The Starfall Reconnaissance Craft flashed and disappeared in the sky, it was Grimm who was carrying out the hidden Sorcerer destruction task.

“Young Master, we are the trump card Sorcerers where big expectations have been entrusted to us by the Hydra Wrath Academy. Even though it’s a hidden Sorcerer destruction task, what if the two strongest Sorcerers of the Shadow Argus Sorcerer Academy were to disregard us, and leave the academy instead of defending it?”

Little Myna was worried, he gulped as he sucked juice out from a cup with a straw.

“They won’t.”

Grimm was focused on the toxin creation knowledge from the Mixed Toxin Refinery in his hands, hoping to make up for and gain knowledge from the seedlings to help with anatomy refinement, thus turning to the Male Toxin Refinery, opening a new chapter of anatomy refinement.

“Caw? I said what if, what if not even one of the two targeted Sorcerers stayed back?”

Little Myna argued, slightly angry and dissatisfied with Grimm’s answer, his little eyes looked sideways at Grimm. “Young Master aren’t you a least bit worried? The Hydra Wrath Sorcerer Academy has placed huge expectations on us, even the one and only inherited magic tool is in your hands, if the time comes when the Mana Pool of the Hydra Wrath Sorcerer Academy is destroyed because you couldn’t contain the targets, it’s gonna be really bad!”

The one carrying out the task was Grimm, but Little Myna seemed more worried than Grimm.

Grimm slightly lowered the calculation notes of the Mixed Toxin Refinery for toxin creation knowledge that he was researching on, after a short moment of silence Grimm nodded, and said calmly, “I know, relax, we’ll give the Shadow Argus Sorcerer Academy a great meeting gift, and remind them of our presence.”

After saying so, Grimm once again went back to studying the toxin creation knowledge from the Mixed Toxin Refinery without wasting any time.

Ten days later.

With the super high speed of the Starfall Reconnaissance Craft, Grimm only used ten days to cross over the far distance, reaching the sphere of influence of the Shadow Argus Sorcerer Academy.

He stored the Starfall Reconnaissance Craft, then Grimm and Little Myna flew in mid-air, concealing themselves using the Robe of Representations.

In the range where light rays were distorted by the Robe of Representations, Grimm pulled out a map made out of goat hide, and started to carefully study the sphere of influence of the Shadow Argus Sorcerer Academy.

The Shadow Argus Sorcerer Academy was established three thousand nine hundred years ago, their sphere of influence covered with radiation was a few times bigger than the Hydra Wrath Sorcerer Academy’s, they had even developed a rich city that was comparable to the Holy Tower Central region, there were also twenty or so large-scale cities like Moth Frog City, the academy’s base power far exceeded the Hydra Wrath Sorcerer Academy’s.

“Caw caw caw, Young Master, have you thought of what meeting gift to give?”

Grimm smiled under the Mask of Truth, he did not say anything, bringing Little Myna along, they flew straight ahead to the direction of the Shadow Argus Sorcerer Academy.

Leaning on a lone summit of thousands of metres tall, the peak of the mountain was pure white, a winding river flowed down, sometimes one or two glamorous coloured fishes splashed out from the river, the Shadow Argus Sorcerer Academy sat in the middle of the lone summit and the winding river, the geology and environment of the terrain here were obviously largely affected by the Shadow Argus Sorcerer Academy.

“Young Master, look, those Strabismites are the Guardians of the Shadow Argus Sorcerer Academy.”

Little Myna spoke deeply.

The so-called Strabismites, were giant eyes that were floating in the sky, they could shoot fatal death beam attacks, they did not have a body, only a tail like a tadpole that writhed about non-stop, this was a type of creature with high attack power, high insight ability, low defence, and relatively slow-moving.

Fortunately, Grimm was fully informed about the Strabismite’s ways of perception, it was some creature knowledge that the Thousand-Eyed Carcinus once told Grimm inadvertently.

The Strabismite’s ways of perception was actually the same as the Thousand-Eyed Carcinus!

Other than the usual light ray reflection perception, the peculiar way of its perception was that it could sense the gazes of other creatures on itself within a certain range, that was why Grimm who infiltrated into the Shadow Argus Sorcerer Academy must not stare directly at these Academy Guardians.

