Crossdressing To Survive An Apocalypse [BL]

Yue froze, looking at this sight. The west side of the city was completely overrun. He could spot a few of the zombies attacking the civilians living nearby. It was too late….

It was too late to do anything.

Their tankers and all of their heavy machinery were caught in this narrow market road and will take a long time to reverse them and move them.

Their ability users were completely wiped, fighting the hordes of zombies that had infiltrated last night. They did not have the energy to have an all out war again.

The base….. it was no longer safe.

He felt a warm hand gently clutch his own. ”Retreat! Fall back! Processed with the evacuation!” Fan shouted through the microphone.

For a split second all the ability users paused and glanced their way.

”move darn it!! Move it!” he screamed pulling Yue behind him. he gently pinched his finger tips. ”Yue snap out of it. I need you to go home and bring everyone. We are going to exit the base through the east as planned. The food has to be moved. Juda and Jamie are an incharge of it and they will take care of it. You and Tian are in charge of bringing them all safely outside,”

Yue glanced at him blankly. ’what about you?”

”I’m going to the barracks. There are too many people if there are not orderly. We might be able to escape out of this hell hole.”

Yue tightly held his hand. ”can’t I come with you.”

”No not this time. I need you to safeguard little Chen and the others. Can you do that?” he glanced back with a small smile. ”Only my Yue is capable of doing that.”

Yue silently bit his trembling bottom lip/

The reality hit him right then. Their home that he has spent almost two years in….. was gone. They no longer had a base to safely live in.

the safe walls had been breached…

he let the tears flow down his face as he dashed through the street.

Noticing his sister weakly leaning against the tanker, he rushed to her and looped an arm around her waist. He gently threw her over his shoulder and ran.

”You don’t have to lift me like this,” she said grunting.

”We don’t have much time. We have to evacuate.” He glanced at Fan who ran ahead of him with the soldiers. he glanced back and gave him a small salute. ”Fan! You better come back safely tp me. you are my husband. And today is our wedding night, you bozo! Remember that!”

Fa’s chuckle could be heard even though all the clamor.

Yue silently wiped his face and rushed to uncle wen’s house.

Just after entering the gates, he noticed a huge vine wrap around his leg and the nearby corn fields weirdly shifted towards him as if blocking the way.

”Dad its me!” he shouted.

Realizing the villa was far away and his father could not possibly hear him. he silently grunted in frustration.

Right then he noticed a huge swarm of bees right over his head.

”Chen! Its dad! Let me in!”

Just as he said that the vine around his legs retreated and so did the corn field. His dad’s powers were quite awesome to be honest. He was able to control so many plants in a huge range. And usually, he carried a small vine of the pea plant from their house in a small pot.

It acted as a personal safety for them.

He rushed to the villa and before he could even open the door everyone rushed out.

His mom worriedly glanced at Tian. ”What is wrong with her? Doctor. Trexa! Heal her. Someone help her!” she shouted.

”mum it’s not the time to panic! We need to leave right now!” he hurriedly ran in. his son was silently standing near his father. ”Chen ah. Come here.””

”dad… where is… where is daddy…”

”he is coming right behind us. Right now, we need to leave. take a weapon or a gun from your aunt. Can we do that? Peng Peng help me out here,” he pulled down Tian who was weak, to her knees and collapsed to the floor.

They all rushed to the basement.

Juda and Jamie were already ready with a huge duffle bag. ”I have loaded everything in our spaces…” suddenly, her worriedly eyes fell in Tian. ”is she wounded?”

”no just tired. Come on everyone get in a car and drive. we are moving out through the east.”

Uncle wen frowned. ”There is no gate there.”

”well we are going to make one,” Yue got into the driver’s seat. Tian was beside him. on the back seat Juda and zi Chen got in. Following him the huge puppy coco also jumped in. It was quite cramped inside.

So his dad, mum, Hary, Prisitsky Peng Qian, and others had to take the next car, which had a lot more space than this one.

”Peng Peng you drive the car. Hary you are in charge of their safety…..”

His mum put her face out the window. ”Yue I’ve duplicated a few bags of weapons. Here,” she tossed it to him. but since it was quite heavy it landed on the ground. ”Oops sorry, wait I’ll bring it over to you,” she was struggling to open the door.

”I’ll get it,” Yue rushed out of the driver’s seat and picked up the three bags of weapons. he tossed it in the back seat at Juda for safekeeping and jumped in. ”everyone, move out! We need to drive fast and in an orderly fashion! Got it!”

Hary nodded to him and his car drive out of the basement first.

Yue drove out after them.

The road was a mess with survivors running amok. A few of them even tapped on their car windows begging them to take them in.

Yue tightly clenched his jaw. There was no order here. The evacuation process was going to be a mess.

If it was delayed for too long, then… Fan will be caught up in this mess.
