Chapter 76: Chapter 74: Scar-faced Lin Kuang

”Ah, you pervert! Why are you bathing without clothes?!” The person who came in was naturally Le Yaoyao. As soon as she saw Xiao Tian naked in front of her, her face turned red with embarrassment. She quickly covered her eyes with her little hands.

Xiao Tian was unfazed, and seeing Le Yaoyao’s innocent and adorable appearance, he couldn’t resist teasing her. With a light smile, he said, ”Little girl, have you ever seen anyone wear clothes to take a bath?”

”I... I meant why didn’t you put on clothes after bathing!” Realizing she had misspoken, Le Yaoyao was immediately so angry that her chest heaved, causing her pair of beautiful breasts to shake violently.

She rushed forward, intending to continue scolding Xiao Tian, but upon seeing his perfectly bronzed body, a tint of red crept over Le Yaoyao’s pretty face again, making her cheeks blush. Her little heart was racing.

Growing up, it was the first time she had seen a man’s naked body so closely, especially a man who had saved her life.

Moreover, at this moment, there was an inexplicable aura and charm slowly emanating from this man, which couldn’t help but make her heart race.

It was only now that she vaguely understood why her sister-in-law was so infatuated with such a ”low-status” policeman.

The thoughts of a young girl were naturally elusive to Xiao Tian. As he put on his clothes, he jokingly said:

”Little girl, last time I saw you, this time you’ve seen me completely too, we’re even now, no more debts owed.”

”What are you talking about! Little little little... Where am I little?” Seeing Xiao Tian’s cheeky expression, Le Yaoyao instantly regained herself, put her hands on her hips, and glared at him angrily.

Not long after, Lin Bingxuan returned with bags in her hands.

”Xiao Tian, look what delicious food I’ve brought for you today. Eh, Yaoyao is here too? Perfect, we can eat together later.” Lin Bingxuan waved the bags in her hand.

”Wow, it’s Australian lobster, my favorite!” Le Yaoyao’s eyes lit up, and she quickly reached out to take it.

Xiao Tian was also going to get up to help, but was stopped by a coquettish glance from Lin Bingxuan, who gestured for him to wait sitting, and then took Le Yaoyao to the kitchen.

Watching the two beauties busying themselves in the kitchen, Xiao Tian felt a wave of satisfaction.

There was no doubt that Lin Bingxuan was the perfect choice for a virtuous wife and good mother, always trying different ways to make delicious food for him, diligently trying to make him happy. Any man would envy him to death.

For a moment, Xiao Tian even considered marrying her, but as long as Han Yan’s great revenge was unfulfilled, he couldn’t truly settle his heart, and the thought quickly vanished.

Afterwards, the three of them gathered around the table, joyfully eating. During this time, Le Yaoyao kept talking enthusiastically about various events at school, eventually leading to the Martial Arts Club.

”Uncle, I want to ask you for a small favor.” Le Yaoyao blinked her eyes as she said.

”What is it? Go ahead.” Xiao Tian spoke faintly.

”Recently, a Korean guy has come to our school and is always causing trouble for our Martial Arts Club. This guy is very arrogant and has already injured several of us in a row. Uncle, your martial arts are so high, even that big gorilla isn’t your match. I want to ask you to teach him a lesson.” Le Yaoyao said full of anticipation.

”Uh... is that it?” Xiao Tian rubbed his forehead, not wanting to get involved in such matters, so he found an excuse: ”The police department has been really busy lately, I really can’t spare any time!”

”Hmph, do you think I’m a three-year-old child to be so easily deceived? Spending romantic time with my aunt every day, can’t you spare a little time out of that?” Le Yaoyao pouted her lips, speaking angrily as she kept signaling to Lin Bingxuan, hoping she would step in and persuade Xiao Tian.

But Lin Bingxuan seemed not to notice at all, smiling silently as she focused on eating. She understood Xiao Tian’s character; if he doesn’t want to do something, no amount of persuasion would work.

Seeing her forceful approach wasn’t working, Le Yaoyao rolled her eyes and immediately changed tactics, jumping behind Xiao Tian with a cheerful face.

Xiao Tian was puzzled, wondering what mischief she was up to, when suddenly he felt something pressing down on his back.

The immense pressure made Xiao Tian feel a bit suffocated, as if he were the Sun Wukong trapped under the Five Fingers Mountain.

Faced with her bold and daring actions, even someone as thick-skinned as Xiao Tian felt a wave of embarrassment, sweating profusely.

