School Beauty's Personal Crazy Young Master

Chapter 423: Chapter 477 Going Up the Mountain

Seeing that Chen Nan didn’t react for a long while, Yun Fei pushed him and said, ”Hey, are you going to carry me or not?”

”Carry, of course I’ll carry.”

Chen Nan glanced at her long legs, smooth and fair as if dripping with water, and quickly took off his backpack, ”But, who will hold this thing?”

”Give it to me.”

Su Yixuan reached out to take it, but Su Qingqing snatched it away, ”You’re already sweating, let me carry it.”

Su Yixuan felt a warmth in her heart and smiled without saying anything.

However, Yun Fei beside her rolled her eyes and said, ”Hey, I’m your sister too, okay? How come I’ve never seen you be so considerate to me?”

Su Qingqing stuck out her tongue, ”You became sworn sisters with my sister, that’s between you two, I don’t have a sister like you!”

Even though she said that, in her heart she still considered Yun Fei family. Otherwise, she wouldn’t have been heartbroken and crying when Yun Fei was shot in the chest and in danger of losing her life.

”You heartless little brat, too heartless.”

Yun Fei scolded with a smile, but she knew that Su Qingqing was just teasing.

Su Qingqing shook her head and pouted cutely at her, making Yun Fei not know whether to laugh or cry. She turned to Chen Nan and said, ”Chen Xiaonan, what are you standing there for? Kneel down!”

”Are you ordering me around?”

Chen Nan frowned, ”Your tone is really annoying me. Now I’m giving you a chance to ask me nicely, hurry up and apologize and beg me to carry you, otherwise...”

”Otherwise nothing.”

Before Chen Nan could finish speaking, Yun Fei jumped onto his back, ”Still ask you? You wish. Before you even called me only one meter twenty tall, I’m already being pretty nice not scolding you.”

Chen Nan glanced back at her, ”Can you be a bit more gentle? In broad daylight, you just jump on me like that, like some kind of female hooligan, won’t you die if you’re a bit more reserved!”

Yun Fei laid against his back with her arms around his neck, ”Stop talking nonsense and hold my legs properly, and carry me.”

Her legs...

Chen Nan, as if injected with adrenaline, said nothing and quickly stood up while carrying her.

His fingers pinched her leg, the skin was still so fine, soft and smooth.

”How does it feel?”

Su Qingqing suddenly asked.

”Very good...”

Chen Nan blurted out, then suddenly realized what he said and quickly turned around to walk up the mountain, ”I didn’t say anything.”

”Pfft...”

The two Su sisters couldn’t help but laugh out loud.

They both understood Chen Nan’s nature of taking advantage very well.

Especially Su Yixuan, who had experienced it profoundly.

Back when she was in danger in the woods and had been drugged, Chen Nan saved her. Although he didn’t take advantage of her in her vulnerable state, she was certain that he had explored every inch of her body that night...

This guy might not be a beast, but he definitely wasn’t a perfect gentleman either.

The only term Su Yixuan could think of was ”both righteous and evil.”

On the way up the mountain, since Su Yixuan and Su Qingqing were walking behind, Chen Nan also couldn’t do anything to Yun Fei and just held her legs properly, step by step, up the mountain.

Despite this, the soft and comfy thing pressing against his back still made him feel extremely comfortable.

Every religion has its own traditions.

Taoist temples are usually built on the mountaintops, while Buddhist temples are often found midway up the mountain, or on the mountain’s neck.

Baiyun Temple on Huilong Mountain is located on the mountain’s neck. Chen Nan and his companions had walked about five hundred meters when they arrived at the temple’s entrance.

”Let’s go worship Buddha first, and then we can play at the mountain’s peak,” Su Yixuan suggested.

Yun Fei shook her head, ”I’m not going to worship!”

”Why not?”

With a pout, Yun Fei replied, ”That Buddha is too mean! I came here to worship, yet he didn’t bless me. Instead, I sprained my ankle on the way up, so I’m really angry.”

”Uh...”

Su Yixuan was speechless for a moment, then laughed, ”We’re already here, so let’s just go and pay our respects. I’ve heard that the Bodhisattvas here are very spiritual.”

Yun Fei shook her head firmly, ”You go. I’m not going.”

Chen Nan said, ”How about you guys go ahead, and I’ll just wait here with Yun Fei.”

”Well... alright, then. We sisters will go and pray on your behalf,” Su Yixuan chuckled, pulling the frolicking Su Qingqing as they headed inside the temple.

At that moment, coming from the direction of the mountain’s ascent, those sinister eyes appeared once again.

...

After watching Su Yixuan and the others leave, Chen Nan turned and glanced at Yun Fei, ”My dear, did you sprain your ankle on purpose?”

”What nonsense are you spouting?” Yun Fei shook her head, ”I’m not an idiot. Why would I intentionally hurt myself? That would be like asking for trouble.”

Chen Nan sighed, ”Who knows? Maybe you like me and wanted to get closer to me. So you pretended to sprain your ankle to have me carry you. My dear, that’s quite a clever move!”

”Pah!”

Yun Fei looked at him with disdain, ”Narcissist. I’m not blind, how could I possibly like you, you lecherous creep.”

Chen Nan grinned, ”Isn’t there a saying, ’familiarity breeds fondness’? We had fun all night that day, don’t tell me you have no feelings?”

Yun Fei was startled for a moment.

Could the meaning of ’familiarity breeds fondness’ be so sleazy and vulgar?

”You lecherous scoundrel, a perfectly elegant idiom becomes filthy once you twist its meaning,” Yun Fei said sharply as she pinched Chen Nan’s ear.

Chen Nan nodded, ”Indeed, that idiom is sophisticated and imposing, it analyzes emotions so thoroughly.”

”Thorough your head,” Yun Fei rolled her eyes at him, ”When Qingqing and the others were around, you acted all righteous, but the moment they left, you returned to your lecherous self, totally shameless.”

A look of feigned sadness crossed Chen Nan’s face, ”My dear, I meticulously analyze human emotions for you, and yet you call me a lecher, say I’m shameless. That really hurts.”

Yun Fei sealed his mouth with her finger, ”You’re spouting nonsense, and still have the nerve to speak, just shut up.”

Looking at her hand, Chen Nan’s eyes widened, ”Hey, you just touched your foot with that hand, and now you’re covering my mouth with it, geez.”

”Uh...”

Yun Fei giggled and moved her hand away, ”How is it? My hand smells nice, doesn’t it?”

”What nice smell, it reeks,” Chen Nan grumbled, though inside he had to admit there was a faint pleasant scent; whether it came from her hand or foot, however, was another matter.

”Dear one, you should always be honest,” Yun Fei whispered softly into his ear, her tone teasing, ”Come on, tell the truth. If you do, there’s a reward for you tonight.”
