Cutesy Wife Sweet Like Honey: Mr. Mu's Nightly Dote!

Chapter 8: Chapter 8: Clinging Shamelessly

However, instead of running towards the elevator, she dashed straight into the CEO’s office.

At the moment she forcibly pushed the door open, time seemed to stand still!

The beautiful secretary holding the phone was stunned, Pete, who was discussing matters with Mu Beiting, was stunned, and even the always composed and self-controlled Mu Beiting looked up at her.

Seeing Pete and Mu Beiting looking at her, Ye Anxin awkwardly scratched her head, ”Hehe... Sorry, sorry, I didn’t mean to...!”

The beautiful secretary immediately snapped back to her senses, hurriedly put down the phone, and chased after her. Upon seeing Mu Beiting’s icy face, she quickly said, ”CEO, I’m sorry, this lady barged in just as I was calling the security room. I’ll take her out right away!”

Before the beautiful secretary could take action, Ye Anxin quickly ran behind Mu Beiting’s desk and placed the lunchbox on the table in front of him, ”Uncle, Uncle, I brought you food, don’t kick me out! I worked hard to make this meal for you, at least have a taste!”

Mu Beiting looked at the important documents being pressed under the lunchbox, his expression unchanged, but the temperature in his eyes dropped a few degrees.

Noticing Mu Beiting’s displeasure, Pete quickly stood up and pulled out the documents from under the lunchbox, respectfully saying, ”Madam, the CEO has very important business to attend to right now. How about I have the driver take you home?”

After hearing Pete’s words, the beautiful secretary was momentarily at a loss.

This woman... Is this woman really the CEO’s wife?

How could such a high-class CEO marry a wild girl who doesn’t understand any etiquette? Wasn’t it said that the CEO’s wife is Su Yuexin, the daughter of the Su Family?

Having come this far, Ye Anxin wasn’t willing to just leave, so she quickly squatted down, wrapped her arm around Mu Beiting’s, and rubbed her head against it, ”Uncle, please don’t make me go! If you have important matters now, I’ll wait for you in the lounge or outside! I want to have dinner with you!”

Ye Anxin’s bold move nearly made Pete’s jaw drop.

This... Does this CEO’s wife not know that our CEO has a cleanliness obsession? Look at her, all dirty like that. It’s over, it’s over, the CEO is definitely going to get angry.

Pete coughed, bracing himself as he said, ”Madam, let me take you home first! The CEO is very busy right now!”

”No!” Ye Anxin shook her head without hesitation, making it clear she wouldn’t give up until Mu Beiting tried her meal.

Mu Beiting’s thin lips pressed tightly into a line. He withdrew his arm from her grasp, and then pulled out some tissues from the box on the table to meticulously wipe where Ye Anxin had touched.

Seeing Mu Beiting’s reaction, Pete broke into a cold sweat. Before Ye Anxin could be thrown out by Mu Beiting, he quickly turned around and said to the beautiful secretary, ”Judy, quickly escort Madam out! Then send a car to take her home!”

”I don’t want to go home!” Ye Anxin ignored Pete’s well-intentioned advice, gripping tightly onto the genuine leather armchair where Mu Beiting sat.

Pete was in a hurry and was about to speak when their CEO spoke, ”Everyone out!”

Pete breathed a sigh of relief, nodded towards Ye Anxin, and turned to walk out the door.

Judy stood there, biting her lower lip, unwillingly glanced at Ye Anxin, and then turned to leave with Pete.
