Madame is Pretending to be an Academic Slacker Again!

Chapter 453: Chapter 453: Protecting You with My Life! Heart-Shaking Emotions! (1)

Sara snorted disdainfully, ”I don’t need you to speak for me. Get out of my way, you lousy robot. If you want to catch her, you’ll have to walk over my dead body first.”

As she spoke, a cold glint flashed in her palm; at some point, she had taken out a scalpel and was holding it to her own neck.

Qin Xin’s heart skipped a beat.

For the first time in her life, there was a girl willing to die for her.

She couldn’t quite describe what she was feeling; suddenly, her eyes stung with emotion.

She closed her eyes briefly and pressed down on Sara’s blade, ”Don’t do this. Sara, it’s not worth it for me.”

Sara stubbornly refused to let go.

A small girl who looked so frail and delicate, yet her grip was surprisingly strong at this moment, her determination even more unwavering.

The blade had already started to draw blood on her neck, ”Xihe, you don’t understand. Robots like Matthew have no thoughts, no emotions. His only programming is not to betray his master and not to harm his master’s family. I have no choice but to protect you with my life!”

Qin Xin tightened her grip on Sara’s hand, gently moving the blade a few millimeters away, looking painfully at the blood the girl shed for her, sighing, ”Silly girl, I’m not a helpless case; I can’t let you protect me with your life...”

Her words were not finished.

Across from her, Matthew’s eyes were already blood-red.

He seemed to be in an immense internal struggle, as if the chip in his heart had its programming disrupted. He punched the wall, tearing his skin, his teeth trembling as he spat out a few words, ”You... stay away... from our Miss!”

Qin Xin was slightly shaken.

Did Matthew mean he didn’t intend to block their way, that he was going to let them go?

Could a robot really disobey Mr. Wolff’s orders?

Inconceivable!

Sara seemed not to notice this bug, urgently pushing Qin Xin, ”Quick, go, Xihe. This road leads to the forest, through which you’ll find the airport. Go quickly and don’t look back!”

With that, she suddenly hugged Matthew tightly, refusing to let go, ”You said you’d let her go. If you go back on your word, I’ll die with you.”

Her scalpel was pressed against Matthew’s heart.

The most vulnerable spot of the robot.

Matthew’s heart paused for a second, he did not resist, his Adam’s apple moved, ”Okay.”

Qin Xin stood warily for a few seconds.

Confirming that Matthew would not harm Sara, she then moved towards the forest, retreating, ”Sara, goodbye.”

Sara, with tears in her eyes, watched Qin Xin’s departing figure, gradually breaking into sobs, ”Xihe, goodbye...”

Matthew’s heart beat slowly, painfully constricting, ”Miss, why do you want to help a foreigner? She’s the enemy Mr. Wolff wants to capture...”

Sara’s gaze didn’t falter for a second, not even moving away from Qin Xin’s back, murmuring, ”I like her. She’s a good person.”

Matthew endured the pain in his heart, ”Miss, you’re too naive. She found out the secret of us robots, how could she be good? She’s cunning, she’s just using you.”

Sara shook her head, slowly saying:

”No, it’s not. The first time we met, I was so rude to her, yet she didn’t get angry, proving she’s well-mannered;”

”When watching the competition, she waited until the end to throw her waste paper and garbage into the trash, without littering any part of the lawn, showing she’s a handsome person who cares for nature;”

”During the competition, she could have destroyed your car, making you crash, but she didn’t, proving she’s a merciful person;”

”Just now in Dad’s factory, in zero-degree cold, she gave me her thick coat while wearing only a thin man’s suit herself. She’s the kind of person who doesn’t say much but quietly does good for you...”

”I’m not stupid, can’t I feel it?”

”I just, really, can’t bear to let her go...”

”Matthew, you’re a robot, you wouldn’t understand. I’ll never meet anyone as good, as handsome, as... as someone I like so much as Xihe in this life, wuwuwu...”

Sara burst into tears.
