Picking Up a Gorgeous CEO for a Wife

Chapter 990: Chapter 0990: New Formula

“You really know you were wrong? I can’t see it. What did I just say?” Qin Yu’s gaze was menacing.

“Just now, big brother asked me to apologize to Brother Erniu and Master Hu and to properly line up.”

“So, you deliberately ignored my words? I told you to line up properly, and what were you doing? Where were you going? Were you looking for your backer?”

“No! Really, no! I went to do a cold compress, to put on my face.” Wang Pixi’s face turned green with fright, he truly was looking for his backer!

But how could he dare to say that?

“I think you’re still asking for a beating!”

“No, no, no, I’ll line up, I’ll line up, isn’t that enough?”

Qin Yu snorted coldly, “Seeing as you’re so mindless, I must make you learn your lesson. You will march back and forth in line until there’s no line left to stand in at the cafeteria.”

“Yes…”

Wang Pixi became the joke of the beverage factory, continuously standing in line in the cafeteria for nearly half an hour.

Even when Qin Yu and Li Erniu went to a corner to eat, Wang Pixi didn’t dare sneak away, fearing Qin Yu might suddenly appear!

In Wang Pixi’s mind, Qin Yu had become the incarnation of a demon!

For Qin Yu, this was just a minor punishment for Wang Pixi. If Wang Pixi could recognize his mistakes and truly change his ways, perhaps Qin Yu wouldn’t hold it against him!

After all, training an excellent warehouse keeper takes time.

“Erniu, is this young brother new here?” During the meal, Hu Baoguo looked at Qin Yu with an admiring gaze.

“Yes, his name is Qin Yu, he’s the new security guard.”

“Erniu, you guys were too impulsive! You shouldn’t have stood up for this old man just now! Wang Pixi’s backer is Tian Peng! Tian Peng is the third-largest shareholder of the Su Group!”

Hu Baoguo looked at them with a worried gaze.

“Uncle, please don’t worry, my background is much bigger than Wang Pixi’s! If he doesn’t seek people out and can genuinely reform, perhaps I will let him off this time, but if he dares to seek help,

hehe, then I won’t be polite!”

Hu Baoguo gently shook his head, clearly thinking Qin Yu was just talking big.

“Ah, let it be! If you two really get fired, I’ll take you to Tian Xin Beverage Factory.”

“Tian Xin Beverage Factory?” Qin Yu and Li Erniu exchanged glances, unsure of what was going on.

“Xiao Qin, you’re new here, so you might not know. Tian Xin Beverage Factory used to also belong to the Su Clan. After Director Xiang passed away, Director Xiang’s secretary set up her own operation and started this Tian Xin Beverage Factory.”

“So, Director Xiang’s secretary is called Tian Xin?” Qin Yu’s eyes lit up.

“Yes, Tian Xin followed Director Xiang. After his death, she didn’t want to continue working for Su Xinghe, so she bought some equipment from him, rented a factory space, and started her own business.”

“I wonder what kind of treatment Uncle Hu gets at Tian Xin Beverage Factory?” Qin Yu asked with a smile.

“It’s the same as here, but the difference is, over there they will allocate some funds for me to research new formulas!” Hu Baoguo’s eyes gleamed when he spoke about new formulas.

“New formulas? What new formulas?”

Qin Yu’s eyes brightened; he felt like he might have found a way to revive the beverage factory!

“Now that life is more affluent, everyone pays attention to Health Cultivation, so I’m planning to develop a health beverage!”

“That’s a great idea! Indeed, modern people’s primary concern is health! Uncle Hu, do you have any leads yet?”
