The Young Master's Escaping Bride Who Lost Memories

Chapter 689: Chapter 701 How Did the Crown Prince Get Injured

Xia Xiaonuan staggered a step back.

The bodyguard hurriedly said, ”Young Madam, contact the Old Master! Maybe he has the same blood type as the Crown Prince...” Because Mr. Qin was still recovering from his injuries, and now the Young Master was in such a big trouble, the bodyguards’ voices were starting to tremble with fear.

Xia Xiaonuan’s face also turned pale, she tried hard to calm herself down.

”Call Nangong Feihong, quickly!” she said through gritted teeth.

”Yes, Young Madam!”

After a while, the bodyguard walked up to her: ”Young Madam, Young Master Feihong is already on his way. He said he is RH positive type A blood, which doesn’t match Young Master’s blood type!”

”Nangong Zhongli!”

”...”

”Young Madam... Miss Zhong Li is also on her way, but... but hers doesn’t match either! Young Madam, you should call the Old Master!”

Xia Xiaonuan clenched her fists, her eyes fixed on the door of the operating room, tears in her eyes as she nodded.

But then she shook her head and said, ”I’ll talk to Grandpa!”

Xia Xiaonuan picked up the phone and dialed Nangong Jinlie’s mobile.

”Grandpa... are you asleep? No... nothing is wrong, I just wanted to ask you if you know anyone in the Nangong Family who has RH negative blood?”

Nangong Jinlie was sleeping, but when he received the call handed to him by the butler, he was slightly taken aback by the voice on the other end.

”Xiaonuan, what’s wrong?”

”Grandpa, please just tell me first!”

”It’s so late, Grandpa’s heart isn’t good, Xia Xiaonuan doesn’t want Nangong Jinlie to worry. If she can secure a source of blood for Nangong Yaoling first, then tell him, it might be the best solution.”

”Most of the Nangong Family members have RH blood types, I am RH positive type A, only Yaoling’s father has RH negative O type blood, and Ling’er also has this blood type, besides them, no one else...” Nangong Jinlie’s sharp eyes flashed with gloom as he finished speaking.

”Xiaonuan, tell Grandpa, what exactly is going on? Is... is Ling’er in trouble?!”

Yaoling’s father is in Europe, isn’t he?

If he were to come over now, or send the blood over, the earliest it would arrive by dawn tomorrow!

Xia Xiaonuan helplessly clenched her fists.

”Xiaonuan, tell Grandpa! Don’t worry, Grandpa can handle it! Tell me, is Ling’er in trouble?”

Xia Xiaonuan broke down crying and said helplessly, ”Grandpa, Yaoling is hurt, the doctor said he needs a blood transfusion... but the hospital’s blood bank is out, and other blood banks are also short of this type... I... I...”

”My Ling’er! How could this happen!” Nangong Jinlie’s eyes widened, suddenly placing his hand on his chest.

The butler’s face changed dramatically, he quickly picked up the medicine next to him: ”Master, please don’t get agitated, the Young Master will be fine! Please take your medicine...”

”Gr... Grandpa...” Xia Xiaonuan broke out in a cold sweat upon hearing the voice on the other end of the phone.

”Are you okay?! Grandpa!”

After a while, a weak yet firm voice came from the other end: ”Xiaonuan, don’t worry. Grandpa is fine... I will immediately arrange for someone!”

After hanging up the phone, Xia Xiaonuan sat numbly on the chair.

Soon, Nangong Feihong and Nangong Zhongli arrived.

Nangong Feihong looked at Xiaonuan’s state, quickly grabbing her: ”How did this happen? How did the Crown Prince get hurt?”

”He...” Xia Xiaonuan hesitated and said, ”He accidentally slipped while taking a bath...” she mumbled vaguely.

She couldn’t possibly tell everyone that she and Nangong Yaoling were bathing together and she caused him to fall, could she?