As for the Sorcerers who attempted to infiltrate the Shadow Argus Sorcerer Academy without any knowledge of these creatures, it would be bad.

If so…

“Little Myna, find a covert place nearby and hide for a while, if I bring you into the Shadow Argus Sorcerer Academy, there’s a high chance that it will expose our tracks. And since we are going to give them a meeting gift to announce our presence, we need to think about escaping from those chasing after us for revenge, you better hide yourself.”

Grimm said to Little Myna, after Grimm told Little Myna about the Strabismite Academy Guardian’s perception method, he groaned and answered ‘ok’, as it flew into the distance.

Grimm’s concealing method, was roughly divided into three types.

First was the Robe of Representations concealment, the second was the dark concealment of the Darkness Pool, the last was the disguise sorcery which was the dissimilation sorcery.

After obtaining the Robe of Representations magic tool, Grimm would naturally choose the easy and concise Robe of Representations concealment method, as Grimm flew over the winding river, he hovered in mid-air just half a metre above the ground, observing the cultured scenery and the building structures of the Shadow Argus Sorcerer Academy as he pleased.

Of course, Grimm was observing using ultrasound positioning sorcery.

Needless to say, the magic array installation inside the Shadow Argus Sorcerer Academy was several times more perfect and stronger than the Hydra Wrath Sorcerer Academy’s, even the design of the representative buildings had a more artistic style compared to the Hydra Wrath Sorcerer Academy’s, looking at them brought pleasure to the heart and mind.

The Sorcerer-Apprentices going back and forth all had confident smiles on their faces, forming a distinctive comparison to the Hydra Wrath Sorcerer-Apprentices who commonly wore a serious expression.

In the sky, a large transporting aircraft or giant slave beasts of the academy’s Arcane Sorcerers would fly by from time to time, their shadows casted on the ground as they swiftly glided through. It seemed like they were preparing for the tenth academy battle that was about to begin…

Gong…

From a clock tower about one hundred metres tall, bells rang and the sound reverberated through the sky, spreading far and wide. A large number of Strabismite Guardians were gathered there, Grimm did not even have to guess to know that the nest of the Strabismites were over there.

Using a whole one hourglass’s worth of time, after Grimm flew over the cluster of Sorcerer-Apprentices’ living quarters, a giant arena terrace and a nature-protected forest, a Sorcerer Tower of almost one thousand metres tall stood majestically in the distance.

It was the Shadow Argus Sorcerer Tower!

An elemental cloud vortex was gathered on top of the Sorcerer Tower, spinning continuously, as Arcane Sorcerers were continuously going in and out of each floor of the Sorcerer Tower. It seemed like they were in a tense situation before the war as they prepared for battle.

There were obviously more magic defenses and secrecy around the Sorcerer Tower, and there were even patrolling Sorcerers flying by frequently, highly alert and strict.

However, all of this, to Grimm, had no function whatsoever, these patrolling Sorcerers were only doing this to complete their tasks.

No one would have imagined that there would be enemy Sorcerers attacking here.

Grimm, under the Mask of Truth, looked up at the tall Shadow Argus Sorcerer Tower, looking around the peaceful Shadow Argus Sorcerer Academy, he silently opened his mouth, and the Magnetite Star Core rolled out from his tongue, it had once more been accumulated with three attack chances.

Boom!

Suddenly, a terrifying blazing red light beam of 15,000 degrees interrupted the order and peace in the Shadow Argus Sorcerer Academy, after the light beam tore through the outer magic defences of the Shadow Argus Sorcerer Tower with great difficulty, ‘Boom’, it hit the high grounds which was on the upper centre of the Sorcerer Tower.

“Ah…”

“Enemy attack…”

Each material itself for building the Sorcerer Tower had highly restrictive magic defenses, after enduring such an attack from Grimm’s Magnetite Star Core, only a small area was destructed, as chunks of stones were blasted from the tower, a few Sorcerers were hurt severely while some even died on the spot, but the blast was far from achieving the level needed to destroy the Sorcerer Tower.

As if he had poked a beehive, in the blink of an eye, the entire Shadow Argus Sorcerer Academy seemed to be a boiling pot as thousands of Sorcerers flew out from the Sorcerer Tower!
