Chapter 68 Lin Xuan’s ideal! (Second more)

It was found that the liquidated damages were only a few million at most, and the biggest crisis of the company’s bankruptcy was eliminated.

Many employees finally breathed a sigh of relief, and half of their hearts were finally let go.

Looking at the employees whose expressions completely changed, showing the relieved look, Lin Xuan sighed.

After this incident, Lin Xuan also found that the employees in Hantang Company lacked energy, or lacked ”fighting spirit”!

Lin Xuan gave the employees of Hantang Company very high benefits, whether it is a salary that is generally 10% higher than other electronics factories, or the creation of free skills education training courses.

In addition, after he came to power, he provided labor contracts for all employees of Hantang Company, which made many employees become full-time employees.

In addition, they also purchased five insurances and one housing fund for them. It can be said that in terms of wages and social security, Lin Xuan’s comprehensive expenditure is much more than that of many mobile phone factories...

And in terms of what they eat, Lin Xuan also generously increased the ratio of vegetables and meat to vegetables, and they are no longer afraid of the ”shaking” of the aunt who handles the dishes.

In terms of living, Lin Xuan also specially installed air conditioners and large fans for each employee dormitory. It can be said that the living standard is also very good, which is countless times better than other electronics factories.

But the material conditions are good, but the ideological construction seems to be very empty, and they seem to have no thoughts.

Of course it cannot be said that they have no thoughts, they actually have thoughts.

This idea is to work hard to make the company stronger, to reward the boss for the preferential treatment of the workers, and so on.

It is commonly known as ”the kindness of a drop of water should be repaid by the spring”, which is to work hard and work hard.

This kind of thought is usually a good thought and a thought worthy of praise, but through this ”Bo Island Crisis Incident”, Lin Xuan clearly found that this kind of thought is a small peasant thought, this kind of thought is unacceptable!

What is the most powerful weapon of the poor party? That is the power of thought, that is the power of common ideals!

At this time, just encountered a little twists and turns, these guys started to think wildly and even seriously reduced the quality of the product.

This is the consequence of not having a common ideal force, or not having a common goal!

So Lin Xuan decided to hold a speech here, an ideal speech about what he really wants to do and what his ideal is!

Lin Xuan wants to tell these employees what he wants to do through the power of words? What on earth is he fighting for?

Taking a deep breath, looking at the employees whose expressions gradually calmed down and were no longer panicking all day long, Lin Xuan asked slowly:

”I don’t know if anyone has heard the saying ”If you are too poor, you will be alone, and if you are rich, you will benefit the world.” Raise your hand if you have heard this sentence.”

As Lin Xuan’s words fell to the ground, hundreds of hands were raised among the 2,200 people in front of him.

Lin Xuan did some math on seeing this, and found that at least one-third of the people had heard of this sentence.

From this, it can be seen that the knowledge of Lin Xuan’s workers is generally not bad, not the kind of illiterates with diplomas who even know classical Chinese.

”Who knows what this sentence means, raise your hand.”

As Lin Xuan finished speaking, the hundreds of raised hands dropped hundreds instantly.

”Do the more than 400 employees understand the meaning of this sentence? It seems to be not bad, let’s put it down, thank you for your cooperation.”

Taking a deep breath, Lin Xuan looked at the more than 2,200 employees in front of him, and said seriously:

”People can only live for more than a hundred years. Of course, living for more than a hundred years is just a dream. In fact, for us ordinary people, living to the age of seventy or eighty is already an advanced age.

So let’s make a discount, let’s say we can all live to 75 years old, even if we can live to 75 years old, so what? In the end, it was just a handful of loess!

I am not saying this to persuade you to have the heart of history as a celebrity, nor is it to ask you to do big events that shock the world in order to make yourself ”notorious” far and wide in history. ”

Listening to Lin Xuan’s joking words, the employees below suddenly burst into laughter, and the atmosphere became less tense and serious in an instant.

Lin Xuan also smiled at this, and then continued:

”75 years of life, this time is too long, I can’t force you to choose your own way of life or even what you want to do?

But today I will talk about what I want to do, what is my ideal? What on earth am I fighting for! ”

Among the crowd, a young man named Li Yu looked at Lin Xuan above and suddenly talked about his ideals, why he was fighting...

The young man named Li Yu suddenly became excited and curious like a journalist who received a big breaking news.

To be honest, he has always been full of curiosity about this boss, who is very unusual based on what he has learned.

After the boss took over the company, he discovered that the company was facing a bankruptcy crisis of ”big returns”. As a result, it took less than a week to develop the third-generation mobile phone of the Han and Tang Dynasties.

Although the mobile phones of the Han and Tang Dynasties have actually mass-produced thousands of units so far, they just wanted to sell them but faced malicious means from Bodao Mobile.

The mobile phone of the Han and Tang Dynasties that had not been officially sold was held back helplessly.

In the end, because of the superior experience and high-tech appearance of this mobile phone, it was sold out by my own employees.

It is reasonable to say that in the face of the bankruptcy crisis of ”big returns” inside and the ”malicious means” of Bodao Company outside, no company can survive such a desperate situation and go bankrupt.

But this boss is very difficult. He didn’t feel distressed when he encountered such setbacks. Instead, he immediately announced that he would recruit more than 200 salespeople.

At the same time, it took only 4 days to successfully develop a new mobile phone, the Han and Tang 2 labor version mobile phone!

Then it took a few days to complete the mass production work. The entire R&D and production process can be called terrifying!

Such a horrible boss, facing such a boss whose R&D and mass production capabilities can be called abnormal, Li Yu was deeply curious about Lin Xuan.

At this time, Lin Xuan finally decided to tell everyone ”his ideal and his goal.”

This deeply made Li Yu feel excited and inexplicable. At this time, he seemed to have received a reporter who shocked the world news, and he was so excited that he couldn’t hold it...

In Li Yu’s excited mood, Lin Xuan slowly opened his mouth as if in deep thought:

”If you are poor, you will be good for yourself, and if you are rich, you will benefit the world. This is the ideal of many scholars in ancient times, and it is also the ideal of many people today, including me naturally.”

After a pause, Lin Xuan then said:

”I don’t know what is your highest ideal or goal in life? Do you want to marry a wife and have children to live a stable life... Or do you want to live the life of ”Xingye Shengge Club XX” or something else...”

”Pfft...”

Hearing Lin Xuan say ”Yeye Shengge Club XX”, many male employees couldn’t help laughing, while those female employees curled their lips and cursed ”men are really vulgar”.
