Technological Empire Starts From Shanzhai System

Chapter 211: Acquire Transsion? !
Chapter 211 Acquire Transsion? !

At that time, people also had some spare money in their hands, so everyone needed a mobile phone, which created the first blue ocean market in Daxia.

The second is the large-scale replacement of smartphones in the years after 2010. This hot situation did not gradually fall into fatigue until 2015.

So now Daxia is the largest mobile phone blue ocean market in the world. In this case, although Chuanyin mobile phones account for 30% of the sales in India, it is amazing to the world.

But their strength can only be ranked in the top 10. In this case, the Chuanyin mobile phone is in the trouble of happiness.

They are now either going to other 3rd world countries, selling their phones to 3rd world countries

Either return to Daxia in a big way, but it is not easy for Daxia to survive, because to be honest, the Chuanyin mobile phone has no special features.

And they don’t have any brand image in Daxia. The functions of Chuanyin mobile phones are similar to other domestic mobile phones.

If the Chuanyin mobile phone returns to China and invests a lot of energy in the country to develop the domestic market, the harvest may not be satisfactory!

In this case, the headquarters of Chuanyin Company is having a heated discussion, which may determine the next step of the development of Chuanyin Mobile Company.

At this time, Zhu Haisheng, one of the three founders of the company, said slowly:

”Everyone, Mr. Lin Xuan, sent over the news of wanting to acquire our company. What do you think?”

This Zhu Haisheng is the head of Chuanyin Company in later generations, and it is he who led Chuanyin Company to become the king of Africa.

Of course he is also the head of Chuanyin Company now, but after all, he is one of the three founders, and he still can’t do what he promises.

Although it was Zhu Haisheng who made the decision to let Hantang Technology manufacture the Chuanyin mobile phone and let Hantang Technology produce the WIPI wireless LAN module for them.

But this credit alone is not enough for him to make a promise, so at this time he still needs to hold a meeting to discuss and obtain the consent of everyone.

”My opinion is that we don’t need to let Hantang Technology take a stake at all, and they also ask for 90% of the equity, which is too much.”

The speaker was Feng Wenyan, one of the three founders of Chuanyin Mobile Phone. Feng Wenyan also made the decision to let Hantang Technology do the OEM for them.

But this time it involved the fundamental interests of his own shares, he finally voted against it.

”Yes, Mr. Feng is right, I don’t think it is necessary to let Hantang Technology in, and it is too much to own 90% of the shares.

We can do it ourselves, there is no need for Hantang Technology to join in. ”

”That’s right, Mr. Feng is right.”

”I agree with Mr. Feng.”

Among the voices of approval, a young man who looked like Feng Wenyan also said with reason:

”Boss Feng is right, we don’t need to let Hantang Technology join in, we can live well by ourselves.

As for the future development of our company, I think we will fully develop the African market, the Southeast Asian market, and even the South American market!

This world is very vast, even if we can’t enter Daxia, the market can’t make some big names in Daxia market.

But relying on overseas markets is enough to make our Chuanyin mobile phone company live a very nourishing life!

So I think it is really unnecessary for Hantang Technology to join in and still occupy 90% of the shares to become the absolute controlling shareholder of the company! ”

The young man’s words won the approval of many people, and they all nodded.

At this time, as far as the eye can see, nearly 70% of the people nodded slightly, obviously approving of the young man’s words.

For this reason, Zhu Haisheng frowned slightly, because he actually belonged to the party that wanted Hantang Technology to join.

Because he knows that although Chuanyin Company has a very broad market prospect, after the sales on the Indian Du side hit a bottleneck, there are other development directions.

But that is just the direction of development. It is very difficult to expand and succeed, because each country has its own characteristics, which requires a lot of energy and even needs to open up various human joints.

For example, in the market in India, they like fancy things and colorful mobile phones.

Besides that, they even like to have their phones have lots of LED lights, preferably a marquee.

It can be said that each country has its own characteristics. Under such circumstances, it takes a lot of energy to develop the local mobile phone market.

