Strongest Mage with the Lust system

Chapter 978: It’s Wrong Only For the Weak

‘If she doesn’t ask, I’ll tell her.’ He thought while looking at her and felt the fire of his desire ignite in his heart.

She was beautiful, sexy with all the curves, fully developed, in the right places and was filled with a mature woman’s charm. In other words, she was a proper MILF, who any man would want to claim as his.

And Max was in no way an exception. In fact, he wanted her even more because of the deliciousness of the relationship between them.

…

Unaware of the thoughts going on in his step-son’s mind, she lamented for a while that he had revealed his secret to her and Lan’er instead of keeping it a secret and silently becoming stronger.

Max had the urge to interrupt her several times and tell her why he had to tell Gu Lan, but he held back, waiting for her to get over it and hopefully become curious enough to ask this on her own.

After a while, Gu Ruolan finally shook her head.

“Forget it, since you already told us, it’s alright. But try not to reveal this to anyone other than our main family, alright?” She exhorted.

“Yes, I understand, Second Mother.” Max nodded in understanding.

“Mm.” Gu Ruolan hummed as a look of hesitation appeared on her face.

Seeing this, Max’s eyes lit up and said, “If you want to say something, then please say it without hesitation.”

Gu Ruolan took a deep breath and, wearing a solemn look on her face, asked, “Chen’er, can your legacy allow you reach Bone Refinement in the next half a year?”

Hearing this, Max could tell she wasn’t going to ask about his ‘Cultivation Art’. So he decided to take the matter into his own hands.

“Yes, Second Mother. I’m certain of that.” He confidently said.

Gu Ruloan’s face lit up and the deep seated exhaustion and worries in her eyes seemed to have vanished.

“Good, very good. Our Gu family can be saved.” She choked up, overcome with emotions.

After she slowly calmed down, she saw Max looking at her, appearing awkward and hesitant.

Her excitement ebbed away as she immediately thought there was some difficulty to his claim. Unconsciously tightening her grip on his arm, she asked, “What is it, Chen’er?”

“Second Mother, you can be rest assured that I can indeed reach the Bone Refinement within half a year, to do that I have to…”

An embarrassed look appeared on his face and he stopped speaking which made Gu Ruolan anxiously ask, “What do you have to do? Is it something very difficult given our family’s current situation?”

Cultivation required resources and as one rose through realms, the demand for them would only increase.

And because cultivation resources, may it be some pill, a spirit fruit, spirit beast meat or anything else, were always in a high demand and low in supply. This made them rare and very expensive.

This was the reason why ordinary people who didn’t earn much could never enter the cultivation path and become a cultivator.

When Gu Ruolan saw his troubled look, she immediately thought he needed resources, perhaps some of the more expensive ones, to rapidly increase his strength. She felt her guess was right because what else could make him hesitate but his family’s current financial condition?

Thus, she comfortingly said, “Don’t worry about it, Chen’er. Our family still has some money left and if need be, we can sell our shops—”

“No, Second Mother. I’m not worried about resources because I don’t need many of them to become stronger.” Max interrupted her with a shake of his head.

“Then?” Gu Ruolan looked at him in confusion.

“Second Mother, the legacy I received is a cultivation art. It’s very powerful and calling it miraculous wouldn’t be an understatement, but… it’s a bit perverted.” said Max with a bashful look on his face.

“Perverted?” Gu Ruolan muttered.

“Yes.” Max nodded and continued, “To activate it, I need to be having intercourse with women and the more emotionally close to these women I am, the more benefits I will receive.”

Gu Ruolan’s eyes widened in surprise, then her cheeks flushed, “It’s indeed very perverted.”

“Mm.” Max nodded in agreement, also looking bashful.

There was silence in the shop for a while, then Gu Ruolan’s eyes gleamed and she said, “Wasn’t there a girl in the Nie family who you liked? How about we marry her to you?”

Gu Chen’s memories stirred in his mind and Max understood who she was talking about. She was indeed Gu Chen’s childhood crush and fitted the requirements well, however…

“Second Mother, she is indeed someone I like and if it’s possible, I would like to marry her but just a single woman wouldn’t be enough because my cultivation art wouldn’t activate a second time within a day with the same woman.” Max explained.

“…I see.” Gu Ruolan paused, then suddenly she looked at him, her face a mask of disbelief.

“You said you told Lan’er too, right? And… you have that smell on you.” Her eyes widened even more as she spoke, “Don’t tell me you… did it with her?”

“Yes, I did.” Max nodded, lamenting the fact that he didn’t get rid of the smell on him before coming here.

“How could you… she is your sister.” Gu Ruolan threw his hand away and jumped to her feet, staring at him as if he was a monster.

Max’s expression hardened as he also stood up and said, “You are right, she is my sister, but to save our family, both she and I are willing to sacrifice anything.”

After a pause, he added, “Also don’t forget Second Mother that it’s only ordinary mortals and we weaker cultivators think that marrying or loving our blood relative is some sort of taboo that once committed would invite a heavenly tribulation.

Those stronger cultivation families don’t think the same. Don’t you know our City Lord who everyone respects and looks up to has recently married his niece? Why did he do it if there was something wrong? And why haven’t anyone judged him for it. Heck, let alone judging him, no one dares to say he has done something wrong.

They don’t dare say it not only because he is strong but because deep down they know it’s no crime. Also, didn’t you see how many people from those Noble Families came to congratulate him? Would they have done so if they thought he had done something wrong?”

Max spoke with such eloquence and such weight in his voice that Gu Ruolan, who was a traditional woman, found herself thinking that his words… made sense.

Seeing the thoughtful, though conflicting, expression on her face, Max took a deep breath while feeling relieved. At the same time, he began to slowly suppress his fully unleashed charm.

He wasn’t confident just the will to save the family and the facts he gave her would be enough to change her mind, so he had unleashed it without holding back.

He took the seat and began waiting for her response.

Because his charm wasn’t as powerful as it was back in the magic world due to his current body limiting it, he had thought it would take her some time to sort out her emotions and break her rooted beliefs.

However, just a few seconds later, he saw her regain her composure, then step towards him.

As he looked up at her, trying to suppress his burning excitement, she looked down at him with her blood-shot eyes.

Then the next second…

Slap!

His head uncontrollably twisted sideways from the impact while a burning pain assaulted the nerves on his cheek.

“…”

Max stared at her blankly, completely dumbfounded.
