Marvel: All My Incarnations Are S-Class Villainesses

Chapter 184: Chapter 184: Miss Makima’s Thunderbolts Initiative

Due to her perfect handling of the ”Abomination Containment” incident, Miss Makima’s clearance within S.H.I.E.L.D. was exceptionally promoted to Level 7.

Nowadays, she not only possesses Nick Fury’s trust but also the appreciation of Alexander Pierce.

With this perfect ”double-sided gold” identity, Miss Makima’s career path could be described as smooth sailing. To comply with Sumire’s requirements, Miss Makima successfully maneuvered her way into Project Pegasus, one of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s most top-secret project groups.

Located at the Joint Dark Energy Action Base, it is a joint project between S.H.I.E.L.D. and NASA.

This is a Base specifically dedicated to researching the Tesseract.

Of course, Miss Makima knew nothing about and had no interest in profound astrophysics, gamma rays, or space-folding theories.

She patrolled the laboratory every day with a coffee in hand. Her golden, demonic eyes behind light green contact lenses were always fixed on the cube emitting a faint blue glow—the Tesseract—which was secured in a Control device resembling an Arc Reactor.

Both Miss Makima and Sumire were very clear about two things:

First, the Tesseract, which is the Space Stone, is definitely a great treasure.

Second, before long, Asgard’s ”God of Mischief,” Loki, would emerge from the Tesseract holding a spear.

At that time, all of New York would turn into a battlefield, but this was also a once-in-a-lifetime golden opportunity.

Whether it was Loki himself or the scepter in his hand embedded with the Mind Stone, they were all great treasures.

Joint Dark Energy Action Base, Project Pegasus Sector.

Miss Makima wore a well-tailored high-ranking S.H.I.E.L.D. uniform and high heels, walking gracefully through the core area of the Base.

Her gaze swept nonchalantly over the hidden devices installed around the Tesseract.

Those were several specially modified High-frequency infrasound generators.

These were non-lethal weapons from General Ross’s faction, researched and developed by Miss Makima’s old friend, Tony.

They were originally intended to suppress the Hulk, but Miss Makima used her Level 7 Agent clearance to quietly set this trap around the Tesseract under the pretext of ”protecting the Tesseract.”

Because the Tesseract’s readings had recently shown frequent abnormal fluctuations, that suspicious old Fury, Fury, had also approved this proposal.

Miss Makima knew very well that conventional bullets would have no effect on the soon-to-arrive Asgardian god, but this thing would be enough to let him feel the ”hospitality” of Earth’s technology the moment he fell into a weakened state after descending.

After confirming the trap was functioning normally, Miss Makima turned and walked toward an independent high-level security room at the end of the corridor.

”Pshhh—”

As the heavy airlock door slowly opened...

There was only one middle-aged man in the room who looked peaceful, even somewhat frail—Emil Blonsky.

Yes, the Abomination.

This monster, who once wreaked havoc on the streets of New York, was currently maintaining his human form, quietly sitting at a table playing the piano.

This was the result of Miss Makima’s training over the past few months.

Of course, that was only on the surface.

In reality, from the moment Miss Makima Controlled the Abomination, she could freely Control whether he maintained human form or turned into the Abomination. However, to avoid raising Fury’s suspicions, she spent several months acting out a drama titled ”The Gentle Psychiatrist and the Reformed Prodigal Monster.”

Clearly, Fury had no suspicions; he only felt that Miss Makima was comparable to a saint.

She was actually willing to treat a monster who almost killed her with sincerity, and she damn well succeeded in reforming him?!

Good! S.H.I.E.L.D. needs such talent!

This completely aligned with the philosophy of Fury, and especially Coulson’s faction.

That old fellow Coulson was even more amazed by this incident.

He followed Miss Makima around every day, not acting like a senior veteran at all, just wondering if Miss Makima could teach him a few tricks of ”Talk-no-Jutsu.”

He wanted to learn that move too!

”Playing well, Blonsky,” Miss Makima walked forward, her light green eyes showing a hint of condescending appreciation.

”Thank you, Miss Makima.” Blonsky stood up and bowed his head respectfully, making no effort to hide the admiration in his eyes.

Looking at this obedient big dog in front of her, a faint curve appeared at the corner of Miss Makima’s mouth.

She remembered the proposal she had submitted to Nick Fury some time ago.

In that proposal, Miss Makima boldly proposed an initiative called the Thunderbolts.

Yes, Sumire wanted to bring the Thunderbolts into the world ahead of schedule.

In other words, Sumire wanted to use another’s resources for her own ends.

Using the resources and power of S.H.I.E.L.D. and HYDRA to form another Avengers within S.H.I.E.L.D. that secretly belonged exclusively to Sumire.

Regrettably, that extremely suspicious Fury killed the idea without hesitation.

”Agent Makima, your idea is... dangerous.”

Fury sat behind that huge desk at the time, his one eye staring intently at her. ”First of all, there is only one Abomination on your list. Even if he has become much more peaceful under your psychiatric treatment, he is still very dangerous. Secondly...”

”We don’t need a second Avengers, at least not for now.”

Fury’s refusal was very blunt.

Miss Makima was not surprised either; after all, the Thunderbolts were equivalent to a dark version of the Avengers.

Since the Avengers hadn’t even been created yet, it was normal for Fury to feel that the Thunderbolts were meaningless.

How could a bootleg version come out earlier than the original?

Anyway, there was plenty of time... Miss Makima’s Thunderbolts also needed to contact a few more members...

However, this proposal didn’t just vanish; instead, it caused quite a stir on another person’s desk.

When Pierce saw this ”Thunderbolts” planning document, he was so excited he almost slapped the table in his large leather chair in praise!

This concept of using high-pressure methods to Control superhumans, fighting fire with fire, and using the dark to eat the dark without any need for moral bottom lines, perfectly matched HYDRA’s doctrine!

The one who truly knows me is Miss Makima!

Looking at the signature on the report, Pierce even felt a sense of spiritual resonance.

Good! HYDRA needs such talent!

If it weren’t for the fact that the Winter Soldier was currently HYDRA’s highest-level sleeper Agent and absolutely could not be exposed to S.H.I.E.L.D.’s view, he would have even been tempted to immediately stuff the Winter Soldier into the ”Thunderbolts” and personally contribute to this great plan that Fury had rejected.

It could only be said that Miss Makima’s HYDRA identity, in the hearts of other HYDRA members in S.H.I.E.L.D., was now as real as it could be.

After all, in terms of acting style, no one was more HYDRA than her.

Pierce had no room for doubt at all.

Our comrade Makima is a HYDRA member of the purest bloodline!

By comparison, HYDRA members like Sitwell seemed more like Mudbloods...
