Reincarnation of the Strongest Healer

Chapter 763: Don’t Force Me

People often say that friends are those who you wish to have in times of crisis.

And they would be right.

Friends who you should throw under the bus for your safety were a major requirement in life.

Thus, Xu Fengʼs action was completely justified, and not someone shameless and unscrupulous would do.

”See that. Heʼs even bullying your kin with a shield. How wicked of him!” Xu Feng exclaimed in shock right when Zhao Kai leaped forward and bashed the smaller Colossus in the face with the large shield.

Sure enough, the one with the mark on its right thigh seemed infuriated by Zhao Kaiʼs action. It was truly about to strut off to handle that bastard.

ʼYes, get distracted and go to him instead. Heʼs a tank and can just stall you two.ʼ Xu Feng laughed inwardly. It wasnʼt that he couldnʼt deal with two Colossus, but it was a question of why should he?

He didnʼt charge enough to be dealing with more than two Colossus.

Just when he thought he had conned the right mark thigh, the one with the left thigh mark suddenly stopped its companion.

They shook their heads and pointed at their noses. It made a few sniffing sounds before shifting its gaze back at him.

They made a few crackling sounds that appeared to be a conversation, and the right mark Colossus instantly snorted in anger. White air seemed to puff out from its nostrils as they glared intensively at Xu Feng.

”Oh fcuk off.” Xu Feng twitched his mouth when he realized what the hell just happened.

Colossus never had a good sense of smell. So he never bothered about changing his equipment to lower grades just to mask the smell of the trap he set along with Zhao Kai.

However, these two couples of Colossus seemed to be a mutated one—or more specifically, the one with the left thigh mark.

They appeared to be sensitive to smell and pointed out that he had the fragrance left behind in the trap.

And precisely so, Xu Feng could determine one thing. The one with the left thigh mark was the female Colossus.

ʼWhy are they so goddamn annoying and smart?ʼ Xu Feng didnʼt expect his mini mistake to come back to bite him hard.

Just like that, Xu Feng started to deal with the two Colossus and remained in a passive state.

One Colossus specialized in offense and the other Colossus specialized in support.

They really do be telling him to either go full concentrated mode or die.

Thus, time quickly went by, and in the present time, Xu Feng had attracted quite the attention of the nearby players. To be capable of enduring the assault between two Colossus and keeping his health at a high percentage was unbelievable.

Sure, he was a healer, but a healerʼs weak point was always their weak defense. Just one tiny hit that landed on them would cause their health to drop drastically.

Therefore, Xu Feng being able to maintain his health was due to two reasons. He had been avoiding all the heavy hits and only taking the lighter ones.

”This canʼt keep going on.” He narrowed his eyes. To be put in such a passive position was merely asking for death.

After enduring for five minutes or so, he figured the commanding Colossus was the one with the left thigh mark.

Or to be more precise, it was the female Colossus who had been the attentive one. Without her meticulous arrangement, the male Colossus wouldnʼt have the brain to stagger him in a timely manner.

”Well, Iʼm not one to play fair either.” Xu Feng retreated in a distance and activated Originʼs Wrath. As he channeled a powerful raw amount of Origin, the Colossuses instantly became alerted.

This was especially true for the female Colossus who sensed the danger emitted from the current Xu Feng. They roared and constructed a blockade of walls and seemed to be signaling for their companion to flee.

However, Xu Feng was not a saint to let them go this easily. He activated Phantom Step and quickly closed the gap between them.

He appeared in front of the male Colossus and was ready to launch a devastating attack. Alarmed and startled, the female Colossus hurriedly cast their support and defensive spells to the male Colossus.

As soon as a massive-like transparent barrier shrouded the male Colossus, the female Colossus breathed a sigh of relief. Except that relief was only for a split second when they sensed a presence behind them.

”Surprise.” Xu Feng snickered and unleashed his full combo on the female Colossus. His target was never the male Colossus from the start, but this female Colossus.

Stunned, the female Colossus could only use its durable body to tank the hit. It had already used all defensive spells to protect its companion.

BOOM!

Shortly after the blast, the female Colossusʼs health point dropped by 20% and became weakened by the Originʼs effect.

”GROWL!” Having witnessed its beloved receive such a heavy hit, the male Colossusʼ rage soared to a new height. Like a raging bull, it charged after the main culprit: Xu Feng.

Unfazed by the raging Colossus, Xu Feng swiftly activated the plants that were summoned previously. The plants rose up and began to entangle the male Colossus.

Given its current state of anger, the male Colossus didnʼt think much and tried to brute force its way past the plants.

When the female Colossus managed to regain their footing after the heavy hit, they noticed what was going on. It tried to warn the male Colossus not to tear the plants apart.

However, the moment it opened its mouth, Xu Feng gracefully and accurately launched a sizzling fire into its stone tongue. The flame ignited upon contact, and the female Colossus screeched in pain. The damage wasnʼt high, but the tongue—even if it was a stone form was still the most sensitive part.

”Donʼt force me.” Xu Feng warned coldly.

”Iʼll do much worse if you canʼt understand your place.” He added, purposely provoking the male Colossus.

Who could withstand seeing their beloved being bashed and bullied by someone in front of them?
