Technological Empire Starts From Shanzhai System

Chapter 71: The problem that the new factory cannot be landed (second update)
Chapter 71 The problem that the new factory cannot be implemented (second update)

The second internal problem is the payment pressure of up to 110 million funds for the construction of a new factory.

This problem is not as easy to solve as the mentality problem of employees. It cannot be solved by a speech.

For the 110 million funds, Lin Xuan must pay within one month, that is, before July 15, otherwise he will pull back all the production line equipment according to the contract!

To be honest, although the 110 million payment funds are very small in the eyes of later generations, compared with the speed at which many Internet companies in the later generations can earn tens of trillions of yuan every quarter, the 110 million funds are only a small amount. Just sprinkle water.

But people should not be dazzled by the huge number after inflation in later generations!

Not to mention other things in this era, as far as the income of ordinary inland workers is concerned, their actual monthly income is still at the level of several hundred yuan.

Most of these factories or positions do not include food or only include Chinese food, etc. If the necessary expenses for food, accommodation and so on are included, the final income will be a bit horrible in the eyes of future generations.

Linxuan mobile phone factory is located in Rongcheng, the capital city of Sichuan Province. The cost of living is much higher than that of ordinary cities and counties, and of course the income is also higher than that of ordinary cities and counties.

Just like the income of workers in Shenhai City or Shanghai City in later generations is generally 5000+ to 8000+, but the wages of many inland cities and counties are generally 3000+ to 4000+.

Although Rongcheng is also an inland city, it is a more developed area in the inland and a city with many industries. Therefore, Rongcheng is only inferior to Shenhai City, whether it is now or in the future.

So when Lin Xuan first joined the company, the average salary after basic salary plus overtime can reach more than 1,000, and after working for a long time, the average salary can reach about 1,400-1,600 as a skilled worker.

Referring to the gap of the current era, the average monthly salary of skilled workers in Linxuan factory is around 1600, which is quite high in this era, which is equivalent to the average monthly salary of ordinary skilled workers in later generations is about 7000 to 9000.

So in this era, 110 million funds is not a small amount, but a terrifyingly large amount, as far as the inflation rate of future generations is concerned.

The current 110 million is equivalent to 660 million cash in future generations. Using 660 million cash to build a mobile phone assembly and manufacturing factory is a very large investment!

So facing the terrifying payment pressure of 110 million yuan, Lin Xuan must get enough funds before July 15th.

Otherwise, the production line equipment being installed will be taken away by the production equipment manufacturer, which is a company named Fuji Equipment in the island country.

That’s right, Lin Xuan uses an island country’s mobile phone production and assembly line, and they all purchase the same brand, a brand called Fuji Equipment.

Fuji equipment has little reputation in later generations, but it has been one of the top three production line brands in the island country since the 1970s.

Among them, the three major brands in the island country are Panasonic, Fuji, and Yama clam.

Panasonic and Fuji equipment mainly focus on the high-end market, while Yama clam mainly focuses on the small factory production line market.

Of course, Daxia has also produced some factories that can produce mobile phone assembly line equipment in recent years, but the quality... ashamed!

Not to mention the top Panasonic and Fuji equipment, even Yamaha, which focuses on the small equipment market, can’t compare, so even if the price of a single equipment for domestic mobile phone assembly is only more than 800,000 or even a maximum of more than one million.

As far as the placement machine is concerned, compared with the cheapest SMT placement machine of Fuji Equipment, which is nearly more than 3 million, although the domestic equipment is only one-third of that of others, its mass production automation capability and stability are not comparable to others.

In order to maintain the consistency of subsequent product quality and not to hinder the quality of products, Lin Xuan finally gritted his teeth and purchased a variety of production line equipment from Fuji Equipment.

It is worth mentioning that what Lin Xuan bought was not the cheapest ordinary SMT placement machine with more than 3 million units.

What Lin Xuan needs to buy is an ultra-high-speed SMT placement machine with a top configuration of 5 to 6 million. It can be said that Lin Xuan is willing to spend all his money for the sake of quality and higher production efficiency.

Perhaps because of the widespread use of high-end equipment, Lin Xuan’s purchase amount in the factory has reached a terrifying 90 million.

You must know that Lin Xuan, his ”cheap dad”, invested in the construction of the factory last year, but the total investment was only more than 30 million.

The more than 30 million yuan includes the construction and decoration of the plant, the purchase of equipment, the recruitment of personnel, and various other miscellaneous expenses, etc...

It can be said that Lin Xuan invested much more in equipment than his ”cheap dad”. Coupled with the more than 20 million special funds for factory construction, Lin Xuan really worked hard for this new factory.

So in any case, this new factory must continue to operate normally, and it must not be taken back because it cannot afford the 90 million yuan.

Otherwise, he will become the laughing stock of others, not to mention that the construction of the plant has cost up to more than 20 million yuan.

After all, the fact that he wants to build a factory with a monthly output of 1 million mobile phones has already spread through the media, and Chinese people have also heard about his deeds.

If he can’t do what he ”bragged”, then he will become a ”arrogant” and ”trying to be big and perfect”, and he will not be able to bear the failure. The laughing stock of Chinese entrepreneurial history.

”If you want to solve the second internal dilemma, you still have to solve the external problem first!”

Lin Xuan slowly came to a conclusion.

It is actually very simple to solve the internal problem. As long as Lin Xuan pays the money on time and pays the 110 million funds on time, as long as the money is paid, then the so-called internal problem is a simple problem.

So everything is back to the original point, that is, how can Lin Xuan quickly earn 110 million funds, and it is still a question of earning 110 million funds before July 15th.

How to make money, Lin Xuan first thought of two industries, they are real estate and even the Internet industry!

After all, in the impression of later generations, these two industries are the most profitable. In the eyes of later generations, if you are reborn for a few years, then entering these two industries is a sure-fire deal!

But at this time, Lin Xuan shook his head slightly, rashly entering an unfamiliar field is an act of courting death.

As far as the real estate industry is concerned, the current real estate industry is not very profitable at all. The real boom was after the 2008 Olympic Games. At that time, the real estate price was simply one price a year.

In terms of the Internet industry, although it is not like later generations, the BAT family dominates one field.

But at present, there are actually three giants in the prototype, the communication has Penguin, the search has Qiandu, and the online shopping has Taobao.

Facing the three major Internet companies that have gradually become the leaders, Lin Xuan’s chances of entering the Internet industry at this time are very low.

Although Lin Xuan can open the hanger, Lin Xuan’s hanger can simulate all real equipment or products in the virtual cottage space, and then freely disassemble or study and research.

So Lin Xuan’s plug-in is biased towards the physical manufacturing field, and it does not have such powerful functions in the Internet and other virtual fields.

If you want to get ahead in the virtual field, you can only learn all kinds of advanced knowledge in the world honestly, and then Lin Xuan will develop and innovate by himself.

As far as the current situation is concerned, Lin Xuan seems to be completely unable to earn 110 million cash in less than a month.

The second update is here, there is another chapter at 8.02 in the evening, please recommend a monthly ticket!
