Technological Empire Starts From Shanzhai System

Chapter 100: Syntax
Chapter 100 Joint Fatigue

In addition to the world-renowned foundry company TSMC, there is also the world’s second largest foundry company, Tailian Store, and many other famous chip design and electronic production companies.

Among them, in the field of chip design in Bay Island, the most famous Bay Island United Technology Co., Ltd. is located here.

In the meeting room of UNIFAC headquarters, the company is having a weekly daily meeting at this time.

”The topic of the meeting to be discussed next is ”About the cooperation matters sent by the mobile phone of Bo Island from the mainland”. You can take a look.”

It was a young man who was speaking. He was Ding Zhi, the permanent secretary of Cai Jie, the president of Lianfa Branch. He was usually in charge of Cai Jie’s various affairs and assisting Cai Jie in managing the company.

At this time, after he finished speaking, he pressed the mouse button in his hand, and soon the content of the cooperation project sent by Bo Island’s mobile phone appeared on the projection cloth.

”Proposal for an equity exchange plan?”

A bald company executive looked at the cooperation invitation on the projection cloth, and he said something in surprise.

”That’s right, Bodao Mobile has initiated an in-depth cooperation invitation request for us. They invited us to exchange shares with their Bodao Mobile, so that we can reach a deeper cooperation.”

Cai Jie’s secretary Ding Zhi slowly confirmed the words of the high-level executive, making sure that they read correctly.

The wave island mobile phone company did send an invitation to exchange shares for FIC.

”I think it was a stupid decision to exchange shares with Bo Island, because they didn’t have any technology at all.

Although from 2000 to the present, they have been the sales champion of domestic mobile phones in Daxia, but this is only a temporary dividend of the times.

They have been stagnant for so many years, neither in terms of ideology nor company system, have the qualifications to grow into a qualified large-scale enterprise! ”

A high-level executive of United Facility slowly voiced his opposition to the exchange of shares with Bodao Mobile.

Although if Lianfuke can successfully acquire a stake in Bodao Company, it will be equivalent to enabling its own mobile phone chips to sell tens of millions of chips a year.

But the problem is that after the equity transaction, Lianfa will be tied to the Bodao mobile phone, and it will be heartbreaking to leave the Bodao mobile phone later, so there is no need for Lianfuke to cooperate with the Bodao mobile phone!

”Mr. He, if the share exchange ratio is very beneficial to us!”

At this time, Ding Zhi, Cai Jie’s secretary, spoke slowly.

In an instant, everyone on the scene looked at him in surprise. Was this guy right? Is Xu Hua from Bodao mobile phone so easy to talk to, and Bodao mobile phone is not his family.

At this moment, the secretary Ding Zhi clicked the mouse again, and the screen on the projection cloth changed.

Soon the detailed cooperation rules of Boshima Mobile appeared in front of everyone.

”This…”

People looked at the terms of the detailed rules, and they were instantly moved. Lianfa only needs to pay 5% of the shares.

You can get 15% of the shares of a mobile phone company with an annual output of 12 million mobile phones, and the price is that Univar has to sell chips to Boshima Mobile at a long-term, stable and low price. This condition is too tempting.

Currently, the market value of Boshima mobile phone is more than 5 billion yuan. Compared with Lianfuke’s market value of NT$38 billion, which is about 8 billion yuan, the conditions of Boshima mobile phone are very favorable.

It seems that this time Bodao Mobile really wants to pull Lianfuke off the horse, so that Lianfuke can be completely tied to Bodao Mobile!

At this time, everyone can see that Xu Hua of Bodao mobile phone has great ambitions. It seems that he wants to use Lianfuke’s chip technology to dominate the low-end market in Daxia.

”What do you think of this cooperation agreement?”

At this time, Xu Jie, the head of the Lianfa Department, smiled and looked at the senior executives and backbones of the company, with some unknown deep meaning in his eyes.

Listening to Cai Jie’s words, one of the company executives shook his head slightly and said in disapproval:

“Our first generation KTM chip based on MT6218 chip of Lianfa has been tested and will be formally mass-produced soon.

At this time, although it is beneficial for us to obtain 15% of the shares of Bodao Mobile, it will allow us to obtain a stable sales channel for our one-stop turnkey solution for KTM.

But in the long run, it will be bad for us at the Federation!

After all, we produce mobile phone chips and sell mobile phones, so this will inevitably make people worry?

It’s fine if we are the only chip design company in the market, but now Hantang Technology Company on the mainland has also launched a mobile phone chip called Hanfeng Generation. In this case, I still think it’s better not to exchange shares! ”

But at this time, one of the company’s top executives shook his head slightly and retorted:

”No, it is precisely because of the Hanfeng first-generation chip that we should invest in Bodao Company, so that we can gain a firm foothold in the mainland with the Bodao mobile phone and start follow-up sales!

Although Boshima mobile phone does not have any core technology, to put it bluntly, it is just a mobile phone assembly factory.

