A Sorcerer’s Journey

Chapter 493: Be On Guard

“Huh? What a wave of strong will!”

The green flames of the two eye sockets in Bone Bell Stigmata Sorcerer’s skull looked diligently into the distance of the Infernal Spirit World.

At this time, Black Isotta Stigmata Sorcerer, Bone Bell Stigmata Sorcerer, Mandala Stigmata Sorceress, Ivory Fort Stigmata Sorcerer, Dark Realms Stigmata Sorcerer, and Hourglass Stigmata Sorcerer have assembled.

There were only six Void Fortresses but they had very little time to assemble. The other three Void Fortresses were still on their way from the heart of the Infernal Spirit World.

“Isotta, what are your chances of winning against the mighty World Lord of that foreign world?”

Ivory Fort Stigmata Sorcerer asked with a look of wonder.

The Will of the World Lord in the distant world was really beyond imagination. Even with the world being half a mile away, he still felt the rampaging power fluctuations on the other side, and it was truly extraordinary.

Black Isotta Stigmata Sorcerer did not answer, only the sound of the surrounding space was constantly rumbling.

Having experienced the Ancient Sorcerer Civilization War and wandered throughout the Endless World for thousands of years, the more powerful a sorcerer was and the more he had encountered incredible foreign world powerhouses of the Endless World, the more awestruck he would be about the Endless World.

In addition to the Eternal Dominators of both Level-7 and Level-8 creatures of the Endless World, those innumerable Level-6 top creatures that would become a new generation of Dominators were the strongest.

As one of the top Stigmata Sorcerers in the Sorcerers World that were limited in numbers, Isotta might not have any real fight against too many Stigmata Sorcerers, but his prestige was out of his hands, and Grand Celestial Sorcerers had been removed through self-assertion. Only a scarce number of Grand Stigmata Sorcerers among the ranks of Stigmata Sorcerers could suppress or threaten others.

Likewise, some Stigmata Sorcerers were way too mysterious, even Black Isotta Stigmata Sorcerer had little contact with them. But overall, Black Isotta Stigmata Sorcerer was already at the top level of the Sorcerers World.

In other words, he was the top ranked World Lord of the Endless World.

However, even a powerful sorcerer like Black Isotta Stigmata Sorcerer, while traveling throughout the Endless World, had been defeated several times by powerful World Lords, and was even shocked by those unbelievable memories!

The Endless World was indeed too vast. Some worlds that possessed unique laws had given birth to some incredible, powerful creatures.

Even if they did not achieve Eternal Domination according to the so-called Laws of domination, the power they possessed had surpassed the level limit of individual creatures, and had even been able to destroy the Balanced Law level with their individual power.

For such incredibly powerful creatures, the systematic hierarchical distinction was obviously too reckless.

Although they did not possess the ability of an Eternal Dominator yet, they could already confront it directly!

It was precisely because of the knowledge that was beyond that of ordinary people, Black Isotta Stigmata Sorcerer did not give an answer, as he was in awe of the unknown.

“It turns out that the connection to a powerful world of fire elemental creatures was the plot of the World Lord who has escaped from the Acraepoid World. From the information within the crystal ball, at least ten World Lords have invaded this world. As for the most powerful World Lord within the Flame Giant Legion, there is no information for the time being.”

There was some anxiety in the voice of Dark Realms Stigmata Sorcerer.

Although the Sorcerers World Demon-Hunting expedition was advantageous in some cases, this was a civilization override, and there could be accidents in the hunting expedition!

These accidents were the reason for the expedition’s failure.

The information within the crystal ball in the hand of the Stigmata Sorcerer was obviously recorded by a Lesser Sorcerer, but he was only collecting information from a far distance.

A Flame Giant was generally more than thirty meters high, and there were hundred meters tall Flame Giants abound. They were truly well-deserved Flame Giants.

The earth trembled with a booming sound with every step they took, and the flames burned under their footprints, incessantly burning large areas of Abyss Mosses and turning them into ashes.

The Abyssal Demons, without the Sorcerer Will command, obviously could not cause too much of an obstacle to these Flame Giant legions which were Level-1 creatures at the least.

Mandala Stigmata Sorceress also let out a sigh.

They had captured the Soul Energy to open the door of knowledge of the foreign worlds, communicated using the knowledge of Foreign World Lords, obtained first-hand data and information from the Abyssal Summoners preliminary experiments from the Dawn Sages, and destroyed the civilization system of the Infernal Spirit World.

Now, all that was left was the final mission among all four missions, that was to kill the First Acraepoid King.

After all, the Abyssal Summoners were sent to the Acraepoid Kingdom by force, but because the Stigmata Sorcerers had not yet fully grasped the World Core, they could not accurately detect the hidden location of the First Acraepoid King. Therefore, they tried another method instead.

On the bright side, the goal was to destroy the spark of hope of the Acraepoid elites within the Acraepoid Kingdom. In fact, according to some in-depth information deep within the country, they could find the whereabouts of the First Acraepoid King!

Yet now, a big change had unexpectedly happened.

“The seven Abyssal Summoners are temporarily unable to show up. In the event of an accident, it is possible to truly experiment with the specific strengths of these Abyssal Summoners in order to find out whether they have the ability to stand against the Stigmata Sorcerers independently, similar to that of those Phaseless Ancient Demons of the Ancient Abyss World.”

