Crossdressing To Survive An Apocalypse [BL]

”But where?” his mother’s question resounded in his mind. They did not have anywhere else to retreat. Their home was gone, plagued with thousands of zombies. As of now, they were trapped with the ice wall, but that too won’t last long. They can’t go back that route.

And they can’t proceed on this route as well.

The cattle will definitely chew through them like candy rocks.

He was stuck with the feeling of helplessness.

”I can help..” Chen suddenly whispered.

Yue glanced at him. ”w-what?”

”I can try to communicate with them. They seem intelligent,” he mumbled with a deep frown.

”No don’t let your bees close. They will get contaminated with this virus.” He warned him.

”No, I want to try.” To his surprise, his son rushed to lower the window.

”Mum, stop him!” he called out hurriedly. He was too busy dodging the fallen rocks on the ground to catch him.

His mum did not stop him, though. She helped open the window. She even had a careful hold on to his waist when he leaned half his body outside.

”Mum!”

”Trust the kid. Let him try. We have no hope anyway,”

Yue gritted his teeth. She was right. But putting his son at risk was not something he wanted to do even when he was in a dying state. ”Please just let him come in. We can try to dodge them. Or maybe we can drive past them. Mom! Dad, stop them!”

His dad gave a defeated smile. ”She has always been stubborn.”

”Mum! Chen! Listen to dad come here right now!”

Chen raised his head and let out a loud moo. It sounded cute in his childish voice.

”Chen!” he warned him once again,

To his surprise, there was another mooo that came from the distance. ”D-did that cow just moo back?”

Chen smiled and mooed again and again in different tones.

The cattle who were rushing towards them paused. They had a weird look in their eyes. Their dead, zombified eyes looked confused.

”Quick! Everyone! drive as fast as you can! Drive past them while they are dazed! Chen, keep doing whatever you are doing! Don’t let them move!”

Chen kept mooing loudly and the cattle seemed quite distracted for a while.

But as their cars passed, they seemed to regain their vigor and started to chase after them. Their speed was unmatched. They were literally running parallel to the car that was driving at 100 km/hr, which was concerning.

”Your peace talks failed. Come in,” Yue hurriedly grabbed Chen’s trousers and dragged him in. ”roll up the windows now! Fan, get inside! Start using thunder instead!”

Fan Xui ditched the rocket launcher and climbed in hurriedly.

Just as he closed his window, nearby cattle rammed into them, almost pushing them to the military jeep driving close by.

”Seat belts!” Yue shouted as he tried his best to keep the car under control.

The other car was not in better shape than this. Qian, who was an inexperienced driver was trying his best to keep the car steady as the cattle kept ramming into them. One of the cattle even took a bite of his door. ”Shit. We can’t outrun them.”

Peng Peng’s animal ears twitched as he anxiously moved in his seat. ”What will we do?”

”Can we shoot them down?” uncle wen asked from behind.

”I have guns and bullets!” Juda added enthusiastically.

”Even a rocket launcher can’t take them down. Bullets will be like a mosquito bite to them.” Qian gritted his teeth as he dodged another incoming cattle’s butt hit.

”I can try something.” Prisitsky suddenly added.

No one answered. Everyone here knew that Prisitsky was ability less just like Qian was. They did not care about that at all. No one discriminated against them in the base.

”Do you have any corroding acid that we can toss at them?” win looked at him with interest.

”no. I have another powerful weapon. But we need all the cars to stop when I deploy it,” he said with a grim look on his face.

Qian frowned. ”What is it?”

”Something powerful.

”Not going to say?”

”you’ll see in a minute.” he leaned forward and took the walkie-talkie. ”Everyone, stop the cars in the count of ten. Do not move. Roll up your windows. and if your windshield or windows are broken, use anything to shield it with.”

Yue and everyone else heard this. ”Prisitsky, what is it? what is your plan?”

”I have a weapon I can deploy. But I am going to need your father’s ability as well. does he have that mutated pea plant with him?”

Yue glanced back. His dad nervously nodded. ”He does.”

”In the count of ten, all cars, jeeps, and buses must stop. No one must move. That is the only rule. Moving is going to end up causing lives,” he said through the connected line.

Yue glanced out at the other car.

unlike his usual jovial smile, Prisitsky had a stern look on his face.

”Okay, I trust your plan is good, everyone did you get the order? Stop at the count of ten. Do not move. barricade any open windows or doors.” He placed the walkie down and glanced at his dad. ”You ready?”

”I was born ready.” he took out the small pea plant that he always had in his pocket and placed it close to the window. Rolling it down slightly, he let it spread all across the car’s roof.

”Ten… nine…”

A Zombie cow rammed into his right side.

Yue felt the car door smash to his side. That door was most likely not salvageable or useable any more.

”Eight… seven…. Six….five…. four… three”

Qian, who was in control of the car, glanced at the scientist close to him. ”What are you going to do?’

”Something I must have done at the base.”

”Will it work? Worth the risk?” he asked again.

Dr Prisitsky just gave him a confident smile. ”Do you think I will bring out a failed product? I’m not like you Qian. I’m the best at what I do.”

Qian gritted his teeth. ”I so badly want to punch his face,”

Peng Peng patted his back soothingly.

”Two…. one.”

All the cars’ jeeps and buses came to a stop.

The cattle that were running at a high speed couldn’t control their momentum and ran ahead of them.

Prisitsky threw open the door and rushed out.

”Hey!”

The mad man glanced back with a smirk. ”Just watch what I do. Uncle, ready with the pea plant!”
