola, so as to recover the losses of Hantang Technology and stop the loss in time.

So at this moment, Liang He looked at Lin Xuan with a faint smile on his face. He believed that Lin Xuan would make the right choice.

Rather than tasteless food, it is better to sell the remaining shares to make some money and barely recover your losses. This is the choice of a smart person!

Chen He on the side obviously thought of this too, so he looked at Lin Xuan curiously, waiting for Lin Xuan to make a decision.

”You guys, please go back.”

Lin Xuan said something that surprised Liang He.

”Wait, Mr. Lin, are you sure you are right?

Now that we have an absolute controlling stake, it is the best choice to sell the remaining shares to Motorola. ”

Liang He looked at Lin Xuan in astonishment. No matter what the result was, it was a fact that Motorola had absolute control.

At this time, the best, most economical and most correct choice for Lin Xuan is to sell the remaining 18% of the shares to Motorola, otherwise he may not get a dime at that time!

But I didn’t expect Lin Xuan to be stubborn, and he was unwilling to admit defeat and bow his head!

”We, Motorola, are willing to pay twice the high price. This is the bottom line. I hope Mr. Lin will think about it carefully.”

Liang He frowned and spoke his words.

If Lin Xuan is no longer willing to accept, Motorola can only increase capital to dilute the shares of Hantang Technology.

Because the mobile phone of migrant workers is too much in line with the needs of major migrant workers and even ordinary workers.

So since Motorola launched mobile phones for migrant workers, Motorola’s mobile phones for migrant workers have had a strong sales performance in the world.

According to the optimistic estimate of Motorola’s marketing department after investigation, Motorola’s mobile phones for migrant workers can sell more than 60 million mobile phones for migrant workers every year!

This is still under the condition that Nokia, a powerful competitor, also joins in.

If Nokia and even Daxia’s domestic mobile phone brands didn’t join in, it would be possible for Motorola to sell 200 million mobile phones for migrant workers every year!

In this case, Motorola found that their production capacity was seriously insufficient, and Motorola’s production capacity actually couldn’t produce so many mobile phones for migrant workers.

So they can only be forced to build their own mobile phone factories or buy other mobile phone factories, resulting in the current situation, if Lin Xuan is unwilling to sell their remaining 18% of the shares.

Even if Motorola expands the production capacity of these 30 million mobile phones to 60 million, it is actually in the interests of Motorola.

So if Lin Xuan is unwilling, then Motorola will increase capital and invest in shares to increase the production capacity of Bodao mobile phones to 60 million units, which will be specially used for the production of migrant workers and low-end mobile phones!

”Let’s go.”

After finishing speaking, Lin Xuan slowly got up from the sofa, and the secretary Chen He also got up slowly and walked out with Lin Xuan.

”You will regret this!”

Liang He uttered a threat with an ugly expression.

…

Walking out of the room, Lin Xuan slowly turned to look at Chen He and said:

”Continue to block the WIPI wireless LAN module of Bodao mobile phones, and expand the object of blockade to Motorola!”

This Motorola made trouble for him earlier, forcing him to cut off the supply of chips and photosensitive sensors, and then made his super glass tempering order disappear.

Now he has directly seized the fruits of Han and Tang science and technology, and bullied them again and again. Lin Xuan didn’t want to go to this step before.

We don’t want Hantang Technology to become a patent bully or a supply chain bully, breaking business rules.

But the opponent insulted Han and Tang Technology three times in a row, and the clay figurines are still three-pointed!

Why are you still selling mobile phone accessories to Motorola at this time? !

Don’t use the motorcycle now, why don’t you keep the motorcycle for the Chinese New Year?

”yes!”

Chen He said excitedly, feeling very refreshed.

Before, he thought that Lin Xuan would sell the remaining 18% of the shares to Motorola, completely admitting failure.

But I didn’t expect Lin Xuan to turn back stubbornly, and accept it if he didn’t see it, but wanted to give Motor Luo a hard time!

…

The next day, Liang He received a piece of news that made him frown.

”Mr. President, that Lin Xuan suddenly cut off the supply of WIPI wireless LAN modules to us, and they are suddenly unwilling to sell WIPI wireless LAN modules to us!”

When Liang He heard his secretary’s words, he was instantly furious:

”How dare Lin Xuan? How dare he?!”

Liang He roared very furiously.

He was very surprised and unbelievable, because Lin Xuan refused to sell the WIPI wireless LAN module to Motorola!

How dare Lin Xuan!

How dare he do that? !
