Online Games: Billions Spent on In-app Purchases, Archery Becomes a God

Dark gold necklaceUpon returning to his villa, Ye Xingyu immediately opened the ”Purple Gold Jewelry Gift Box” he had received earlier!

”Bang!”

A beam of noble purple-gold light instantly shot up as the gift box opened!

Inside the box lay a magnificent necklace radiating a black-gold luster.

A large, teardrop-shaped black gem was held firmly in the center by several dragon-shaped golden threads.

”This is a purple gold grade necklace!”

Ye Xingyu instantly showed an expression of interest.

Accessory type equipment had an extremely low drop rate in deep space.

What’s more, it was of such a high grade?

He didn’t even need to look at the stats of this purple gold necklace.

If he threw it into the market, it would definitely sell for a sky-high price!

Ye Xingyu gripped the necklace from the gift box in his hand and observed it carefully.

”Hiss—!”

After seeing the attributes of the dark gilded necklace, Ye Xingyu couldn’t help but gasp!

35% all-type damage reduction!

This was equivalent to directly negating 35% of total damage!

The improvement to survival was obvious!

Especially for players of tank-type professions like Warriors and Knights, who are primarily responsible for taking damage, equipment that can unconditionally negate 35% of total damage is nothing short of an artifact!

Coupled with the additional effect of ”Dark Blessing,” which automatically clears all debuff effects on the user every 15 seconds, the combination of these two defensive and survival attributes was truly amazing!

With the dark gilded necklace, Ye Xingyu’s survival capability would be greatly enhanced!

”This necklace is really good!” Ye Xingyu said excitedly, holding the dark gilded necklace.

”Prompt: You can consume 10 million gold coins to upgrade the quality of the dark gilded necklace to epic grade. Do you wish to upgrade?”

”Hiss—! An epic grade necklace is within reach!”

With just a tap of Ye Xingyu’s finger, he would immediately obtain the first epic artifact in the current game!

He would be far ahead of everyone else!

An epic artifact!

A truly high-grade piece of equipment!

Its effects would definitely be much stronger than a purple gold artifact!

Ye Xingyu’s finger was already hovering an inch above the surface of the dark gilded necklace!

With just a tap, an epic grade necklace would be his for the taking.

Although this one tap would cost a sky-high 10 million gold coins, the rewards it would bring were not to be underestimated.

However, a thought suddenly popped into his mind, causing Ye Xingyu to instantly retract his finger.

”I’m not going to upgrade this necklace today.”

Ye Xingyu realized that his acquisition of the Purple Gold Jewelry Gift Box was public knowledge.

If he immediately evolved the dark gilded necklace into an epic artifact, a large number of clever people on Blue Star would immediately deduce his talent ability through this event.

Therefore, upgrading the dark gilded necklace tonight would be an irrational act.

It would definitely expose his talent!

He could wait a few days until things settled down before evolving the necklace.

Then he wouldn’t have this kind of trouble today.

Thinking of this, Ye Xingyu decisively stopped and temporarily put the dark gilded necklace around his neck.

A refreshing sensation naturally arose.

At the same time, a faint dark light quickly spread from Ye Xingyu’s neck to his entire body.

”Dark Blessing Light!”

With the protection of this light, any negative status effects applied to Ye Xingyu in the future would be automatically dispelled within 15 seconds at most!

It was truly worry-free!

Ye Xingyu lay contentedly on the soft bed in the large villa.

Today, he successfully reached Level 30.

Therefore, a series of things he could do afterward could now be put on the agenda.

On the national level leaderboard, Ye Xingyu was undeniably far ahead!

The player in second place was a full 5 levels behind Ye Xingyu, who was in first place!

Other players were even further behind!

Through his excellent performance in the trial tower, Ye Xingyu could be said to be far ahead of all players globally!

The next most important thing was his first class advancement!

After advancing, his strength would receive another significant boost.

Ye Xingyu drifted into a sweet dream, slowly falling asleep... The next morning, Ye Xingyu woke up from his beautiful dream.
