Help! The Villainess Trapped in the Beast World's Drama!

Chapter 8: Chapter 7: Handsome Man Bathes

Xue Yinzhou is a Death Warrior born from slavery, and due to his formidable strength, he was forcibly bought by the original owner as a Beast Husband to be used as a life-saving trump card.

Xue Yinzhou despises Shen Tang intensely. Although born as a lowly slave, he is proud and ambitious, how could he willingly serve an ugly, obese woman as his Female Master?

But with the contract in place, he has no choice but to protect Shen Tang closely, usually unseen, appearing only when she faces lethal danger.

In other words, this lousy man has been coldly watching from the shadows, mocking her, and only reluctantly helped her when she was locked in prison!

The original owner used to have conflicts with others, and he completely ignored them!

As a loyal Death Warrior to the Princess, he allowed others to humiliate his master, causing Shen Tang to clench her fists in extreme anger, holding back the urge without an outlet.

”Hey, are you okay?” Neighbor Song Fang walked over, noticing Shen Tang’s swollen, unsightly face, with a hint of compassion, handing over a bottle of blue potion, ”This is a swelling reducer, put some on your face, it should help a lot.”

Shen Tang took the potion, ”Thanks!”

”After all, we’re neighbors, it’s natural to help each other.” Their relationship wasn’t great, but it had never resulted in serious conflict, and Song Fang wanted to maintain good terms with this neighbor.

Song Fang suddenly smelled the aroma of meat wafting from inside, saliva secreted rapidly in her throat as she licked her lips, ”It smells so good, what are you doing in there?”

Shen Tang then remembered the pot of meat soup she was cooking, ”Oh no!”

She hurried back to the kitchen, thankfully the soup hadn’t overflowed, she opened the lid and tasted it, the flavor was just right.

She laughed, inviting the curious heads peeking in from the doorway—Song Fang and several Beast Husbands—”I cooked a big pot of meat soup, can’t finish it alone, want to come over and try?”

”You cooked?” Song Fang walked into the room, the aroma of meat became even more intense, making her mouth water uncontrollably, wolves love meat the most!

Song Fang’s three Beast Husbands also gulped in thirst but were too embarrassed to show it.

Shen Tang served five large bowls of meat soup on the table, ”Try my cooking.”

Song Fang didn’t hold back, took a sip, burning her tongue, but didn’t slow down, blowing while gulping, ”Delicious! Really delicious! This is the best meat soup I’ve ever had!”

The three Beast Husbands were also amazed, drinking with their mouths full of soup.

Shen Tang chuckled softly, she had only used ordinary oil and salt, no condiments, drinking it felt very light, but it was indeed much better tasting than nutritional supplements.

Song Fang drank with surprise, ”You can cook?”

Shen Tang casually made up a reason, ”I ate a lot of delicacies in the palace before, eating them often made me learn how, just never bothered to do it, tried cooking a pot today and it turned out quite well.”

Song Fang gulped two more mouthfuls, the soup rich, meat tender, she couldn’t help but lick her lips, putting the bowl down with a bit of embarrassment, ”If you need help with anything in the future, just come to me.”

Shen Tang smiled shyly, revealing a set of crooked teeth, too ugly to bear.

Song Fang quickly bowed her head, pretending to keep drinking.

Shen Tang also realized her smile wasn’t attractive, hurriedly closed her mouth, a hint of embarrassment flashed across her face.

”Ahem.” Song Fang cleared her throat, trying to ease the atmosphere, ”Though you’re...not very pretty, you’re a good person, I’d like to be friends with you.”

Shen Tang felt amused and sighed inwardly. She’d rather Song Fang didn’t mention this, to save herself from further embarrassment.

Shen Tang ladled several more bowls of meat soup into insulated lunch boxes, preparing to head out.

Song Fang seeing this, curiously asked, ”Where are you going with that? I can have my Beast Husband drive you.”

”There’s too much soup, I can’t finish it, planning to give it to the Beast Husbands.”

