Reincarnation of the Strongest Healer

Chapter 761: PotionHoarder’s Misery

Shortly after Xu Feng signaled the start of the battle, the original false tranquil state of Dawnshire City was quickly broken.

By now, the players had long been mentally prepared that this was going to be a long battle. Thus, they used all their buffs without anyone hoarding them.

Of course, such buffing was difficult to obtain in such a short span of time.

This was especially so when some of the buffing items were unable to be stacked upon each other due to them being in the same type of category.

However, the lack of buffing items was resolved due to the one and only Vanguard Guildʼs Honorary Elder.

”Once again, I must thank the four major guilds continuously patronized on behalf of our humble Vanguard Guild shop.” Xu Feng thanked them for purchasing his expensive buff potions.

ʼAhh, PotionHoarder is really a talented individual.ʼ He had to admit this player was very diligent. To be capable of hoarding potions that could supply so many players and in a rotation of at least 2 times was an impressive feat.

At the same time, the name PotionHoarder was truly worthy of him. Even Xu Feng couldnʼt have hoarded that many potions and not used them.

In a sense, PotionHoarderʼs habit was a creepy one, but also very resolute.

Who could dare say they wonʼt use their items after reaching a certain number?

While Xu Feng had such a thought, back at Star Falls City, in the NPC Prison Cell, a man started sneezing loudly.

”Argh, who is cursing at me again?” The man was none other than PotionHoarder, who had been captured and was still under detainment for his crime of sieging the city.

It wasnʼt that he enjoyed being in jail, but the fact that the cooldown of his jail time wouldnʼt decrease unless he was online. A player couldnʼt just log out and wait for the passing days of their crime to avoid remaining in prison.

After all, they wouldnʼt have learned their lesson if that was the case.

However, to prevent the player from suffering a mental breakdown, they were still allowed to browse the Game Forum. They just couldnʼt send any messages or communicate with others through it.

It was at this moment that PotionHoarder stumbled across a new post in the Global Region section.

-Buff Potion Distributed Everywhere By The Four Major Guilds

Curious about the post given his high interest in potions, PotionHoarder clicked on the post to check the details.

”Hoh, who is generous enough to distribute buff potions. They arenʼt cheap, so could it be some inferior type for distribution?” He murmured, clearly ready to trash talk once he was freed.

As he read the story, he came to a realization that the Siege of the Colossus had begun to lay its eyes on Dawnshire City. The city itself was quite popular, so PotionHoarder also knew about it.

After all, Silver Wind Guild who was hailed as the first to ever clear a Hell Mode Difficulty Dungeon had gone there to develop.

ʼHmm, I doubt they would be stingy on the potions, right?” As PotionHoarder clicked on the image of the potion given to him, his mouth was left agape.

Besides his mouth being opened wide, his eyes also seemed to have enlarged in size.

”What the shit!” He stood up and exclaimed loudly. ”These are my precious potions! You canʼt even fucking buy them on the market. You need to complete a 3-day long chain quest form for the NPC to get it and one mistake would reset the progress.”

As a professional hoarder, especially for potions, he was very well informed and knowledgeable about where and how to obtain these valuable potions.

And the one in the screenshot was precisely one of those potions that a player could only obtain through special missions. Not to mention, this NPC had yet to be discovered by others and he made sure that was the case.

”Ugh, now I remember the Silver Wind Guild has a cozy relationship with the Vanguard Guild.” Frustrated, PotionHoarder stomped the ground. He was in complete distress over the fact that he was not only robbed clean by the Vanguard Guild, but they were also using his hard work and sweat to make a profit.

To put the cherry on the topping, they even advertised as being generous and distributing them for the greater cause. Initially, his mood was already quite sour to be missing out on the Divine Worldʼs first major event.

However, after being enlightened by such blasphemy. His mood instantly took a turn for the worse.

”Prisoner number 32!” Just when PotionHoarder believed things couldnʼt get even worse, a prison guard arrived at his cell and shouted. ”For causing disruption in the cell, your jail duration shall increase by another 1 hour.”

”...”

PotionHoarderʼs expression turned deathly pale. He directly plopped to the ground and cursed the Vanguard Guild in his heart.

ʼWhy are they still messing with me?ʼ He cried silently. Ever since the siege failed, he was booted out of the MIST guild, effectively becoming the scapegoat for those filthy rich. And now his hard-earned potions were being used by others with no credits given to him.

”I only followed the Guild Leaderʼs command.” PotionHoarder felt like tears could be coming out of his eyes if it wasnʼt the game world.

While PotionHoarder was reaping the consequences of his action, back at Dawnshire City, the battle had peaked.

”Remain in formation and rotate properly.” Gentle Windʼs voice echoed through the battlefield.

”Yes, Guild Leader!” The Silver Wind Guild members responded fiercely.

”Donʼt block others and let the tanks have their space to maneuver,” Steelshot emphasized the need for space.

But not a second later, SilentWhisper rolled her eyes and called out his nonsense. ”Stop the crap. You just wanted a clear angle to shoot your puny gun.”

”Alright, enough bantering between the two of you.” Gentle Wind declared and warned solemnly.

”Donʼt disrupt the team from listening because of your conversation.” She added and turned her gaze to the far center.

At the far center, something unbelievable was occurring and it nearly caught the playersʼ attention had it not been for their respective Guild Leaderʼs presence.

After all, they were witnessing for the first time how ridiculous a healer class could be.

Xu Feng, who was at the center was dealing with not one Colossus, but two Colossus at the moment.
