Reincarnation of the Strongest Healer

Chapter 1435: Official Complaint

Once the Gun Knight boss was taken down, the crowd erupted into cheers.

”Finally! This raid is way too draining!”

”I can’t believe it took us almost 3 hours!”

”Freedom!!! I never knew freedom tasted so sweet!”

While they exaggerated their predicament, Xu Feng wasn’t quite pleased about the situation.

Don’t be mistaken.

He was joyous that the raid was completed, but dissatisfied that their raid ended up being broadcast globally.

There was no option to conceal the achievement that they had made, like in the past.

’Great, now everyone has learned of this deed.’ Xu Feng smiled bitterly. He didn’t wish to be put in the spotlight for this particular event at all.

As long as one did enough research and really browsed through the library, then they would find out information regarding the Sunrise Inner City.

By then, it wouldn’t be surprising for those Super Guilds or top conglomerates to suppress them further.

Although it wouldn’t be so openly like the Miracle Pavilion, delays of their progress would definitely be significant.

”Are you worried about the global announcement?” Veronica approached him and asked in concern.

When the announcement was made, the restriction in the direct message system was also lifted.

Hence, Veronica was instantly bombarded with multiple messages from many representatives.

After all, they knew Veronica was technically the representative of the Vanguard Guild and was the only one who could be contacted.

Carmen was a taboo amongst many players, who had personally witnessed her massacre of multiple Tier 1 players.

Hell, even Tier 2 players weren’t spared, and till now, none of the victims dared to speak badly of Carmen. They were truly afraid of Carmen, who had been known to hunt down people individually.

As for Xu Feng?

That was even more of a pipe dream.

Unless you were the Guild Leader of a first-rate guild or a super guild, you could forget about initiating any contacts with him.

To attempt such an act was no different than saying he was beneath their guild, which could easily escalate to a guild war.

And nobody had forgotten about how Xu Feng initiated a guild war against MIST. The MIST guild had become history, and it became a subsidiary of someone else.

Therefore, only a true fool would allow another silver-spooned brat to control the guild and lead them to oblivion.

Upon mentioning the silver-spooned brat, there was also another one on par with the MIST young heir, Tyler. They were none other than Young Master Gao Zhong, who had his heir status stripped by his father, Gao Sheng.

Not only did Gao Zhong lose their first-rate guild status effectively, but he even became a lap dog for the Illuminati.

Of course, if Gao Zhong were to hear people smack-talking to him about this incident again, then he would jump up and start barking at them like a dog.

After all, he was truly innocent in the last bout regarding another siege attempt to snatch the Haven Wind Town. Alas, nothing else could be done as his name and face were literally the face of the Reaver Guild, until his father stripped him of the role officially.

”Guild Leader, this is bad.” Veronica suddenly exclaimed.

”What could get any worse?” Xu Feng raised an eyebrow. He was busy checking on the drop loot while the rest of the members basically sat down to relax.

”Do you know anyone in the Razor Nightmare?”

”Razor Nightmare?”

Soon, Xu Feng recalled that it was a Super Guild, and their Young Heir should be Edgar Sandoval. The last time he dealt with Edgar was during the film festival event. Although he had already forgotten what it was about, he remembered that the latter was an annoying brat.

”What about the Razor Nightmare?” Xu Feng asked.

”The Razor Nightmare is accusing us of treason and being traitors of humanity. They said we would rather do a dungeon raid instead of assisting the NPC to help retake the lost lands from the Colossuses.” Veronica frowned deeply.

The opponent was using moral ambiguity to shackle them, and there were a lot of voices in support of Razor Nightmare’s statement.

Upon hearing that, Xu Feng nearly cracked up.

What kind of fart nonsense were they trying to pull?

Do a dungeon raid rather than assisting the NPCs?

Was that seriously the best accusation they could come up with?

Based on the scale of the Razor Nightmare as a Super Guild, Xu Feng would bet his left nut that they were doing multiple dungeon raids as he was speaking with Veronica.

The only difference was that their dungeon raid must be so trivial that the system didn’t even bother with them, as opposed to them, who got the honor of having it global broadcast.

”Just ignore them.” He snorted coldly and resumed checking on the delicious loot.

”I also want to ignore them, but the spies I’ve sent out had already reported that they went to file an official complaint to multiple NPCs in the stronghold bases,” Veronica said exhaustedly. Some people really couldn’t stand a guild without any background to rise smoothly.

Even though they had proven themselves time and time again about how strong they were, these flies would still come back swarming.

Why couldn’t they just leave them alone?

”They actually went the official route?” This time, Xu Feng was actually taken aback.

This was quite clever of them to finally utilize the NPC to their advantage rather than trying to brute force it.

”Mhmm, and I received a message from Jessica. She was warning us that our actions had made some of the higher-ups displeased.”

”Hah, these higher-ups NPCs are no different than those lazy fat bosses you see in the real world. Got in through nepotism and then treating their subordinates like slaves.”

Due to the scale of the matter and Xu Feng’s Viscount promotion, he was certain that some NPCs were also dissatisfied with him.

After all, his promotion means others losing their slot to become one.

”Give me a list of the names of the higher-ups displeased with us.” He narrowed his eyes in a cold light and requested. Since some of them didn’t want to enjoy life, then he would gladly send them to hell.
