Cutesy Wife Sweet Like Honey: Mr. Mu's Nightly Dote!

Chapter 859: Chapter 902: Husband and Wife Relationship

Mu Rufeng said softly, ”Do you want me to watch it with you, and I can also explain it to you!”

”Mm!” Ye Anxin nodded, slowly disentangling herself from Mu Rufeng’s arms and sitting back down on the chair.

Mu Rufeng initially thought of sitting on the chair and having Ye Anxin sit on his lap! But seeing her already seated, he said nothing more and went to fetch a stool to sit beside her.

The video continued playing, and Ye Anxin watched attentively while Mu Rufeng smiled and explained by her side!

In some parts, when he got excited, he would laugh out loud! It was apparent that at the time of the wedding, he was very happy!

Listening to Mu Rufeng’s explanation and watching the video, gradually, some blurry memory fragments seemed to start appearing in Ye Anxin’s mind!

By the time the video finished, more than an hour had passed!

Mu Rufeng held Ye Anxin’s hand, placing it on his thigh, and gently asked, ”How is it? Do you remember anything?”

Ye Anxin frowned, racking her brain for a while, then said reluctantly, ”A little... but it’s still very blurry, not very clear!”

Mu Rufeng quickly comforted with a smile, ”No problem! In a couple of days, I’ll take you to see a psychologist! The doctor mentioned that in your case, hypnosis might help you remember past events! But if you really can’t remember, it’s fine! Anyway, we have plenty of time ahead, as long as we’re together, it doesn’t matter if you recall the past or not!”

Hearing this, Ye Anxin’s eyes lit up, excitedly saying, ”Really? Can hypnosis really help recall past events?”

Mu Rufeng nodded and explained, ”Sometimes it can, sometimes it can’t, it depends on the extent of memory loss! But we can give it a try! No matter what method, as long as there’s a glimmer of hope, we should try it, don’t you think?”

Ye Anxin hurriedly said, ”Then take me tomorrow! I want to remember the past immediately!”

Mu Rufeng smiled and patted her hand, helplessly saying, ”Not tomorrow! The experts require an appointment in advance! I promise you, I’ll make an appointment for you tomorrow, and once the time is set, I’ll take you there! Don’t worry, in the meantime, I’ll slowly tell you about our past bit by bit!”

Because during the time the hypnotherapist was working with Ye Anxin, they mentioned that if an individual’s willpower is too strong and their memories too deeply ingrained, it becomes challenging to erase and implant new memories! Sometimes, one attempt may not be successful, and multiple sessions are necessary!

After Ye Anxin woke up this time, she found that the false memories implanted by the hypnotherapist into her mind seemed vague and unclear!

This was enough to prove that, in her subconscious, she was very resistant to forgetting past events and unwilling to accept the new identity arranged for her!

The hypnotherapist said that for people with such strong willpower, one session of hypnosis isn’t enough; follow-up sessions are necessary to reinforce their intended memories repeatedly!

So, as it stands now, she must take Ye Anxin for a few more sessions to reinforce those memories into her mind repeatedly!

Otherwise, there’s no guarantee she won’t remember past events one day.

Hearing that, Ye Anxin could only lower her eyelids in disappointment, ”Is that so? Alright then!”

Mu Rufeng smiled gently, appearing harmless, ”It’s late, take your medication and go to sleep! I’ll get your medicine!”

”Mm!” Ye Anxin, unsuspecting, nodded obediently.

Soon, Mu Rufeng brought water and medicine for Ye Anxin! Ye Anxin took the medicine and water and swallowed the medicine down in one go.

”Let’s go to bed!” After Ye Anxin swallowed the medicine, Mu Rufeng placed her water cup on the desk and led her hand towards the double bed.

Following behind Mu Rufeng, watching as he led her towards the bed, Ye Anxin’s spine stiffened, wondering what she should do if he wanted to do that later? Comply? Or resist?

Originally, doing such things between husband and wife was normal! But, she felt a resistance, a dislike in her heart! Even she didn’t know why!

As they got closer to the bed, Ye Anxin became so nervous that her palms were sweating.

Mu Rufeng led her to sit on the edge of the bed, placed her hand on his thigh, opened her palm, and seeing it covered in sweat, smiled gently, saying in a warm voice, ”What’s wrong with you? Why are your palms so sweaty?”

Ye Anxin replied nervously, ”I... I... I don’t know! It might be cold sweat!”

Mu Rufeng nonchalantly raised an eyebrow, gazing deeply at Ye Anxin, licking his lips, and with his Adam’s apple moving down, he rasped, ”Xiaoman... I... I want to...!”

Hearing Mu Rufeng’s words, Ye Anxin felt her heart drop instantly to the bottom.

Even though Mu Rufeng didn’t say it outright, Ye Anxin was an adult; if she couldn’t discern the meaning in his words, then she was too pretentious.

Ye Anxin felt a strong resistance, a strong dislike, wanting to say no!

However, thinking about it, she realized she seemed to have no grounds to refuse! Moreover, Mu Rufeng was indeed very good to her! Gentle and considerate! She couldn’t find a reason to reject such a man!

Seeing that Ye Anxin hadn’t spoken, assuming she agreed, Mu Rufeng felt a joy in his heart, holding Ye Anxin’s hand with one hand and gently gripping her chin with the other, raising her head softly, his attractive thin lips slowly getting closer.

As Mu Rufeng approached, Ye Anxin could almost smell the fragrance of his shower gel and his masculine scent.

Watching Mu Rufeng’s lips getting closer, Ye Anxin’s brows furrowed tight, her hands clenched into fists in tension! Not only her palms, but her forehead and body were also covered in countless beads of sweat.

If it weren’t for her strong willpower, she might have lost control and pushed him away forcibly!

But thinking about their relationship, Ye Anxin ultimately endured it! Closing her eyes, she simply stopped seeing, allowing Mu Rufeng’s spinach-like lips to land on her red lips.

As his thin lips touched her, Ye Anxin felt her spine stiffen, her whole body like a robot, not moving at all.

So many years later, this was Mu Rufeng’s first time kissing Ye Anxin’s lips! In that moment when he kissed her soft lips, he only felt a rush of emotion!

Previously, even when they were in a relationship, the most intimate actions were limited to kisses on the cheek and forehead! Not to mention making love, their lips hadn’t even touched!

He never imagined that one day he would kiss those long-desired lips, able to press this woman beneath him to love and cherish deeply!
