Super Rich by Doing as You Please

’Ugh, men are all trash!’

After Wang Sisi left, Xu Yun smiled at Zhang Jiaxin. ”Are you here to suck up to your new boss too?”

”No, it’s just...”

”Alright, come upstairs with me. My friend is still waiting for you to teach her how to work out.”

”Oh.”

The two of them went up to the second floor. Li Jinshu got off the treadmill and said, ”Where did you go? What took you so long?”

”I went to buy something.”

Li Jinshu asked doubtfully, ”Buy what?”

”Here, this.” Xu Yun handed her the contract and said, ”Take a look.”

Li Jinshu took it and was instantly shocked. ”You actually spent 8.5 million to buy this place? Are you crazy?! Why?”

Li Jinshu knew Xu Yun’s capabilities; she didn’t doubt for a second that he could afford it.

She just felt it wasn’t a good deal.

Why buy a gym that was on the verge of bankruptcy?!

”Because if this place goes out of business, I won’t have anywhere to work out.”

Xu Yun explained, ”And I don’t want to go somewhere far away. It’s nice having a place near home.”

”So you bought this entire place just for your own convenience to work out?”

”Is there a problem with that?”

”No problem. As long as you’re happy.” Li Jinshu didn’t even want to roast Xu Yun anymore.

’So impulsive. Way too impulsive.’

’But then again, ever since I’ve known him, he’s always been impulsive with his money, doing as he pleases!’

Xu Yun asked, ”Are you interested in this gym?”

”Why are you asking?”

Xu Yun said quietly, ”Well, since I bought it, someone needs to manage it. You know I’m lazy.”

”So... you’re not thinking of handing it over to me, are you?”

”Yes, that’s exactly what I was thinking. You’re not busy right now anyway, so this is the perfect thing to keep you occupied.”

”Are you kidding me?”

Li Jinshu said, lacking confidence, ”I don’t know the first thing about running a gym.”

”I don’t need you to make money for me.”

Xu Yun tried to persuade her, ”Su Mu has her own company now. You should have your own career too.

”Just give it a try. Think of it as practice. Who knows, maybe you’ll actually turn it around?”

Zhang Jiaxin, listening to their conversation on the side, was completely dumbfounded.

’Brother Xu bought the gym just because he was afraid he’d have nowhere to work out.’

’It’s close to home, so it’s convenient!’

’And now he’s just going to toss it to this woman for practice?’

’A gym worth nearly ten million, and he’s just giving it to someone to play with.’

’A complete novice who doesn’t know anything, at that.’

’He really treats money like it’s nothing!’

At that moment, Zhang Jiaxin wished so badly that she was Li Jinshu.

If someone let her run a gym like this, she was confident she could make it successful.

”Alright.”

Li Jinshu agreed. ”You’re the one who said it. I’ll give it a try, but if I really lose money, you can’t get mad at me.”

”I won’t.”

Xu Yun then turned to Zhang Jiaxin and said, ”And Coach Zhang, you’re knowledgeable about fitness, so from now on, you’re the supervisor of this gym.

”When she doesn’t understand something, help her out.”

”Yes, President Xu.”

Zhang Jiaxin hadn’t expected to be suddenly promoted and was absolutely ecstatic.

That evening, Xu Yun had Li Jinshu treat everyone to dinner and a trip to a KTV on his behalf.

Since Li Jinshu would be the one dealing with them from now on, building a good relationship early would help with work.

He, on the other hand, quietly returned to his old place ahead of time to wait for Ning Qian.

He’d been running around all this time, keeping this person and that person company, and hadn’t been to her place in a long while.

It was time he came over to comfort her.

Sometimes, what a woman needs isn’t just money, but other things as well.

So when Ning Qian got off work, went shopping with a friend, and returned home with her purchases, she was completely shocked to open the door and see Xu Yun sitting in her living room.

”What are you doing here?”

Ning Qian walked over, put down her things, and said happily, ”Why didn’t you tell me you were coming? I wouldn’t have gone shopping and would have come home early to be with you.”

”It’s fine. The night is still young. I couldn’t very well interrupt you shopping with your friend.”

Xu Yun smiled and asked, ”What did you buy? Let me see.”

He picked up the bag and opened it to look inside.

One look inside gave him a shock.

Seeing this, Ning Qian, who was standing nearby, blushed beet red.

”There’s no time like the present.”

Xu Yun turned to look at her and chuckled. ”It seems I came at just the right time.”
