Marvel: All My Incarnations Are S-Class Villainesses

Chapter 165: Chapter 165: Sumire’s Sixth Incarnation

However, there was no need to think that far ahead yet; Sumire had already accumulated 1,000 villainess points points.

”It’s time to add another pair of chopsticks to the family.”

Sumire calculated in her mind.

If she added one more, her ’Villainess Alliance’ would have a full six members.

This number was certainly not inferior to the original Avengers.

As for quality... Sumire puffed out her chest with great confidence.

Even though there wasn’t much of a curve... she felt her ’Villainess Alliance’ was definitely superior.

To put it bluntly, and with all due offense, Sumire truly felt that in the original Avengers lineup, two people were purely there just to make up the numbers.

Alright, no more pretending, I’m talking about you two—Hawkeye and Black Widow.

Even though Reze and Natasha were now as close as sisters, it didn’t stop Sumire from complaining.

In a team of superheroes full of cheaters, two Agents were indeed a bit underwhelming.

If Sumire were to fight the Avengers, she wouldn’t even need to pit a Villainess Incarnation against Hawkeye; she could just summon Quanxi to deal with him.

Both were long-range physical marksmen with perfect aim, but Quanxi came with a Weapon Human bloodline BUFF. In close combat, she could rub Hawkeye into the ground. At the end of the day, Hawkeye was just flesh and blood; without that bow, his combat power would take a serious hit.

Of course, this was just Sumire’s evaluation of the combat power of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s’soul’ besties.

Natasha goes without saying.

Sumire actually quite liked Hawkeye; he looked a bit like Jeremy Renner, and more importantly, he had that metaphysical buff where the team loses if he doesn’t join the fight, but wins if he does.

After all, that bunch in the Avengers were like a pile of loose sand, only barely managing to gather when the Earth was about to explode.

They had civil wars every other day.

Today Captain America is fighting Iron Man, tomorrow Captain Marvel is fighting Iron Man again.

Why are you involved every single time, Tony?

In contrast, Sumire’s Villainess Alliance was always of one mind.

With just one word from Sumire, even if she told them to blow up the Earth, they wouldn’t ask why.

It was just that the name ’Villainess Alliance’ was still open for debate.

Sumire rubbed her chin, feeling like it sounded like some high school delinquent club from Hell’s Kitchen.

Forget it, I’ll think of a more domineering name later.

The priority right now was—the gacha draw!

Sumire took a deep breath and clicked open the ’new student’ panel.

The familiar roulette wheel emerged once again.

”Please don’t let it be someone too difficult to handle... give me someone obedient, or at least capable...”

The wheel began to spin frantically.

Countless pitch-black female silhouettes flashed past her eyes.

Sumire’s heartbeat accelerated along with the speed of the wheel.

Finally, the pointer slowed down and stopped on a tall and voluptuous figure.

[Ding! Congratulations to the host for drawing an A-Rank Incarnation—]

Looking at the name and illustration that were gradually becoming clear, Sumire’s pupils suddenly constricted.

A-Rank?

Not bad! Has the luck finally turned in my favor?

Now Sumire had at least one Villainess from every rank, from C-Rank to S-Rank.

However, before Sumire could take a closer look...

Knock, knock, knock.

A heavy yet restrained knocking sound suddenly echoed from outside the door.

This sudden noise broke the charm and excitement within the room.

”Who is it?!” Reze was currently sprawled in Sumire’s arms, taking deep breaths of her scent and thinking about proceeding step-by-step to the next stage. Being interrupted made her instantly displeased to the extreme.

Reze jumped off the bed huffily, her bare feet stepping on the carpet as she walked to the entryway and yanked the door open.

”If you don’t want to die, you’d better give me a rea—”

Before she could finish her threat, Reze froze for a moment.

Standing outside the door was a mountain of flesh.

Wilson Fisk.

At this moment, this underworld emperor who had long been under Makima’s Control looked quite pathetic. Although he still wore his signature white suit, the collar was a bit loose. Those small eyes, usually full of majesty and brutality, were now bloodshot, with thick dark circles underneath.

He looked like he hadn’t closed his eyes for several days.

Seeing that it wasn’t Makima who opened the door, Fisk’s prepared words instantly got stuck in his throat.

Seeing Reze’s expression, which looked like she wanted to kill someone, he subconsciously took half a step back.

”Miss... Miss Reze.”

Fisk forced out a smile that looked uglier than crying. ”I’m truly sorry for the late-night disturbance, but I... I have an urgent matter and wish to see Miss Makima.”

”Makima isn’t here, she’s dead.”

Reze replied crossly, ”If you have something to say, say it.”

Fisk wiped the cold sweat from his forehead. Although he knew ’dead’ was definitely said in anger, he didn’t dare to talk back.

During this period, his life had been far too miserable.

Ever since Fisk began his campaign to go clean and run for mayor, he felt like he was being roasted over a fire.

On one hand, he had to maintain a respectable public image, doing charity everywhere, giving speeches, and even going to communities to hand out eggs to old ladies, playing the part of a reformed ’Mr. Nice Guy’.

On the other hand, Makima had ordered him to completely withdraw from the vice markets of drugs and prostitution.

This was a direct cut to his main artery.

This withdrawal wasn’t just a small matter; it left a massive power vacuum in the vast underground black market.

And this, instead, nourished his old rival—the Magia Gang.

This gang was originally an old-school giant in the New York underworld with deep roots. They were previously suppressed by the ruthless Fisk and could only survive in the cracks, but now, the situation had completely reversed.

Because of Makima’s ’prohibition,’ Fisk’s side had taken the initiative to retreat, and the Magia Gang instantly gained the upper hand over Fisk.

Moreover, unlike Fisk, who was currently developing a low profile, these people were very ambitious, high-profile, and could even be said to be arrogant to the extreme.

Seeing that the former overlord of New York was ’declining,’ those mad dogs of the Magia Gang immediately wanted to kick him while he was down and take his life while he was weak.

Just last night, a group of thugs from the Magia Gang directly stormed into the largest legal casino under Fisk’s name with guns.

They smashed the place to bits and injured dozens of security guards and dealers.

This was practically taking a dump on Fisk’s neck!

If it were in the past, Fisk would have personally twisted those people’s heads off and kicked them like balls.

But now?

He had no moves!

Fight back?

Not only was it uncertain if he could win, but if things escalated and the media exposed that he was still involved in gang wars, his painstakingly built ’philanthropist’ persona would collapse.

All his previous efforts would go down the drain.

Don’t fight back?

He couldn’t exactly call the police, could he?

What use would that be? And it would be too embarrassing!

If he didn’t dare to make a sound after his place was trashed, how could he lead his subordinates in the future?

So Fisk wanted Makima to help him.

After all... even when hitting a dog, one must look at who its Master is!

Fisk’s current self-positioning was actually quite accurate.

Though, that logic was indeed sound.

Even though Makima had absolutely no interest in such house-playing squabbles like human gangs fighting over territory,

Hitting a dog did indeed require looking at its Master.