So it is not easier to develop overseas markets than to develop domestic markets. If it is really so easy, then many domestic companies will flock to foreign countries like their Chuanyin company.

Instead of being like now, the vast majority of domestic companies still focus their energy on the local side.

”I agree to let Hantang Technology acquire our company and acquire 90% of the shares.”

At this time, He Qi, one of the three giants who founded the company, the last giant finally spoke.

Zhu Haisheng nodded slightly at this, and then looked at the high-level people, and he also said slowly:

”For Hantang Technology to come in and acquire 90% of our shares to become the absolute controlling shareholder of our company.

I think we should gladly agree, because we get more. ”

”I’m afraid this is not necessarily true?”

Feng Wenyan slightly frowned and retorted, obviously not agreeing with Zhu Haisheng’s words.

Zhu Haisheng slowly expressed his opinion on this:

”Although Hantang Technology is in distress now, don’t forget who the head of Hantang Technology is, and don’t forget the many miracles created by the head of Hantang Technology.

Everyone, don’t be fooled by our huge performance. Our success is not because we have any special place.

After all, we know what our mobile phone looks like. Our Chuanyin mobile phone is actually similar to the ordinary mobile phone in Daxia.

This mobile phone is not outstanding at all when it is taken to Daxia. The only outstanding thing is the super high quality that Hantang Technology has produced for us.

Our success is entirely because we are the first to launch low-end mobile phones that support free Internet access, thus establishing a market here in India and establishing our own brand!

So our mobile phones are actually not as important as we imagined, and we don’t have any core patents or unique technologies.

In this case we are not as important as we think!

In this case, if Hantang Technology acquires 90% of our shares, it is conceivable that they will definitely support us with all their strength in the future!

At that time, our cost of purchasing accessories and even OEMs became lower, and any new technologies, such as technologies that were not available for Hantang mobile phones, would be transferred to us first, so that we could use them first.

These are the many benefits of making Hantang Technology our major shareholder! ”

When the executives in the meeting room heard Zhu Haisheng’s words, they couldn’t help but fell into deep thought.

The facts are indeed as Zhu Haisheng said. Although Chuanyin Mobile has become one of the top ten mobile phone companies in China, Chuanyin Mobile has been established for less than a few months, and its foundation is too shallow.

At this time, the major shareholder of Hantang Technology is introduced, and the Chuanyin mobile phone, which is backed by Hantang Technology, will have an extremely stable rear.

They then give full play to their talents in marketing and grasping market advantages, and strive to develop domestic or overseas markets.

Core technology matters can be completely handed over to Hantang Technology.

And sales is exactly what they are good at, they have proved their strength through the Indian market, so if the two converge.

Then relying on their sales ability, coupled with the core technical strength of Hantang Technology, the combination of the two will make the Chuanyin mobile phone even more powerful!

”So in summary, I suggest that Hantang Technology join in and become the absolute controlling shareholder of our company.”

Zhu Haisheng slowly expressed his proposal, and the others fell into deep thought, so He Qi of the other three giants also expressed his position again:

”That’s right, I support Mr. Zhu’s words and support Hantang Technology to acquire 90% of our shares and become an absolute controlling shareholder.”

Regarding this, Feng Wenyan, who had strongly opposed it before, did not speak at this time, because the facts were indeed as Zhu Haisheng said.

Although their Chuanyin mobile phones have gained a great reputation, and their market share in India has reached 30%.

But the Chuanyin mobile phone company is actually like that, its foundation is not stable at all!

Because Chuanyin Company was established only a few months ago, several senior executives of the company are not from technical backgrounds, but marketing backgrounds. They are good at market control and marketing.

So Chuanyin’s ability to come to this point is entirely a benefit of the times. Being the first person to eat crabs first is regarded as a pig on the wind, not that they really have such technical strength.

After all, if the company really had some core technology, they would not have asked Hantang Technology for help.

Hent to help Hantang Technology to design and transform their mobile phones for them, so that their mobile phones can support WIPI wireless LAN function.

