Marvel: All My Incarnations Are S-Class Villainesses

Chapter 190: Chapter 190: Pure and Shy Sumire-chan

Coulson hung up the phone, and Makima also stood up.

Sumire didn’t expect that Fury would actually include Reze in the Avengers Initiative; it really wasn’t just her overthinking before.

Sumire actually hoped there would be a Villainess as an insider in the Avengers to keep an eye on these busybodies, but whether Reze wanted to join the Avengers was another matter entirely.

In short, the Avengers recruitment operation officially began, splitting into three paths.

New York, the top floor of the Stark Industries Building.

Having just experienced the life-and-death crisis at the Base, Agent Coulson arrived here without stopping.

He stood before the main entrance, took a deep breath, and reached out to ring Tony Stark’s private doorbell.

On the other side, at a secret S.H.I.E.L.D. underground containment facility.

Accompanied by the dull sound of a heavy airlock door opening.

Makima, with the crisp clicking of her high heels, walked alone into the innermost containment area of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Passing through a steel corridor filled with armed guards and automated machine gun turrets, she arrived in front of a thick wall of specially reinforced glass.

Inside this giant, specially-made isolation chamber that resembled a steel cage, a young man in loose clothing sat cross-legged on the cold metal floor with his back to her, seemingly meditating with his eyes closed.

Bruce Banner.

Even through the thick blast-proof glass, Makima could still feel the dormant, violent power within that man, ready to erupt at any moment.

Banner seemed to notice someone’s arrival and opened his eyes, which held a hint of green.

On the other side, in Stark contrast to the solemn and urgent atmosphere of these two places—

Inside a McDonalds restaurant in downtown New York City.

Sunlight streamed through the floor-to-ceiling windows onto the colorful plastic tables and chairs, while cheerful pop music played in the background.

Reze was currently wearing a conspicuous red and yellow McDonalds employee uniform with a silly peaked cap on her head, but she didn’t care about the outfit at all, heartlessly sipping from a large cup of iced cola.

Sitting across from her were Sumire in casual wear and Natasha, who had just arrived in New York and had also changed into civilian clothes.

One older and two younger, the three beauties sat around a dining table piled with fries, burgers, and fried chicken nuggets, laughing heartily while eating high-calorie junk food. It didn’t look like an Agent meeting at all, but more like a weekend tea party for college girls out shopping.

”So, Stark really thinks you’re his daughter?”

Natasha held a french fry, laughing so hard she almost cried.

As early as after Christmas Eve, Reze had opened Tony’s Christmas gift—inside was a bank card with two million and a letter.

In the letter, Tony said a lot, the most important point being that the bank card’s password was his birthday...

Yes, Tony didn’t explicitly state the specific numbers, but said the bank card password was his birthday.

Wait... who the hell knows what month and day this show-off’s birthday is?

It was only thanks to Tony’s immense fame that the all-powerful Google could help.

The main idea besides that was wanting Reze to find a time to talk to him and reassuring her that he wasn’t there to ask her to pay him back.

Of course, Tony wasn’t shameless enough to directly say ”he thinks Reze is his daughter” in the letter, but the awkwardness and constraint between the lines still exposed the playboy’s discomfort with suddenly becoming a father.

They say a man’s true maturity begins when he becomes a father; Tony seems to be showing signs of that now.

Although Sumire and the others knew that Reze and Tony actually had no relation whatsoever, Tony’s excessive self-consciousness still led him into a sort of... male version of a ”pseudocyesis” state.

”Yeah... I don’t even know what to say... I haven’t contacted him to this day...”

Reze took a large, helpless bite of a Big Mac, then affectionately linked arms with Sumire beside her. ”How about Sumire-chan comes with me?”

”Me? No way!”

Sumire, who was sipping her cola, almost choked; she hurriedly shrank back.

Was she kidding?

While to be fair, among the male superheroes in Marvel, Sumire did relatively like Tony Stark, but that was limited to watching him for fun through a screen or from afar.

Watching from a distance is enough... there’s absolutely no need for intimate play!

”Oh, come on, please! If you don’t go, then I won’t go either!”

Seeing Sumire refuse, Reze immediately wrapped both arms around Sumire’s arm and began to act spoiled skillfully.

”You... let go first...”

Sumire felt a bit uncomfortable being pulled and tugged in front of others, a hint of a blush appearing on her fair little face.

Sitting across from them, Natasha watched their intimate interaction. Not only did she not find it strange, she rested her chin on one hand, a hint of envy flickering in her eyes, and a gossipy smile tugging at the corner of her mouth.

”I say, Reze, you’re trying so hard to drag Su along to Stark’s place...” Natasha tapped the table lightly with her fingertip, her tone full of teasing. ”Could it be that you want to take this opportunity to take Su to meet the parents?”

”Cough, cough, cough—!”

At those words, Sumire completely lost her composure and began to cough violently. Her cheeks, which had been only slightly flushed, instantly turned red to the tips of her ears as she waved her hands repeatedly. ”Natasha, don’t make such jokes! What do you mean ’meet the parents’...”

Sumire realized that it did seem to make sense.

If Reze really accepted Tony as her cheap father, wouldn’t Tony become Sumire’s... father-in-law?

That would be way too weird!

No, no, no!

Seeing Sumire’s flustered and shy little appearance, the smile on Natasha’s face deepened.

”Oh, what a shy, good girl.” Natasha couldn’t help but reach out and ruffle Sumire’s soft, short black hair. ”In this terrible World, a cute and pure little girl like you is a rare find.”

Hearing the words ”shy” and ”pure,” Reze froze for a few seconds.

Cute was true, but...

Pure?

Who?

Sumire-chan?

Was she kidding!

Even with the principle of ”beauty is in the eye of the beholder” giving the lazy dog Sumire a very thick filter in Reze’s eyes, Reze still couldn’t help but roll her eyes after hearing these two words that didn’t fit Sumire at all.

She looked at Natasha speechlessly, thinking—

Big sister, what kind of misunderstanding do you have about the word ”pure”?

It’s a good thing Sumire didn’t become an Agent; otherwise, with her innate acting talent for ”feigning purity” and that harmless, cute face, she would definitely be a hundred times more formidable as a spy than Natasha and Reze, two genuine Soviet Agents!

She’s shy?! She’s pure?!

Natasha simply has no idea that that night...