”Hehehe... How about it, Uncle, will you agree?” Le Yaoyao persistently pressed her chest against Xiao Tian’s back, her pretty face filled with a victorious smile.

At this moment, Xiao Tian felt as if he were sitting on needles, extremely uncomfortable.

Yet he couldn’t erupt at this moment, so he could only desperately rein himself in mentally.

”Cough, cough, cough...” Seeing this scene, Lin Bingxuan finally couldn’t sit still. She rushed over, pulled Le Yaoyao away, and pinched her ear, feigning anger:

”You little brat, what the hell are you learning at school? Not behaving well... Do you want me to tell your dad?”

”Hmph, you’re threatening to tattle on me? Don’t think I don’t know about certain someone who sneaks out every night for secret rendezvous and only returns to her room in the middle of the night. Do you really take me for a fool? As long as someone agrees to my request, this great beauty can continue to pretend to turn a blind eye.” Le Yaoyao deliberately pouted, sometimes looking at Lin Bingxuan, sometimes at Xiao Tian.

With those words, Lin Bingxuan’s face immediately blushed with embarrassment, and she looked at Xiao Tian for help.

Xiao Tian, feeling helpless, rubbed his nose and had no choice but to surrender, saying, ”Alright, when?”

”Tomorrow!”

”Fine, tomorrow it is then.”

”Yay—” The girl made a V sign with her fingers, posing as the victor, and skipped back to her room.

Xiao Tian and Lin Bingxuan exchanged glances, both looking amused yet exasperated.

Lin Bingxuan slowly started tidying up the dishes, and after a while, she blushed again and said to Xiao Tian:

”Xiao Tian, why don’t you go rest first? I’ll come find you when I’m done here. Also... I’ll sleep in the guest room tonight.”

Upon hearing this, Xiao Tian’s eyes immediately brightened up. How could he not understand the implication of her words? He thought to himself, this future wife of his truly is considerate!

She must have known that Le Yaoyao, that little vixen, had just stirred up some flames in him and that he needed some good comfort to quell those fires.

...

After a night of passion, Xiao Tian woke up feeling thoroughly relaxed and rejuvenated, more energetic than ever.

By now, both beauties had already gone to work and school, and after having the breakfast Lin Bingxuan had meticulously prepared, Xiao Tian took a taxi to the police station.

Arriving at the police station, he was just in time to see a suspect being escorted out by forty or fifty SWAT officers. This grand escort surprised Xiao Tian somewhat.

According to police protocol, for an average violent criminal, seven or eight SWAT officers would suffice; for more notorious villains, the number might be doubled to fifteen or sixteen;

However, only big-shot gang leaders, weapons traffickers, or international drug lords and the like would warrant an escort of over thirty SWAT officers.

Yet, the suspect in front of him was escorted by as many as fifty SWAT officers, showing just how important this person was to the police.

Looking at these SWAT officers, all focused and highly alert, it was enough to deduce that this suspect was no ordinary criminal!

Walking forward, Xiao Tian got closer and finally saw the face of this criminal. He had a broad forehead and hooked nose, his pitted face marked by a terrifying centipede-like scar.

As Xiao Tian passed by, the criminal happened to notice him too, and their eyes met. From the man’s sinister gaze, Xiao Tian detected a strong air of brutality and bloodlust.

His eyes were as cold as a snake’s, sending chills down anyone’s spine.

Only Xiao Tian could meet his gaze unflinchingly; if it were anyone else, just being stared at by him would make their legs wobble and leave them unable to stand.

”Not bad, he’s skilled.” As they crossed paths, Xiao Tian closely watched the figure departing, remaining alert until the criminal boarded the police car, silently coming to a conclusion.

Xiao Tian’s sharp eyes, with just a glance, could see the slightly protruding temples on the man’s head, a trait unique to true martial arts masters, incomparable even to ”Ghost-Hand Zhang Hu” from before.

Entering the police station, Xiao Tian happened to see Wang Meng walking towards him and couldn’t help but ask, ”Wang Meng, who is this guy to cause such a big scene?”

”Xiao, you might not know, but this man is named Lin Kuang, nicknamed ’Scar-faced Lin Kuang.’ He’s a national Class A fugitive, extremely violent and bloodthirsty. According to the police’s current data, there are no less than sixty souls perished by his hands!

Moreover, he has a gang, each one of them ruthless desperados. It took us a lot of effort to capture him this time.”

”Oh, I see.” Xiao Tian nodded silently.