If Hantang Technology can really acquire Chuanyin mobile phone, then the market value of Chuanyin company will explode immediately after the merger of the two.

With the backing of Hantang Technology, Chuanyin will truly gain a firm foothold in the market.

They no longer need to worry that they don’t have core technology, or that they will fall behind in technology, because behind him is Lin Xuan, a technological wizard!

They just need to do their best marketing and overseas market development.

”Then start expressing your opinion.”

Looking at the silent conference room, Zhu Haisheng spoke slowly.

”Swipe...”

In the small conference room, dozens of hands were raised in an instant!

So with the consent of these people on the scene, an acquisition contract involving a company with a market value of 500 million yuan officially reached an agreement of intent!

It is worth mentioning that among the 500 million market capitalization, Lin Xuan does not actually need to pay 400 million immediately, the 400 million is actually in the form of a bank loan!

That’s right, Lin Xuan played the old routine again, taking the money from the future to the old routine that is spent now!

Regarding the issue of the 400 million loan, Lin Xuan is planning to use the money the company will earn in the future to pay for the 400 million loan.

That is to say, Lin Xuan is actually playing the empty glove white wolf routine, but do we need to question whether Lin Xuan can complete this routine?

With the current strength of Hantang Technology, a loan of more than 400 million is simply a sprinkle of water, because Hantang Technology can earn more than one billion yuan every month!

This mere 400 million is actually only equivalent to half a month’s income of Hantang Technology.

In this case, Lin Xuan’s old routine of playing the empty-glove white wolf is simply sprinkling water.

So Lin Xuan didn’t actually spend any cash, and successfully acquired the company through bank loans, playing a financial game.

The best thing is that when repaying the 400 million yuan in cash in the future, it will actually be repaid with the money the company will earn in the future.

In fact, Lin Xuan got 90% of the shares of Chuanyin Mobile Phone Company without spending any real money, and acquired Chuanyin Mobile Phone Company, the future king of African mobile phones. This mobile phone company has proven its strength in previous lives.

So this financial game is played beautifully!

And Zhu Haisheng and the others seemed to be very happy, after all, although Lin Xuan bought the current Chuanyin mobile phone company because of future money.

But they did succeed in cashing out 400 million in cash, and instantly became tens of millions or even hundreds of millions of millionaires that people look up to.

Of course, there must be a price, and the price is that they cannot leave the Chuanyin mobile phone company within 10 years!

You must contribute to Chuanyin Company, even if you are cleaning the toilet, you must contribute to the company, otherwise you will bear a huge liquidated damages of tens of millions!

In order to retain their enthusiasm, Lin Xuan deliberately reserved 10% of the shares to encourage these new mobile phone middle and high-level executives who are good at marketing and foreign market development.

After all, they have already proved their strength in their previous life, and became the king of mobile phones in Africa. Now Lin Xuan is naturally more generous.

So Lin Xuan doesn’t need to pay too much attention to the Chuanyin mobile phone in the future, as long as they do a good job in their low-end mobile phone business.

In the future, the mission of mid-to-high-end mobile phones is the core of Hantang Technology. After all, the profits of mid-to-high-end mobile phones follow the 28th law, but they reach 80% of the profits of the entire industry!

The remaining 20% of the profit in the low-end mobile phone market business should be handed over to Chuanyin Company. This is why Lin Xuan bought them at such a high price.

The purpose is to save worry and effort in the future, and not to pay too much attention to the low-end mobile phone business in the future...

…

The next day, the official website of Chuanyin Mobile Phone Company announced the news that they were acquired by Hantang Technology, which shocked the entire Great Xia as soon as it came out!

What?

Hantang Technology purchased Chuanyin mobile phone with 400 million yuan in cash. Many domestic mobile phone companies saw Lin Xuan’s actions and they all felt like they were facing a big enemy, sweating on their foreheads.

The common people in Daxia were stunned when they saw the news, and they couldn’t help but feel a little whimsical.
