Technological Empire Starts From Shanzhai System

Chapter 228: National Hot Discussion
Chapter 228 National Hot Discussion

So this method is very disgusting. If Lin Xuan does not actively respond, then Hantang Technology will definitely lose the lawsuit, and it will still be a miserable loss!

At that time, the overseas assets of Hantang Technology will be seized and auctioned. Facing the seizure, Lin Xuan, as a company, has nothing to do.

And if Hantang Technology responds, then Hantang Technology will have to pay high lawyer fees. After all, when did the lawyers in Medigo become cheaper? !

So this is a conspiracy against Han and Tang Technology.

WiFi Alliance has more than a dozen companies, and each of them sends out a lawyer to form a lawyer team, which can drag Hantang Technology to death abruptly!

In this case, Hantang Technology is facing a very unfavorable situation in the future, no matter what, as long as this matter is successfully completed.

Then the current biggest selling point of Hantang Technology, that is, the WIPI wireless LAN function will be abolished.

At that time, there was no wireless same-screen technology, and mobile phones could no longer access the Internet for free. So will the Gospel mobile phone and Tangfeng chip platform still sell well?

”In addition to this, I think we should focus on cracking down on gospel mobile phones!”

At this time, Chen Damou said his second suggestion with a gloomy face:

”We have no way to use WIPI wireless LAN in Daxia, but we can interrupt the hand of Hantang Technology and interrupt the rapid expansion of Chuanyin mobile phones.”

Currently, in the Indian market, Chuanyin Company has monopolized 30% of the sales.

The biggest weapon of Chuanyin Company is the WIPI wireless LAN function.

Because the Chuanyin mobile phone is the first mobile phone in India to support WIPI wireless LAN, since then, low-end mobile phones can access the Internet for free.

So their mobile phones have been successfully sold due to the situation. In this case, not only mobile phones are selling well, but also WIPI wireless LAN equipment.

If you want to prevent Hantang Technology from expanding abroad, you must interrupt the hand of the Chuanyin mobile phone, that is, you must lose the 30% market share of the Chuanyin mobile phone in India!

When the president of Motorola heard this, his eyes lit up instantly.

To tell the truth, although Motorola is already preparing to enter the field of mobile phone chip platforms, it is also preparing to develop WIPI wireless LAN standard chips.

But Hantang Technology’s Tangfeng chip platform is indeed a problem. Even if they launch a mobile phone chip platform, they will not be able to win Hantang Technology for a while.

However, now that the WiFi Alliance has made a unanimous decision to suppress and sue Hantang Technology, this time coupled with Chen Damou’s decision to crack down on Chuanyin mobile phones.

It is conceivable that Chuanyin mobile phones will definitely not be able to go abroad in the future!

Thinking of this, the president of Motorola felt relieved, so he nodded in agreement:

“I agree to suppress the Chuanyin mobile phone company. You may not know that Chuanyin’s market share in India has reached 30%.

The reason is that they support the WIPI wireless LAN standard, which allows low-end mobile phones to access the Internet for free.

Now that there are more and more routers equipped with WIPI wireless LAN standard in India, we have to do something.

Otherwise, follow this trend, even if India supports our WiFi standard.

But with the adoption of WIPI wireless LAN standard; more and more devices, they will not be kings but kings, and will become the rulers in the market!

After all, we can’t go to every household and remove their WIPI router equipment, it’s not realistic! ”

”I agree.”

Cisco President Chambers also nodded in agreement.

”We at Intel also agree.”

It is obligatory to attack Hantang Technology Intel, after all, the previous MCU incident shook Intel’s cake.

Although Intel’s 51 series single-chip microcomputers are still popular in Daxia, but with the Han and Tang Dynasties, single-chip microcomputers have become the standard for major introductory textbooks in Daxia.

In a few years, the sales of Intel’s 51 series chips will become lower and lower, and eventually Intel will completely lose the big summer MCU market!

So at this time, the president of Intel gritted his teeth with hatred for Lin Xuan.

”Our company, Weisoft, also agrees.”

”agree.”

”agree.”

”agree.”…

There were voices at the scene agreeing to include Chuanyin’s mobile phone in the list of hit names. It seems that Lin Xuan’s behavior can’t beat Xiaoqiang to death.

Made many companies angry and even uneasy, so everyone voted yes at this time!

There were other discussions that took place later in this meeting, which are worth mentioning.

In the subsequent discussions, many international giant companies in Medigo reached a resolution to formally invest in ASML Lithography Machine Company.

In this resolution, ASML’s company shareholders have successfully increased a dozen major shareholders.

The increased shareholders all came in through financing, allowing ASML to obtain a huge cash flow and have sufficient funds to develop more advanced lithography machines.

This time their goal is to directly enter the field of EUV lithography machines. Their goal is to develop a 14nm lithography machine and skip the 28nm process directly!

It can be said that Lin Xuan’s actions this time stimulated many international electronics industry giants and made them feel threatened!

So this time they decided not to hide it and go directly to the EUV lithography machine collar.

