The Adventures of an Overpowered Knight in Another World

Chapter 210: Chapter 210- The Excited Village Chief’s Wife

RUMBLE... it was as if lightning rumbled, Kevin’s world collapsed just like that. Drip.. drip... it was unknown what kind of expression he was making, his vision was blurry, and his throat felt choked for some reason.

Then, turning around, the boy ran away. Everyone was shocked, they all knew that Kevin was slow and his talent was practically at the bottom, which is why he was still unable to learn any skill.

Though the squire did make up for it with his excellent sword techniques and physical stats. It was only now when the commander mentioned it in front of everyone did they learn that Kevin was still unable to learn any skill, not because he was slow or talentless.

But because he was born with a Nil stat in mana. Though they were shocked, they did not question the commander. Well, except for one.

”Hey, you didn’t have to say it like that. Kevin is trying his best on his own way, you know. He never slacks off and trains twice as hard as anyone else. If anything, he should be praised for his efforts and dumbness to never give up. Not shoeed with those cruel words like that”.

Gwen spoke, her expression filled with anger. As Kevin’s friend, she knew him better than anyone, which was why she could tell how he was feeling right now. In that moment, she was so emotional that she even forgot who she was talking to.

Reinhardt did not mind, and he did not stop her, even when she left the training grounds. He simply sighed and hoped that the knight seedling would find his way back up again. That’s right, he believed that Kevin could come out of the abyss that he was in right now.

”All of you, get to practising your skills”.

With the show over, the members of the temple of light got back to work.

Following his daily routine, Reinhardt arrived at his office at exactly 8 o clock. His assistant Melissa was already waiting for him inside. Her dress and get up sexy and immaculate as ever.

”Lord Governor,” She bowed, giving him a generous view of her cleavage and the underwear she was wearing today. Reinhardt nodded, sitting by his desk.

”What is my schedule today?”.

Melissa pulled up a file and started iterating the meetings and business he had today. As ever, his schedule was packed tight.

”Cancel the ones in the evening. I have some prior business to attend to today”.

He had promised the village chief who came to his office yesterday to heal his wife. The process might take some time. As such, he needed to reschedule some of his business for tomorrow.

”I see.” When Melissa was informed of the reason, she nodded her head.

”By the way, Lord Governor. You didn’t just agree to heal her for free right?” With her eyes half closed and her face leaning in, she looked quite scary.

”Of course I didn’t,” Reinhardt then pointed out the gift he received from the couple and its secret use. Of course, he did not reveal everything. Only parts that made it a little special.

”I can’t believe it. These seemingly ordinary leaves have such great effects?”

Melissa looked at the leaves, inspecting them through her eyes.

”If you want, I can give you a vial. Since it increases concentration, it should be quite helpful to you too.” Saying that, he passed a vial he prepared for the training of his knights to her.

Melissa drank it without doubting his words, and soon, she was starting to feel its effect.

”This!! It really does work!!” Her eyes opened wide in surprise.

Thanks to the Myrrh leaves, she was exceptionally efficient today. By the time it was afternoon, they were already done with most of the work.

”This should clear your schedule for today,” Melissa spoke to Reinhardt, who had just inaugurated the opening of a new city hall.

”I see, well then we should get moving then” Having finished with the task here, Reinhardt grabbed Melissa and jumped through the air, quickly arriving at the mansion.

Now there was only one last task remaining, and then he would be free. He stretched his body and headed for the room assigned to the couple.

Inside, the village chief and his wife, who were already informed by the maids of his arrival beforehand, were waiting for him.

”Greetings to the Governor,” Karl spoke, extremely nervous. Today, his wife was finally going to be healed; how could he not be nervous?

”Please take care of me,” Delicia added, performing a knightly bow.

Reinhardt acknowledged their presence before getting directly to business. ”As I promised before, I am here to heal you. Do you have any questions or concerns before we begin?”

Delicia shook her head, and Karl had no idea what was going on, so he did not say anything.

”In that case, please lie down on the bed”.

The wife following his instructions laid down on the bed, her soft voluptuous curves made tantalising shapes as she moved.

Reinhardt eyes moved from her toe to her head, scanning every inch of her body. Of course, he was using the [Eyes of Divine Clarity] to pinpoint her injured areas and their spread.

That said, he had to admit, this woman was quite well endowed. Not only was she beautiful, she possessed a body that was the fantasy of every man.

As she lay there defenceless and with a slight blush on her face, she looked simply irresistible. Thankfully, he was suppressing his [Endless Ardor] from the start as such, it did not have an opportunity to trigger.

Having scanned every inch of the extremely seductive body of the woman lying on top of the bed and identifying her injured areas, he then began the healing process.

He leaned forward and grabbed her hands, his fingers pressing on her soft and well toned body.

”[Radiant Renewal]” He muttered the name of his overpowered healing skill inside his heart and inserted the effects into her body through their skin contact.