Song Fang dug her ear, thinking she misheard, this notoriously malicious female is actually delivering food to the Beast Husbands!

Was she dreaming?

Or did the sun rise from the west?

Song Fang lamented, ”You’re really different from before, have become like a new person.”

Shen Tang smiled, speaking calmly, ”People change, indeed.”

Song Fang nodded in agreement, not thinking too much. She truly liked Shen Tang’s current change, gentle and considerate, virtuous at home, such females are rare species in the Beastman World.

She couldn’t help but tease, ”What kind of female would specifically cook for males? The Beast Husbands would surely be overjoyed if they knew, might just fall for you...”

Midway through the sentence, Song Fang suddenly realized she had misspoke, awkwardly scratching her head.

Although Shen Tang’s personality had improved, that face...was truly hard to accept.

Those males are creatures that think with their loins, who could get past such a fat and ugly female?

Song Fang hastily changed the topic, ”Teach me how to cook when you get back, I’ll make a meal for my Beast Husband someday.”

Song Fang originally had ten Beast Husbands, but because the family was exiled, most took the opportunity to divorce and leave, leaving only three who truly loved her, willing to stay beside her through thick or thin.

Song Fang cherished and treasured these three Beast Husbands greatly.

Shen Tang suppressed her amusement, nodded, ”Sure, if you have anything you want to eat in the future, you can come to me, we can exchange and discuss cooking.”

”Tangtang, you’re so great!”

The sudden system prompt echoing in her mind caught Shen Tang off guard, there was a hidden task?

On hearing the reward she was even more happily surprised.

Afraid of others noticing anything, she quickly suppressed the curve of her lips, being even more diligent in entertaining Song Fang and her three Beast Husbands.

After they left, Shen Tang promptly checked the system backpack, there really was an extra Weight Loss Pill in a small slot.

[Congratulations to host for successfully losing 45 pounds, Appearance Value +6]

Shen Tang looked into the mirror, the original weight was so massive, dropping forty or fifty pounds didn’t make a big difference, still obese and overweight, but the layers of fat piled on the waist weren’t as excessive, facial features stuffed with meat slightly stretched out.

”...” At least there’s progress.

Shen Tang tidied up the lunch boxes, preparing to deliver food to her Beast Husbands.

Her heart pounded nervously, especially thinking about Xiao Jin, that man now wanted nothing more than to kill her, she dared not face him.

Xue Yinzhou also avoided her like the plague, Shen Tang couldn’t find his shadow.

As for Lu Xiao, though he said not to bother, as the saying goes, people don’t hit smiling faces, Shen Tang had every confidence in her cooking to surely win a man’s stomach!

However, this time Lu Xiao should still be patrolling outside the city, she decided to go later.

Shen Tang made up her mind to find the fox first.

Shen Li was a member of the guard patrol at the city gate, today it was his turn to rest, Shen Tang planned to go directly to his house.

After the Beast Husbands and the original owner fell out, they moved out and purchased other properties, staying far away from her, Shen Tang walked through several streets, feet aching, finally finding Shen Li’s home.

She stood at the door, taking a deep breath, nervously knocking.

No response.

Shen Tang hesitated, as the Female Master, she had permission to enter the Beast Husband’s residence, could open the door without a key.

Shen Tang pressed the eyeball scanner on the door, the door clicked open.

She pushed the door and entered.

Just reaching the living room, she encountered Shen Li, freshly showered, bare-chested, waist wrapped in a towel.

He was drying his hair with a towel, seeing Shen Tang intrude, momentarily dumbfounded.

The man’s damp red hair lay messily on his back, water droplets cascading down his chest, his broad shoulders and narrow waist, muscular lines tight and powerful, without an ounce of fat.

His waist towel hung loose, revealing firm abs and mermaid lines, teetering, barely covering his impressive front.

Water trails ran over halfway across the mermaid lines, winding down, into the shadows...

Shen Tang instinctively glanced at that area, her face flushed, swallowing hard.

The air resonated with Shen Li’s restrained shout,

”Shen Tang! Are you seeking death!”