Mandala Stigmata Sorceress paused, and then murmured, “For now, we will still follow the will of Seven Rings Celestial Sorcerer, and temporarily see if we can form a peaceful communication with the Foreign World Lords, and even introduce the Sorcerer Coalition.”

Introducing the Foreign World Lords into the Sorcerer Coalition had always been done when the Sorcerers World had an absolute advantage.

Currently, the opponent had more than a dozen World Lords, and even with some backup methods on the Void Fortresses, the Sorcerers World was obviously at a disadvantage.

The most important thing was…

Even if Seven Rings Celestial Sorcerer was determined to forcibly descend upon this medium-scale world, he would need some time to prepare, and it was impossible to execute an advent at any time.

As for forcibly descending upon the medium-scale world at this time, the cost Seven Rings Celestial Sorcerer had to bear was too great, so he had yet to determine whether or not to truly descend.

“It shouldn’t be possible. The Abyssal Summoner experiments were just the earliest distribution of Abyssal Secrets of the Abyss World Phaseless Ancient Demons cracked by the Dawn Sages. Now for those Abyssal Summoner Demon-Hunter Sorcerers, any Stigmata Sorcerer having the ability to break through the defenses of the outer Abyssal Demons and kill the power of the Summoners within could not be compared with the endless Abyssal Flying Dragons summoned by the Phaseless Ancient Demons. ”

Black Isotta Stigmata Sorcerer shook his head, apparently not being optimistic about the Abyssal Summoner experiments at this time.

As a previous witness of a Stigmata Sorcerer who had the honor of killing some Phaseless Ancient Demons, Isotta naturally knew the horrors of a Phaseless Ancient Demon.

Whether it was a lesser or a greater Phaseless Ancient Demon, as long as it was in an Abyssal Environment, it had extraordinary abilities.

Their abilities did not originate from themselves, but from the Abyss itself!

As for the power of the Abyss, the Sorcerers World was obviously still at the basic stage of cognition, and it was far from being comparable to that of the Phaseless Ancient Demons.

Under the black-and-white striped robes of Hourglass Stigmata Sorcerer, there was an eternal rustling sound like an hourglass flowing with endless sand.

Their eyes were set on the Demon-Hunter Sorcerers who were continuously being summoned back from all directions of this world, along with the the soul slave legions and some indigenous Broodmother race-like Infernal Spirit World creatures.

“Let’s do it according to the will of Seven Rings Celestial Sorcerer, and try to introduce them to the Sorcerer Coalition.”

Bone Bell Stigmata Sorcerer gave a low strange smile, as this Level-5 Stigmata Sorcerer walked toward Black Isotta Stigmata Sorcerer and said, “Since it is impossible to restart the gathering of all Sorcerer Powers of this world in a short amount of time, we let the cannon fodder of the fortress machinery dummies fight in order to minimize the possibility of war with that Unknown World. ”

“Ok.”

With a thump, Black Isotta closed the Sorcerer Book in his hand.

***

Three months later.

In the sky, the solid metal on the surface of the six Void Fortresses was glowing with cold blood like the hexacyclic Blood Moon high above the sky, with the muzzle of the artillery of destruction pointing toward a remotely-sensed direction, gathering the throbbing energy force.

There were more than three million Bright Sorcerer legions and more than one thousand three hundred meter long shark-like space vessels appearing in great numbers, covering a large area of the sky in an orderly manner.

Hundreds of thousands of Dark Sorcerers were either interspersed between or standing on top of the fortress, waiting for an order to make a vigorous and resolute move.

There were more than twenty million soul slave legions covering a large portion of the area in black. The power of these slave monsters was far from the “legion” of Grimm’s so-called tens of millions of Abyssal Demons, including some Abyssal Insects.

If compared in terms of strength, the nearly ten million Abyssal Demons summoned by Grimm in the Abyss were at most equivalent to the combat power of tens of thousands of soul slave armies.

Not to mention tens of thousands of Broodmothers that were gathered for the time being.

Each summoned Abyssal Summoner Demon Hunter was surrounded by millions of Abyssal Demons, while another Abyssal Summoner seemed to be carrying out some sort of special mission in every corner of this world.

At this time in the Grand Army, what really caught the attention of many Demon-Hunter Sorcerers was the emergence of groups of Mechanical Marionette armies!

Any Foreign World Expedition Void Fortress would have a million reserves of Mechanical Marionettes. This was the standard configuration of the Void Fortress and a basic rule point of the Void Fortress battle system.

Mechanical Marionettes served as cannon fodder of the ancient machinists. They were divided into three levels—Worker Ant level, Soldier Ant level, and General Ant level. These levels also met the minimum requirements of Level-1, Level-2 and Level-3 Anatomy Refinery Sorcerers.

However, little was known about the fact that the Ancient Sorcerers’ Mechanical Marionette technology actually had a fourth level, but a Mechanical Marionette with such a level was not cannon fodder in ancient times.

Its value was sufficient to replace dozens of space vessels!

For a Queen Ant-level Mechanical Marionette which possessed both intelligent Battle Marionettes and the soul core of the Mechanical Marionette legion, its strength was equivalent to that of either a Stigmata Sorcerer who had lost his source of Sorcerer Tower energy or an enhanced version of a Level-3 Great Sorcerer.
