Reborn in the Eighties as a Housewife with a Space

Chapter 1685: Chapter 1679: Business Tactics

“Yes, that’s why we should be most grateful to the young lady. Thank you, young lady.” Rain laughed, chiming in with Cloud, and bowed directly to Nangong Beiying in thanks.

“Finished the antics? If so, let’s go eat, I’m hungry too.” After not feeling that stifling pressure over the past few days, Nangong Beiying had her appetite back and wanted to eat, getting hungry quickly. So upon hearing about food, she wanted to grab something to fill her stomach as soon as possible.

Even though she’s pregnant now, there’s a silver lining that hasn’t changed: she doesn’t get carsick. She’s pleased with that because throwing up would really be a hassle. So, all things considered, things are pretty good now; she can eat, sleep, and feels great.

“Alrighty, time to eat. Cousin, where’s your dad’s shop?” Last time when they visited, they didn’t go to Qin Lei’s shop, so Rain didn’t know where it was and could only ask Qin Xue.

“To be honest, I’ve never been there. I only heard from my dad last time that it’s next to the station.” Qin Xue hadn’t been there, but Chu Molin had. Unfortunately, Chu Molin wasn’t here now.

But Qin Xue remembered that last time her father brought her here with the cart, so she could follow that lead to find it.

“Uh, okay, pretend I didn’t ask.” No one present expected to hear such an answer that left them at a loss, not knowing whether to laugh or cry.

“I think it should be over there.” Qin Xue pointed to a packed shop and said.

“Why do you think it’s there?” Qing Teng asked in confusion.

But Qin Xue didn’t answer her and went with Nangong Beiying over there, leaving a group of puzzled people looking at each other in confusion. No choice but to follow along.

The reason Qin Xue and Nangong Beiying headed straight there is that these foods are commonly seen in future generations, and there were others making them here, but none had as good business as this one. So, naturally, this was the place they were looking for.

Qin Xue figured the shop sign “The Qins’ Breakfast Shop” had to be her family’s, so she and Nangong Beiying headed straight over.

“What would you like to eat? You can order first, but there are no seats available at the moment, so you’ll have to wait a bit. Please bear with us,” Cheng Kunmin greeted the handsome and beautiful group with a smile.

What kind of wind blew today, bringing in such a striking group of good-looking guys and gals? It’s a rare sight.

“No problem, we can wait.” Qin Xue nodded in response. Her dad had hired a pretty good person; the service attitude was great, making people feel comfortable and pleasant to listen to.

“Alright then, you can place your orders. That way, when a seat becomes available, you can sit and eat,” Cheng Kunmin, who had been helping Qin Lei for two months, was handling the situation skillfully, showing no signs of panic.

“Two pancakes per person will do, we’ll take them to go.” Qin Xue saw how busy it was and almost wanted to help. But if she did, with so many people here, it would be chaotic. The place was small and couldn’t handle so many people, so taking the pancakes to go it was.

“Okay, but you’ll still have to wait. The people in front have been waiting for a long time, so we have to serve them first before it’s your turn,” Cheng Kunmin explained to Qin Xue and the others, seeing quite a few customers ahead.

There were quite a number of people in this group, and two per person was quite a lot, so he had to keep them steady. Otherwise, if they went to someone else, they would lose a business opportunity.

Because that’s how it is here; once others see you’re doing good business, they start following the trend, using all kinds of means.
