Chapter 66 The broken hearts of Han and Tang employees! (Part 3 is more presented)

The last time the company was on the verge of bankruptcy was when Lin Zhiyuan was messing around in the company, but now this time the enemy is not inside but outside!

The wave island mobile phone is too scary. Is the Hantang mobile phone coming to an end?

And the most important thing is that the company spent nearly 110 million yuan to expand the factory. The 110 million yuan is said to have cost more than 90 million yuan for the purchase of equipment alone!

Adding nearly 20 million special funds for land purchase and factory construction and decoration, although Hantang mobile phone looks very beautiful, it is actually on the verge of bankruptcy!

Among other things, the huge deficit of 110 million yuan alone can make everyone feel anxious all day long. Before, everyone was not worried because everyone was full of optimism about the future sales of mobile phones.

But with so many powerful competitors in the mobile phone market at this time, Hantang Mobile will inevitably suffer huge setbacks.

Under such circumstances, the dark clouds over the company naturally turned into terrifying smog and thunder, making everyone panic all day long.

Under such circumstances, the employees are panicked, and the enthusiasm of the workers will inevitably decline.

At this time, the quality inspection department, which was scolded as the easiest to work, miraculously received ordinary quality mobile phone products!

This shocked the people in the quality inspection department.

Employees liked to ridicule the people in the quality inspection department the most, because they were engaged in the easiest work.

Because the quality of the company’s mobile phones is magically high for some reason, many people who have been engaged in the quality inspection industry for many years feel that this is simply a high-quality product!

But at this time, Hantang Company’s high-quality products turned out to be a product of ordinary quality, which naturally became a matter that was enough for Hantang Company to discuss.

But it seems that the ordinary quality product seems to be just a fuse, and as time goes by, there will be more and more ordinary products.

Obviously those workers have affected their work status due to uneasiness, which eventually led to a sudden drop in product quality!

The reason for this news quickly attracted the attention of the leaders of the quality inspection department, and then the news quickly reached Lin Xuan’s ears.

In just half a day, Lin Xuan got the anecdote of the company’s sudden drop in quality.

Realizing that the situation was serious, Lin Xuan also let go of what he was doing, so a staff meeting to defend the employees’ self-confidence was officially held!

Today is the third morning when Lin Xuan came back from the Shanghai market. At this time, all the employees put down their work and assembled.

So a staff meeting with nearly 2,200 people was officially held in an outdoor open space.

The reason why there are more than 2,200 people is close to 1,000 people instead of more than 1,000 people. This is because the construction of the new factory must require manpower.

This manpower must not wait for the factory to be built before recruiting, otherwise how will the depreciation cost of the machine be calculated? Therefore, before the construction of a new factory is put into production, workers must be prepared in advance.

So these extra workers are the workers prepared for the new factory, but because the new factory has not been built yet, these new workers work in the old factory.

At this time, in order for Lin Xuan to hold this staff meeting, today’s mobile phone production will be forced to reduce by at least 2,000 units.

In other words, Lin Xuan lost 80,000 yuan of income invisibly. In addition, he had salary expenses but could not generate profits. Lin Xuan’s comprehensive loss reached more than 100,000 yuan!

But in the face of this panic situation, Lin Xuan could only bear the pain and stop the work of the factory first, and resolutely decided to hold a staff meeting!

Lin Xuan also held such a mobilization meeting at the cost of losing more than 2,000 mobile phone production, in order to restore the self-confidence of the employees who were close to despair and collapse, and let the company’s product quality improve again...

At this time, many employees began to walk out of the indoor factory in twos and threes after receiving the news, and a team of two young people was discussing this matter.

Both of them are old employees of the company, at least they have worked in the Hantang mobile phone factory for a few months.

”Li Yu, do you know the reason for today’s meeting? Now all the employees have gathered here, including those from the sales department... Is this a matter of declaring the company bankrupt?”

A young man worriedly asked a young man named Li Yu.

”I don’t know, but it shouldn’t be the news of declaring bankruptcy. From what I know, our boss is not the kind of person who is willing to admit defeat.”

A young man named Li Yu answered his companion confidently.

”It’s not that they declared bankruptcy and asked so many of us to do it. Everyone in the company is so busy now. It is estimated that the loss of more than 100,000 yuan will be lost if the production line is stopped.”

The young man who asked Li Yu said with a confused face, and then he seemed to think of something and said:

”Have you heard the news? It is said that the total investment in the new factory built by the boss has reached 110 million.

Now with the announcement of Bodao Mobile, TLC, Amoi, Sony Ericsson, and Kejian, they will release mobile phones for migrant workers within the end of this month, so the good days of our desperate efforts to make sales without worrying about sales may come to an end.

Facing the horrific 110 million factory construction funds, I am afraid our boss is really desperate to pay!

After all, 110 million is too much money, our entire Hantang Company is probably not worth 110 million after all...”

Hearing what his companion said, the young man named Li Yu shook his head slightly, but instead said with a preaching look:

”Tao Jia, don’t worry about it all day long here, we have to trust the boss to solve this problem.

And don’t forget that we messed around with Lin Zhiyuan, and our company almost went bankrupt as a result.

In the end, didn’t our boss still create the Hantang 2 labor version mobile phone, leading us out of the crisis of company bankruptcy? ”

”But this is 110 million, 110 million is too huge, even if we sell our Hantang mobile phone company, it won’t be enough.”

The person named Tao Jia obviously still has not let go of his worries.

But no matter what, as he walked and talked at this time, they gradually merged into a huge crowd.

At this time, many people, like this person named Tao Jia, had worried expressions on their faces. Of course, there were also a few people like Li Yu among them, but there were not many such people.

At this time, many people looked a little panicked, very worried that the company would not be able to sustain it.

After all, such a good company, such a company that is willing to offer free skills training courses for the sake of employees, so that they can gain future development, would be a pity to close down.

Such a good company, they really want to work here for the rest of their lives, but in the end...