But their marketing ability is very strong. With our chip technology and their marketing ability, the future of Bodao mobile phone is still wonderful! ”

But at this time, the neutral company executives suddenly looked to the side and watched all this with a smile, Cai Jiedao, who didn’t say anything:

”I think these things should be left to Mr. Cai to decide.”

As soon as this person’s words came out, everyone on the scene immediately turned their attention to Cai Jie.

Seeing this, Cai Jie, who had already seen the general thinking of the company’s senior management, watched from the sidelines, so he smiled and said:

”We don’t need to rush to exchange shares with Bodao Mobile. We can wait and see what happens. There may be unexpected benefits at that time!”

”Oh?”

At this time, more than a dozen senior executives and backbones of Lianfake looked at Cai Jie curiously, not understanding what Cai Jie meant.

Regarding this, Cai Jie just smiled, and then said meaningfully:

”In order to promote KTM chips, we can sell them at a low price to Bodao Mobile. As for the equity transaction, there is no rush, let’s take it easy...”

Cai Jie who said this showed a mysterious smile, and no one knew what he was laughing at.

”Since Mr. Cai said so, then we agree.”

Hearing Cai Jie say to wait instead of rejecting immediately, many people began to lose their minds, but soon their eyes lit up.

In an instant, everyone on the scene looked at Cai Jie differently.

It can only be said that he is worthy of being a man who can lead Lianfuke to grow to NT$38 billion today, and even accounts for 60% of the DVD chip market, which is close to the monopoly level. This way of thinking about things is really unusual.

When everyone was standing on the first floor and trying to think about the second floor, Cai Jie was already standing on the fourth floor. It can only be said that this kind of man deserves to be able to make it this far!

”Then we support President Cai’s decision.”

”Yes, we also support President Cai’s decision.”

At this time, Lin Xuan didn’t know that Lianfuke had decided to sell KTM chips to Bodao Mobile at a low price.

And there was a high-level change in Bodao Mobile soon. Perhaps Xu Hua or the major shareholders of Bodao Mobile felt the tremendous pressure of the upcoming Hantang new mobile phone.

They actually let Xu Bo take the stage, making him the new general manager of Bodao Mobile, and his status is only lower than Xu Hua, the chairman.

Obviously at this time, Bodao Mobile is holding back a big move, preparing to severely hit the impending rise of Hantang Technology!

…

July 22, 2004, it was a peaceful day.

On this day, the official website of Hantang Technology Company suddenly released a news that Hantang Technology will hold a product release and investment promotion conference on July 25!

The new mobile phone from Han and Tang Dynasties that countless people have been looking forward to is finally coming out, and many people have their eyes lit up.

When the production and sales of the Hantang 2 Labor Edition mobile phone were suddenly discontinued, many people were curious.

Later, I heard that the reason for the suspension of production was to prepare new mobile phones, and when the new mobile phones were still available on the official website of Hantang Technology, many people went to the official website of Hantang Technology to check them out.

Not to mention, the new mobile phone on the official website of Hantang Technology has a bit of the design style of the mobile phones of the Han and Tang Dynasties, and it has successfully amazed many people.

Many people on the Internet actually know about the Han and Tang Dynasties mobile phones that were said to have been discontinued after only thousands of units were mass-produced.

After all, there were Hantang Technology employees who showed off before, and posted photos of Hantang Three Generations mobile phones on the Internet.

Many people who pay attention to Hantang mobile phones lamented that they knew too late that they could not buy such a cheap and cost-effective Hantang 3rd generation mobile phone!

At this time, the style of the new Han and Tang mobile phone is similar to that of the Three Dynasties of Han and Tang.

Now you can finally get a mobile phone with such a good-looking appearance as the Han and Tang Dynasty!

But on the eve of the upcoming release of Hantang mobile phone, only on July 23, when netizens were waiting for Hantang Technology’s recruitment conference, Bodao mobile phone suddenly announced a news.

That is the news that they announced the sale of the second-generation wave island mobile phone from now on!

Is the second-generation wave island mobile phone coming? !

When the news came out, everyone was astonished. You must know that the previous generation of Poshima mobile phone was released on June 8.

That is, it has been less than two months since the last release!

A new mobile phone was developed in less than two months? Isn’t this a little too fast? Doesn’t it cost money to develop a mobile phone?

If you ask the people on the wave island mobile phone this sentence, they will definitely answer everyone that they don’t want money!

Because the people in the research and development department of Bodao Mobile found that the cost of developing new mobile phones is really very low, because this time Bodao Mobile uses KTM one-stop solution!

In this solution, the mobile phone chip, baseband chip, Symbian mobile phone operating system, etc. have all been done for you.

At this time, the only thing that BOSHIMA needs to do is to add a case, a battery, a screen, a memory, plus peripheral accessories such as speakers and buttons, then this is a new mobile phone!

The speed of research and development of this new mobile phone was unprecedented, and the researchers in the research and development department of Bodao Mobile Phone were all ecstatic and exclaimed that with this thing in the future, it would be too easy for them to develop new mobile phones in the future.

Regarding this, Xu Bo, the current general manager of Bodao Mobile, said something hotly discussed within the Bodao company on the spot.