No longer continue to play the routine of gradually replacing and upgrading, and slowly eating away at consumers’ wallets!

That is to say, the 45nm EUV lithography machine developed by Lin Xuan this time made them give up the routine of slowly squeezing toothpaste.

Prepare to directly develop by leaps and bounds, and squeeze out the toothpaste at once!

So Lin Xuan changed the world again!

Because he developed a 45nm EUV lithography machine, foreign giants such as Intel, Cisco, TSMC, Sanxing...etc. feel threatened.

In order to cope with Hantang Technology’s 45nm EUV lithography machine and continue to maintain their leading edge in the electronics industry in the future, they can only squeeze the toothpaste directly.

Squeeze out all the toothpaste that can be squeezed out for more than 10 years in the future, so Lin Xuan changed the world again!

In this life, because of Lin Xuan’s intervention, he successfully stimulated foreign giants in the electronics industry to squeeze out the toothpaste.

It is conceivable that the electronic semiconductor industry in this life will be more developed and advanced than before. After all, potential is forced out.

As they decided to skip 28nm and develop 14nm chips directly, it will take less than a year or two for 14nm to officially land!

So electronic products in this life are blessed, because they can use the 14nm chips that later generations can only enjoy after 2014 in advance!

Of course, not only electronic products are blessed, but consumers are also blessed, because they have fallen into the trouble of happiness.

The worry of happiness is that the replacement speed of electronic products is too fast, and the performance of chips is improved every year too!

This year, the performance of 65nm chips will lead the world. Next year, 45nm chips will seriously crush 65nm chips. The next year, 14nm chips will be born...

In this case, the chip performance of electronic products will seriously lag behind the previous generation for almost a year.

Because the improvement of process technology will inevitably lead to the improvement of performance parameters, they will eventually find:

”Damn it, the product I bought the year before last is the most advanced product in the world.

As a result, in less than a year, my product turned out to be the most trashy product on the market now, and the chip performance is not even comparable to the weakest product on the market now? ! ”

People at that time probably wanted to cry without tears, and the troubles of happiness made their wallets hurt!

…

Time passed slowly.

When a meeting was held on the side of Meidi Country and a conspiracy was brewing.

Big Xia’s side, a lawsuit about Lin Xuan was officially held.

This lawsuit is Motorola suing Lin Xuan for defaming their Motorola company.

In this lawsuit, Motorola asked Lin Xuan, the chairman of Hantang Technology, to compensate Motorola for the brand loss of ”10 billion Xiayuan”.

At this time, the lawsuit was successfully held as expected, and many people in China who were discussing the miracles created by Han and Tang science and technology were once again attracted by this matter.

A lawsuit of tens of billions of compensation, and it is suing the genius entrepreneur Lin Xuan!

Will Lin Xuan win or fail this lawsuit?

If Lin Xuan loses, then Lin Xuan will have to pay tens of billions of Xia Yuan in compensation.

In the streets and alleys and even on the Internet, people are discussing this lawsuit with a claim amount of tens of billions.

In addition, experts from all walks of life in the TV media, and even many experts who claim to be legal scholars, have discussed and published articles or expressed opinions in newspapers or media.

Talking about whether they think Lin Xuan should compensate? Will Lin Xuan win or lose?

But no matter whether it was a failure or a victory, experts still believe that Hantang Technology or Lin Xuan actually lost money.

Because no matter what, whether it is victory or defeat, Lin Xuan will have to pay a large amount of legal fees!

Besides, the legal fee is probably not low. Seeing the momentum that Motorola has created, Lin Xuan has to support at least hundreds of thousands of Xia Yuan in the initial fee every month.

It can be said that this lawsuit will continue to draw Lin Xuan’s blood, because this lawsuit is suing Lin Xuan personally.

As for Lin Xuan, if he wants to pay the lawsuit, he can only take money from the company, and if he takes money from the company, he has to pay a tax of up to 45%.

That is to say, no matter what happens in this lawsuit, whether it is a victory or a failure.

Lin Xuan has to spend hundreds of thousands of Xia Yuan every month, and even millions of Xia Yuan in legal fees dragging Lin Xuan to death.

Of course, with the size of Hantang technology, it is very difficult and impossible to drag Lin Xuan to death.

But bloodletting Hantang Technology every month, so that they don’t have extra funds for the development of lithography machines with 45nm process technology, they can do it!

So this is a conspiracy, a conspiracy that Lin Xuan has to deal with!

However, people are discussing whether the lawsuit about Lin Xuan is a victory or a failure?

Do you want compensation? When discussing how much Lin Xuan would lose if he failed.

The night of the next day, that is, March 18, 2005.

The Dali Temple in Tiaoyue State of Meidi Country announced a news, which shocked the whole country in an instant.

”The WiFi Alliance sued Hantang Technology for seriously infringing on the WiFi Alliance’s WiFi patents, demanding compensation of 20 billion U.S. dollars in patent infringement losses?!!”

In the dim room, Li Zheng was looking at the news headlines on the Penguin Portal at this time. While he was stunned, there was disbelief in his eyes!
