Crossdressing To Survive An Apocalypse [BL]

”are you sure about this?” Yue looked at his watch. It was evening by now. Leaving the base, the temporary base they will be left all alone at night. The nights are the most intense. Just one night out there they had already spent almost fifty percent of their ammo, even with his mother replicating and making copies of the ammo and guns they would still not be able to fare out there.

He bit his lips, anxiously looking up at his sister.

Tian sat down next to him and gently touched Zara’s little foot. ”My little niece. Looks like your dad is thinking of something. Tell him we’ll all go to the tanning mill. Even though it’s in disarray, we can fix it up and use it as our temporary base, eh?” she smilingly looked up at Yue.

With a small frown, Yue nodded. ”Are we leaving right now?”

”Sooner the better. But we can try to stay the night too as you said. Give Zara to mum and go poke holes in the walls. I’ll have few of the soldiers have an eye out.” Tian gently touched his cheeks.

Yue was too worried right now. It was his decision to proceed in here even though they knew there were people in there. He trusted Murong but so many things had changed from his memory of his past life and his new life.

There is a fifty percent chance that the Murong they met today might not have any good intentions.

He did not wish to risk thousands of lives on a small percentage of chance.

He handed baby Zara to mum and gestured for fan to stay with them. With zi Chen and his sister he went around poking small holes in the walls of the hall.

Since it was a prison the walls were really made up of very thick bricks. Even so, his finger penetrated with ease.

Five of the soldiers who were well-rested were assigned to have look out for their safety.

Yue though had another idea. He squatted down in front of zi Chen and held his shoulders ”baby, are you feeling exhausted? Tired? Sleepy?”

He shook his head excitedly. ”Are we going to spy on them?”

”yes, I would like you to spy on them. Send in only one of your bees into the prison cell they are staying in and check the situation there yeah?”

”okey dokey,” zi Chen was super excited to contribute to their base’s safety. A swarm of bees lowered themselves from the ceiling surrounding him. He held up his finger and one bee, in particular, flew up to him and sat on his fingertip. ”I need you to go out and explore. Find that uncle we met when we came here.” he whispered to it.

The bee cleaned its body and legs and flew out of the small hole Yue had made.

Yue waited for his son.

Zi Chen’s bees slowly flew into the prison campus by infiltrating through open doors and vents. Inside he saw a lot of people.

”I see at least five hundred. They are all talking seriously,” he whispered.

Yue held his hand. ”You have to stop it if you feel slightly dizzy or sleepy, okay?”

”Hmm okey dad.”

Zi Chen followed along with the bees to look around. That family uncle that talked with his daddy was standing in a separate room talking to a guy in a white coat.

They both seemed to be arguing and that uncle slammed his fist on the table breaking it.

His bees do not have ears so he was only able to hear soft buzzing and a different type of white noise. Even so he did not give up.

he slowly flew his bee down and landed on the table right on top of the papers. With his bees enhanced sight, he slowly read the papers.

”T-top secret… research… rapid.. en….hancement?”

Yue glanced up at Tian. ”Does that say that anywhere?”

”Papers. I see papers on that uncle’s table. Its written there. Wait daddy I’ll read it.” He mumbled something under his breath. ”rapid modification lead….ing to…. mutation in humans and animals. But effective in… children. Cell division and DNA…. Modular… powerful and tamer…loosing brain control”

He suddenly saw a huge hand swat his face.

Zi Chen flinched and Fell to the ground.

”Zi Chen!” Yue picked him up hurriedly. ”What happened darling?”

Zi Chen just grinned softly. ”Someone swatted me….”

”Are you hurt anywhere?” Yue worriedly checked his body for injuries?”

”No just have a headache.” Z Chen mumbled hugging his daddy. ”Dad did you hear what I just read? I don’t understand much of it…ill work hard and learn to understand words,”

”My baby is just amazing,” Yue understood alright. he clearly understood what zi Chen read.

This base was doing human research!!

They were trying to create a powerful human with ability.

Tian frowned deeply ”the testing was a failure in fully grown adults and in animals but it was a success amongst children. Did that guy show any kind of interest In your kids?”

Yue gritted his teeth. Murong said that he was glad that he had children. ”i don’t know what to believe anymore. We’ll leave immediately.”

”Not right away. Let’s leave tomorrow at dawn. Take some rest. We have been too high-string for a while. Me and the few others will take care of things.” Tian assured him.

”where’s Hary?”

”he is in a corner sulking. Prisitsky relay did a number on him, man,” Tian grumbled loudly.

”Don’t worry Qian is devising a plan to find a cure. But in this space, he might not be able to work in peace. Lest build him a better lab in the tanning facility.” He smiled at her.

Tian grinned. ”yeah, we shall do that. Go on be with Zara I’ll check on Juda.” Tian shot up and left patting the back of her pants.

Yue walked over to his family along with his zi Chen in his arms.

”Is everything okay with him?” fan worriedly pulled the child close to him.

”Yes, but things are not looking great outside. These people here doing human testing. And I believe they are targeting our children. Fan, subtly have the men warn the ones with children to keep a good look on them. No one is going to go missing under her protection. We all shall leave tomorrow morning so rest up today.”
